For those of us who want to enjoy venison stew with porcini mushrooms, accompanied by polenta and a delicious bagoss cheese, all surrounded by a stunning panoramic view and served by friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend it. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their dedication.
27/09/2025: We returned to Cavallino with our friend Agnese, a restaurant with a terrace and an unmissable view, excellent dishes, and professional and courteous service. We ordered malfatti alla bagossa, braised beef with mushrooms, good wine by the glass, and crema catalana. Excellent value. Thanks to the owner, Laura. We'll be back.

21/06/2025: When I come here, I always eat well. Even at lunchtime with the fixed menu. Try the penne all'arrabbiata and the vittello tonnato, the tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini are also very good. The pizza is also excellent. The welcome is warm and it feels like being at home. I recommend it.

04/10/2025: 2 stars for the service simply because I ordered a type of pizza I'd never heard of over the phone, and especially because of the lack of a menu item or a website where I could see the ingredients. I asked for the ingredients over the phone and they said, "I don't have the menu to hand, so I couldn't tell them." They told me the type of pizza (as a souvenir), and I ordered it because it looked good based on the minimum they explained to me. I ended up eating spicy ingredients, and ingredients I wasn't told about and didn't like.
I recommend having a menu item handy when asking for the ingredients, or a photo on the page for someone who doesn't know the place or has never been there.

15/09/2025: Honestly one of the most magical and memorable experiences on our trip! The restaurant owner has a golden heart and the food was incredible good and lovely. We had a 4 day trip through Crema, Garda Lake, Verona and Bergamo but this place is the one we still think back to!

16/11/2025: I order a tomato pizza with sausage: €5 + €1, right? Wrong. They serve me a "Monzese" without mozzarella (which I didn't ask for), and I end up paying €8 minus 50 cents. Total: €7.50. Brilliant. A masterpiece of gastronomic accounting. When I ask for clarification, I'm treated as if I'm trying to rip them off, not the other way around. Kudos for your inventiveness, but I prefer transparency to creativity. A lost customer, but at least I learned that in some pizzerias, mozzarella costs less than logic.

27/10/2025: We'd been to this place before to try their pizza, which was highly recommended, but this time we returned to try a dish that had really piqued our interest the previous time: gnocchi served in a dish made with pizza dough. I must say our high expectations were fulfilled: the gnocchi were delicious, and the sauces, both the Sorrento-style and the cheese-based ones, were truly delicious. We'd definitely return.

22/11/2025: Tourist trap: undercooked cotoletta without the proper crust at 40+ euros per person (cotoletta + 1/3 wine). Service was also chaotic, with missing forks and dirty cups, which we had to ask many times to get replaced.
22/11/2025: The restaurant had very poor quality food; their breaded cutlet was very greasy and awful. For the price, I expected much more. I recommend not going and looking for cheaper alternatives elsewhere.
