22/11/2025: A family welcome. The restaurant is slightly dated but spacious, absolutely clean and tidy. The restaurant menu offers a good variety of dishes, including local cuisine. The pizzeria offers numerous toppings on thin pizzas. The homemade desserts are excellent. A regular stop for some time, never disappointed. Good value for money.

16/11/2025: Excellent pizza and very fast service

07/11/2025: We stopped by Nilu’s Bar in Verena on a rainy afternoon when most of our planned restaurants were either closed or fully booked — and it turned out to be a great choice! To start, we ordered drinks — I had a tropical fruit punch and my husband had martini. Both were excellent. For lunch, we tried the bruschetta with mozzarella and a prawn sandwich, which were delicious, well-prepared, and nicely presented. For dessert, we went for a Nutella dark chocolate crepe, and honestly, it was the star of the meal — absolutely delightful! The restaurant setup was cozy and inviting, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant surprise and a lovely experience despite the rainy weather. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

29/10/2025: Great location. Tried it for an afternoon snack, with the sweet crepes. Plenty of choice, and the crepes were delicious and beautifully presented. Looking at the menu, it's worth noting that the cocktails are reasonably priced compared to other restaurants and bars nearby. I think it's a good place to have an aperitivo.

15/12/2025: Nonchalant and rude woman at the checkout… the breakfast was good though.

07/12/2025: I met my friends at 7:15, thinking of having dinner before the show at Carcano, but when we got there, we found chairs on the tables, empty windows, and the only option was a smoothie at the counter. Closing time is 8:00 PM.

07/09/2025: The place is very cute, just a few meters from the lakeside promenade. Elegant and well-kept, it has a large outdoor space with a huge brazier for grilling fish or meat. Five of us had booked outside for dinner, but it was quite chilly, so we moved inside without a problem. The staff was nice and friendly, but the service was a bit slow. Excellent pizzas and great ingredients, but not a wide variety of desserts.

14/08/2025: Three stars because I found the prices to be truly excessive. The atmosphere is pleasant and refined, the service good and friendly, but the prices are more Amalfi Coast-like than Iseo, considering the restaurant is located at the end of a large parking lot and has no view of the lake. €7.50 for a beer, pizzas run up to €19, desserts start at €8. A cover charge of €3 was included, and there were no breadsticks or bread. Truly excessive.

09/10/2025: It's been a while since I've had pizzas from you, and I've always had them and loved them. A few nights ago, we took them back, and I'm sorry, but I have to be honest, the quality of the pizza is on par with frozen pizzas! I don't know why you've made such a drop in quality, but I definitely won't be ordering them again.

03/08/2025: We went out with the intention of eating a pizza and we stopped at this pizzeria without having booked and with great kindness they prepared a table making sure we took a seat, it had been a long time since I had eaten a pizza by the slice, so we chose the large one, a couple with ham, a diavola and an American, when we got to the table the portions were actually large, crunchy and soft the taste was present, waiting time of twenty minutes What can I say .... I'd say we're there ...

05/06/2025: Eravamo in gruppo, una trentina, di cui metà bambini, ma ciononostante il servizio è stato abbastanza buono. Menù monumentale, un intero volume, con pagine e pagine di proposte, il che mi fa sempre sorgere qualche dubbio. La pizza non era un gran che, bruciacchiata, pomodoro acquoso, ustionante, però disponibile in un'infinità di scelte. Buona la birra.

04/05/2025: Egal, was wir bestellt haben, es war alles super frisch und unglaublich lecker. Der Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Schönes Ambiente. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren drei Abenden hintereinander dort und mussten dann leider nach Hause.

23/09/2025: Very beautiful lakeside location, very attentive service from the waiter. The food was good. However, we didn't realize until we got the bill that we had been overcharged until home. Three glasses of wine instead of two. The prices were incomprehensible. Two glasses at €10.00 each, but we ordered white wine for €4 each. The third glass of wine that wasn't received was charged €7.00. So, €27.00 for two glasses of white wine! The restaurant opens at 6 p.m., and we were the second guests there. We were informed that the kitchen for hot meals doesn't open until 7 p.m. We explained that we would still wait and ordered drinks and coffee. Unexpectedly, the waiter brought us a kind of Margherita bread with nine small slices, which also tasted good. We wondered if this was a courtesy of the house, given the long wait until 7 p.m. It wasn't, and they charged €8, which is fine, but it wasn't our order. So we overpaid €27! We added a 15% tip at the end, which was a bit too much in the end. Check the bill before leaving the restaurant! We were a bit dazzled by the waiter's charm; he might have been a bit calculating. The opening hours on Google are incorrect! Only Facebook lists the correct times. There's a lunch break, and hot meals aren't served until 7 p.m., even though the restaurant is open from 6 p.m., which is confusing for guests who aren't familiar with the place.

19/09/2025: The food was delicious. The service was very friendly, and the view of the sunset over Lake Maggiore was simply fantastic.

09/12/2025: I was there this evening...the pizza is exceptional! Too bad the service was terrible! I was there with my kids. I ordered pizza and asked if it was possible to cut them, but the waiter said, "Ma'am, I don't think we have time today, it's a holiday. Do you have cutlery? You can cut the pizza yourself."... That alone shows the waiter's complete incompetence! The pizzas are served by the slice; I don't think it takes much time to make two extra cuts with a pizza cutter. Plus, it was 7:30 PM and the place wasn't terribly crowded, yet this guy was struggling for nothing! He could have simply said, "It's not possible," without making any unsolicited suggestions, since I know I have cutlery. A man in front of me had ordered a pizza with anchovies... they brought him a Margherita pizza, the waiter noticed the mistake when the man had already started eating, and took the pizza away. I followed him with my eyes and saw him put the plate down with the pizzas coming out, take a pair of tongs and start adding the anchovies, dripping all the oil onto a pizza that was ready to be served... and lo and behold, it was mine. When the waiter at our table came to bring me the pizza, I stopped him and told him I didn't want that pizza because all the oil from the anchovies served to the customer in front of me had dripped on it. Instead of apologizing, he said, "I didn't see anything, ma'am." I replied, "I saw it! If you want, you can smell the pizza and you can smell the anchovies!" The waiter replied, "Yes, but calm down." If it weren't for the fact that I was with the children, I would have gotten up and left. I've never seen such a rude waiter. Never again...it's a shame because the pizza was delicious, but being served by such rude staff isn't worth the cost. I think they can close down!

18/10/2025: Very large and super spacious venue, friendly and welcoming staff, good unlimited buffet food at a reasonable price. Excellent live music.

15/10/2025: A buffet full of specialties and frequently replenished, if you want to gorge yourself, you've found the right place. I highly recommend you try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

06/10/2025: High-quality takeout/delivery pizzeria. Real wood-fired oven. A few covered outdoor tables.
