12/06/2026: I stumbled upon this hotel on a school trip to Rome. It was very good, with excellent food, comfortable beds, and a very well-functioning air conditioning. Despite the chaos we caused (for which we apologize 😅), the staff didn't complain much, so much patience! The breakfast was well-stocked, and the hotel was excellent! 💯

07/06/2026: When I called and Mr. Luca or whoever he is agreed to solve the problem, however I will no longer use your pizzeria as the service is poor and the pizza chef is with his hands up his nose instead of where he should put them. If you have cameras, check both what he does and his approaches to the public. You are sad and limited and short-handed people.

15/07/2026: A slice of true Naples in the Castelli Romani! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​If you're looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza in Genzano, Osteria dell'Infiorata is an absolute must. Run by young people originally from Torre del Greco, this place brings all the passion, craftsmanship, and tradition of the true Neapolitan school to the heart of the Castelli Romani. ​The Culinary Experience ​The Pizzas: Simply spectacular. The dough is traditional: flattened, incredibly light, easily digestible, and with a crisp, authentic crust. The mozzarella deserves special mention: they use real mozzarella from Campania (essentially buffalo mozzarella, real buffalo mozzarella) which—as they rightly say—should only be eaten on its own, because it inevitably loses some of its exceptional purity on the pizza. Yet, even though they put it on the pizza, the result is still extraordinary, stringy, and incredibly flavorful. The Margherita is a masterpiece of balance, while the Marinara remains an excellent, flavorful alternative, flavored with excellent tomatoes, garlic, and oregano. ​Side Dishes: The side dishes are also excellent and authentic. The grilled vegetables (zucchini and eggplant) are cooked to perfection, and the pan-fried vegetables are perfectly flavorful. ​La Vetarina dei Tagli: The open-view refrigerator with the aged cuts of meat is a particularly interesting feature, a detail that demonstrates the restaurant's meticulous attention to the quality of its ingredients. ​Ambience and Service ​The interior atmosphere is welcoming, rustic, and familiar. The restaurant is enriched with unique details, such as the beautiful antique cast iron stove in the center of the room, the original trunk filled with wine bottles, and a chalkboard at the entrance that immediately draws a smile. The staff is the real added value: they are quick, extremely kind, and bring the typical, warm hospitality of Campania to the table. The verdict: If you're in Genzano and crave a real pizza, enhanced by an exceptional ingredient like their buffalo mozzarella (delicious on pizza, but it also shows how much they love authentic food culture), this is the perfect place.
