The pizza was good as always. The staff was super friendly.
But I find it unacceptable for a store to remain open during these extremely hot days without air conditioning.
They let us eat outside, and it was fine, but it's not fair for the workers who have to work in the kitchen or even just run the cash register. It was way too hot inside.
I hope this gets resolved as soon as possible.

We arrive and the pizza chef has a red pizza left on the counter. We order a Margherita, and he takes that red crust, puts it back in the oven, and then adds mozzarella. The result? We get home and the pizza is cold, with uncooked mozzarella that doesn't even string. Disappointed.
Edit: Aside from this small inconvenience, there haven't been any other problems over the years. There's a big difference in convenience between ordering a full pan or just half a pan. It's a shame because it makes it expensive if you're sharing a meal with a few people. Otherwise, it's a good, unique pizza in Milan.

Gigantic slice of pizza, didn't expect it to be that big , tasted amazing and the lady was very nice. Just more of an American style pizza.

I had an excellent lasagna with pesto and green beans, a small slice of pizza, and a creamy berry soup.
Everything was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable.

The pizza is the best possible, with a crust that's second to none.
Why three stars?
I called the phone number online.
No answer...maybe it's closed on Easter Monday?
We went, and luckily it was open! I asked if they'd changed their number.
NO, WE JUST REMOVED THE PHONE! ...without deleting it from Google!
In that respect, "ghe sem minga"!

This is less of a huge pizza slice and more of a cheese-smothered adventure. The crust is practically invisible under a lava flow of mozzarella and a massive haul of earthy mushrooms. It’s gloriously messy, unapologetically heavy, and perfect for when you need a dairy-induced nap.

A different taste and look for Italian pizza with puff pastry
I didn't like it much, and neither did my children - perhaps we're used to regular Italian pizza.
