17/06/2026: It's not. It's not what it used to be... terrible value for money... at least for the pizzas...

03/06/2026: We've dined at this restaurant several times. Almost always pizza. Unfortunately, it's changed over the years, for the worse. The pizza is often undercooked, and in fact, we asked for it to be cooked a few minutes longer this time too, and they did. This is also due to the dough being hard to digest. The reason I'm writing this review is because the last time, in addition to the raw smell, we asked for a larger table than usual, with two seats against the wall, but they told us they were all booked. When we got up at 10:30 PM, no one had sat at the more than 10 free tables... So we were disappointed and fooled, and we won't be returning for both reasons!

22/02/2026: A highly refined, light, and easily digestible pizza. A rare find where you can pair your favorite pizza with a local sparkling wine from the Oltrepò area. We've been traveling 30 kilometers to eat their pizza for years.

03/06/2026: We've been ordering pizza from them for 9 months, and they've always met our needs! What can I say? The pizza is excellent, and their helpfulness and welcome on the phone are even better. They're excellent at home delivery, too. Highly recommended, the best pizzeria in Sannazaro and the surrounding area.

29/05/2026: I ordered three pizzas and a sandwich last night. The sandwich was raw and the inside was completely cold. The mozzarella slices were cold, and since it was a hot sandwich, the ingredients were cold and the mozzarella wasn't melted at all. The pizzas were raw and the fries were raw... My husband and son didn't eat them, and my husband was sick all night. Just so you know, my husband came in person to order and stood there waiting... the pizzas were raw, and if you want, I can post a photo of what they looked like. Do you think I'm bothering you? I threw away the sandwich, and my son threw away a slice, and I'll tell you where the rest went... if you don't know how to make pizza, change your career.

17/12/2025: Fantastic experience! I've been to this pizzeria and I have to say the pizza was truly exceptional: excellent dough, quality ingredients, and perfect cooking. You can taste the passion in every bite. What makes it all even more enjoyable is the management: two truly kind, friendly, and welcoming people who make you feel right at home. A place I'll definitely return to and one I highly recommend!

01/09/2025: The place is informal, its name now is "Lu purparu " located under the porticoes and pergolas, the dishes are plentiful and the prices are normal, the linguine with sea urchins are special, I will definitely return, what can I say... I recommend it to everyone, try it and believe it. 👍🏼

28/04/2026: A bar frequented by locals, offering simple and tasty food at reasonable prices (and no cover charge). I recommend trying the pizzoccheri, a typical brown pasta dish from the region. The service is very friendly.

25/04/2026: We stopped for two drinks, but the beer wasn't cold, and they brought us sides that didn't feel fresh anymore.

23/01/2026: The restaurant looked unassuming from the outside and inside. However, upon entering, we were pleasantly surprised. A homely, family atmosphere was palpable. A smiling waiter invited us to a table and patiently waited while we placed our final order – it was difficult to decide, as the menu had so many dishes. Ultimately, we opted for the classic carbonara and gnocchi with vegetables. These were the best dishes we had at any restaurant on Lake Como during our week-long trip. The limoncello at the bar was also decent. The only thing that tempted us to visit this place was its opening hours, which didn't change during siesta – all the recommended restaurants were closed. Luckily, we found it and didn't rely on the reviews, which are definitely unfounded… If you're looking for a secluded place with delicious food (especially), we wholeheartedly recommend it!

10/01/2026: We had coffee after walking up to the Volta Lighthouse via the funicular. A nice hot chocolate or a beer for some, and then we were ready to walk back down and take the funicular again. The view of Lake Como from the restaurant or the terrace is splendid. The service was friendly.

13/03/2026: We halved the portions, especially the salads, and kept the price the same. Very dissatisfied.

19/02/2026: I had a quick, hour-long lunch, including dessert. The people who work here are all kind and cheerful, which is rare for Milan. I had a great time. Everything was clean and welcoming. Wide selection and variety of products, and the kitchen is also excellent.

16/02/2026: I went for lunch on Friday at noon, and I have to say it's a very basic place. We waited about 10 minutes for a table (when we went into the dining room, there were at least 10 seats available, so I didn't understand the wait... Hmm...). We ordered a set menu and a pizza. The pizza arrived fairly quickly, but my first course still hadn't arrived after almost half an hour. The waitress came by and asked if I was waiting for the second course. I told her I was still waiting for the first course. The waitress, who was nice, apologized, saying they'd forgotten my first course! After 5 minutes, it arrived, and the second course soon after. The food was average for a typical midday working-class restaurant. Not terrible, but not exceptional either. I don't think I'd want to go back.
