Now you see fewer people, and it's easy to understand why: the prices have gone up, and not by a little: I ordered a square of zucchini flower pizza and a Coke for a whopping 11 euros (!!!), and you even have to eat it with your hands; plus, the tables are dirty (I've never seen anyone clean them. I'll NEVER go back again.

01/09/2025: The place is informal, its name now is "Lu purparu " located under the porticoes and pergolas, the dishes are plentiful and the prices are normal, the linguine with sea urchins are special, I will definitely return, what can I say... 02/05/2026: There were six of us at Blue River, and the timing was a disaster. While the first two got their food quickly, the rest had to watch for 25 minutes. The wine was then served as a "highlight" (in dirty glasses), unfortunately only after the first plates had already been cleared away. The €3.50 cover charge is absolutely unjustified. The waiters sprinted around the place, but created more stress than comfort. Despite asking for chili and garlic oil, we waited in vain until we got annoyed and went to get it ourselves, only to be given a dirty look by the grumpy bartender. The one star is for the knives. At least they were sharp enough to cut the dry pizza. Even the toothpicks tasted awful. A little tip for the kitchen: Canned mushrooms have absolutely no place on a pizza in 2026. Conclusion: Lots of haste, little quality. Once is enough.

06/04/2026: The pizza was really bad. The pasta was better, but not very filling. The waitress wasn't very welcoming. The owner at the bar was a bit friendlier. The wine was mediocre. I don't recommend it. It's not good value for money.

08/03/2026: We went last night for my brother's 50th birthday. Having booked days in advance, we learned they only had one booster seat, so we had to bring one from home to put on the chair. When we got to the restaurant, there wasn't an extra seat, and the owner insisted that it was okay and he shouldn't add a chair because there wasn't one. After everyone was seated at 7:30 PM, pizza orders weren't taken an hour later, and meanwhile, the people who arrived after us were already enjoying their meals. After asking for pizzas to be brought at least for the kids, we finally got dinner at almost 9:30 PM. The pizza was inedible, the fries were raw, and the seating was a disappointment. The bathroom was generally unsuitable, and especially unsuitable for traveling with small children; there wasn't even a changing table. Disorganization was the worst possible experience.

16/02/2026: I went for lunch on Friday at noon, and I have to say it's a very basic place. We waited about 10 minutes for a table (when we went into the dining room, there were at least 10 seats available, so I didn't understand the wait... Hmm...). We ordered a set menu and a pizza. The pizza arrived fairly quickly, but my first course still hadn't arrived after almost half an hour. The waitress came by and asked if I was waiting for the second course. I told her I was still waiting for the first course. The waitress, who was nice, apologized, saying they'd forgotten my first course! After 5 minutes, it arrived, and the second course soon after. The food was average for a typical midday working-class restaurant. Not terrible, but not exceptional either. I don't think I'd want to go back.

09/11/2025: The food here is good, we had also very nice waitress which offered some changes it was nice of her. Price is not too good I would say but it is in the middle of a busy street so I can’t really blame the place it’s not different from others. Both the pizza and the pasta I got tasted good, it is important to say that they also have some pastas which are not on the menu.

17/01/2026: I can't understand the negative reviews. We've always been satisfied. The rooms are clean; if people are slobs, the hotel staff can't help it (you can see it just by walking past the doors). The pool is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast might be a bit monotonous, but it's not expensive. The location is good. You can easily get everywhere. There's a shopping center across the street, and the harbor is just around the corner. There's a very nice pizzeria there. At normal water levels, excursion boats depart directly from the harbor in all directions. You can quickly reach any destination by car. We've always been satisfied.
