The place could use a makeover; the service isn't fast, but the important thing is to eat well without spending a fortune.

28/08/2025: The restaurant is located inside a campsite, and although there's often music and entertainment, dinner is a relaxed affair.
The menu features seafood and pizza.
For seafood lovers, this restaurant is addictive, not to mention the desserts.
We tried practically the entire menu, including the pizza (we dined there 7 or 8 times in 15 days).
The prices are low for the quality and abundance of the dishes.
Michele and Rosa are super nice and friendly people, as is all the other staff.
We haven't eaten this well in a long time!!!!
How lucky we were to meet them at the beginning of our vacation!

05/09/2025: Truly a delicious pizza. I ordered one to try with the charcoal dough. It was amazing, super filling, and truly delicious. They also had classic dishes, including some truly top-notch ones. I hadn't heard of it, but I'd love to go back. I recommend it to everyone. Last but not least, the very clean bathroom.

15/03/2026: We ordered fish soup and, sadly, after half an hour, we only received empty shellfish with plenty of bread. The cost was €30 per person. Be careful, folks, it's a disgrace. We've been coming to Alassio for seven years, but we've never had anything like this in a restaurant. Never again, Ristorante Clapsy.

Good food but small portions.

28/02/2026: We arrived in Alassio for a short vacation, two adults, a baby, and a dog.
We were strolling leisurely when the girl serving the tables outside greeted us with a wide smile.
A few hours later, not knowing where to eat, we decided to "reward" her cheerfulness.
Well, it was a wonderful surprise, so much so that we returned several times.
The first and second courses were delicious. And the pizza was excellent! Highly recommended, also for the service.

Whoever makes money doesn't make kebabs.

08/02/2026: I didn't have a particularly positive experience at this pizzeria, where I returned after many years. The place was neglected, the pizza was undercooked, and the service was a bit unprepared.
20/12/2025: A very simple atmosphere, but the pizza and farinata are good, and the desserts are excellent. The hostess is very kind and friendly, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

09/09/2025: Try the tagliolini with clams. Besides swimming in the water, the clams look like they've been dried in the sun. It's a shame because the place is fine. The fact is, you can't cook like this. With frozen foods. Pasta included.

Unfortunately, the food isn't good: the fish dishes aren't great, and the fried food was a real disappointment, especially when half of it was taken up by a whole fried crab, which is barely edible and is "puffed up" by a little mound of arugula on the bottom. Very expensive for what you get. A €3 cover charge is truly exaggerated.
25/02/2026: An outdoor lunch in the sun, advice from the wonderful owner: the food was super, I recommend it especially the fried fish.

03/01/2026: We noticed a poor service. People were leaving because they couldn't order, even though the place was small and not even full. But we can't complain! We ordered right away, the food arrived on time, and it was good. We'll be back.
