09/12/2024: We hadn't been back to Paranza for several years and we found the same atmosphere of warm welcome and good food as then. Excellent place and low prices. Advised!

13/10/2024: Very kind and helpful staff, they welcomed us even though we were early with the hungry child. The marinated anchovies and scialatielli alla paranza were super!

08/09/2024: Not classified!!! I booked a table on a Saturday evening on their site with the words "book a table" a few hours before I received a reminder notification telling me the time......we go to dinner and what we find..... Restaurant closed!!! and then we learn that they moved to another country. In my opinion they didn't make a good impression, the first thing to do was ask for reservations and not let people show up! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. ATTENTION

27/12/2024: We were a large group of two tables and the pizza round always had to start from the same point, almost never allowing the pizzas to reach the end of the table. When we asked the waiters if they could do the opposite round, they said no and that other waiters would arrive for the opposite round. The result was that some ate a lot and others less and with less choice of pizzas, only the leftovers.

18/12/2024: A mess!!! Seats too close to each other... it is difficult to move your arm to bring the food to your mouth...... The food is good but I won't go back under these conditions..... it's stressful!!! Sorry but I didn't like it this time.

10/11/2024: Locale bello e personale gentile ma la scelta del menù veramente pessima, tagliolini ai frutti di mare per niente buoni con pesce spacciato per fresco ma congelato. Prezzo alto per qualità e quantità, non credo ci tornerò.....deludente

06/01/2025: I went for lunch and I must say that I found the flavors of the past, tradition and a lot of dedication to good food (which is increasingly rare to find). The environment is welcoming and the staff in the room are always attentive and quick. The girls liked it very much. The pizzoccheri and braised donkey are highly recommended

22/11/2024: “the boy is leaving” Oh no, making fun of customers is not okay. I called an hour and twenty minutes after placing the order and I was told that the boy would leave immediately for the delivery. After another half hour we decided to put on a plate of pasta. It's a shame because the pizza is really good, one of the best in Bolzano, but for the umpteenth time feeling ridiculed is really annoying. It would be enough to simply say "There is a lot to look forward to this evening". And each customer could make his own choices. But from now on we will look elsewhere

27/11/2024: Always welcoming with a smile, punctual greetings and courtesy, truly kind and attentive, pizza, sandwiches and piadine freshly made in a wood-fired oven, always fresh ingredients, generous portions. If you want something ethnic Gabibbo is always a sure bet

22/12/2024: Well, I would say disappointing... But the pizza is very digestible Nice, basic atmosphere. Slow and equally basic service Pizzas larger than the plate on which they are served, making it difficult to cut them, complicated by the fact that the dough is rather reluctant to cut, almost "rubbery". Original pizzas at all costs (and let's stop with these pistachios!! But how many are produced in the world?), very "touristy" It's certainly not among my favorite pizzerias

26/08/2024: If you are looking for a HEAVENLY pizza by the slice, you have chosen the right place, I HAD to do an encore, because it was too good. 🥰 I admit that even though I have lived in the neighborhood for more than 15 years, I have never seen it, but now that I know it exists I will return often, even bringing the children.

07/12/2024: Oggi abbiamo pranzato qui e devo dire che ci torneremo sicuramente. Abbiamo preso 2 menù rassegna gastronomica e cotoletta con patatine fritte per la mia bimba. Porzioni abbondanti e tutto squisito,il ragazzo che ci ha servito ai tavoli gentile,simpatico e premuroso mia figlia prima di andarsene lo ha cercato per ringraziarlo per come ci ha fatto sentire coccolati.... Bravi!!! Continuate così....

30/11/2024: We ate the menus from the Lodi area review. The first and second courses arrived cold. The service was not bad apart from a bottle of water requested 3 times.

22/11/2024: I ordered a short time ago, it was delivered to me 15 minutes early when I had explicitly said 9pm since the guests were arriving by that time. We had to eat the pizzas cold and among other things they also forgot to put some ingredients on a pizza. The very kind boy even offered to go back but counting the time it would take they would only arrive colder. Needless to say, despite putting the pizzas back in the oven, they weren't to our liking at all and they still weren't too hot. I would like to specify that we live not far from the pizzeria, just 3 minutes by car.
