16/03/2025: Ottimo posto! Già conoscevo, ma per diverso tempo non più frequentato , per motivi di lavoro , quindi logistici, ma appena ho avuto modo sono tornato da loro. Cibo con ingredienti di alta qualità, Menu vario, si va dai primi piatti, secondi e pizze. Tutto perfetto. Location. accogliente e personale discreto e gentilissimo. Nulla da eccepire. Consigliato. Sirente un punto di riferimento. A presto!

09/03/2025: 03/08/2025. From reading the reviews I expected more, I was disappointed. Too many gross and intolerable blunders even in a home-style kitchen! RICOTTA AND SPINACH RAVIOLI WITH BUTTER AND SAGE (€12.00): not normal ravioli as they once prepared with time and dedication.... but 4 huge squares, all dough and little filling. Moreover, in a "brodetto" of water and butter because they are not drained well. GRILLED BEEF FILLET (€20.00): nothing special, neither in terms of meat nor in terms of cooking. 2 ROMAN-STYLE ARTICHOKES (€8.00): in the heart of the artichokes the hair, called the beard, with a bitter taste, has not been removed. MIMOSA CAKE (€6.00): a little pretentious to call it "mimosa" as it had nothing of this dessert. Dry sponge cake without liqueur, not soft custard, but I suppose mascarpone (the same used for the tortemisu?), on top of dark pieces of sponge cake without any flavour. For two people we spent €85.00 but, on reflection, there are many other excellent places in Sabina, where the cost is more or less the same but the food is infinitely better!

18/02/2025: Quality homemade food. Friendly and welcoming staff. You feel at home. Also be prepared on gluten-free and contamination. The room with the fireplace is gorgeous!

09/03/2025: We tried various pizzas with different doughs, all very light and digestible. I highly recommend the corsara sensation, with its soft dough and seasoned with raw ham and burrata, while the yellow Amatriciana, with its thick and crunchy dough, was good but too sweet for my tastes. I prefer the cacio e pepe potato chips to the normal ones, the supplì with mushrooms and Gorgonzola is crunchy and very tasty.

07/03/2025: Never tasted a Margherita pizza like this. I only like pizza with tomato and mozzarella. I chose the crispy version and I must say that the palate has given its verdict... never has pizza been so welcome. It's difficult to find a table especially on a Saturday night. I was very lucky to find one for four people.....I invite all readers to book at least a week in advance to taste one of the best pizzas in Sabina. Try it to believe it..... I add the fried foods....absolutely golden and crispy to perfection....

02/03/2025: Locale rustico con proprietari gentili ed accoglienti. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato, cibo ben cucinato. Gradito il pensiero di fine pasto, ci sono state offerte frappe e castagnole per il carnevale, ma avendo gentilmente rifiutato perché già sazi, ci sono state confezionate per poterle portar via.

01/03/2025: Il locale è un pò nascosto rispetto alla Salaria ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile. Il locale dispone di un parcheggio privato adiacente al locale. Il locale è arredato in stile rustico. Il personale di servizio si è mostrato cortese, disponibile e gentile. Il proprietario conosciuto al momento di pagare è stato molto simpatico. Ottima la cucina così come il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Esperienza positiva.

23/03/2025: A cute, enveloping and warm environment, in pastel colours, welcomes you to this pizzeria a few steps from the Roman bridge over the Velino river, in Rieti. We are in a small street, closer to a busy roundabout. You enter 'Pan Pier Focaccia' and ask if there is a table for one person and the owner replies 'but how...you're one of us!' and that's how you're welcomed here, that's the response you want to hear from people. And here the people are genuine, welcoming like most of Italy, authentic in their dialect and ways of 'happy living'. The restaurant has large, square and well-distributed wooden tables; nice chandeliers with food trays used as light bulb holders; a discreet booth for just three tables where three romantic couples actually 'secluded' themselves, it seemed like three generations at the table. And then the sounds of the rolling pin, of the shovel grabbing the raw and cooked pizza, the people who find themselves in one of those places that Italy is proud of: the pizzeria. And the pizza here is really good, especially if after a day of work and if it's a bit cold outside. And 'Pan Pier Focaccia' welcomed me, like one of them....thank you. To return for sure.

18/03/2025: Non è la prima volta che vengo in questo ristorante ed ogni volta si riconferma tale.. Tutto ottimo dalla qualità del cibo al servizio, inclusa location !! Consigliatissimo anche solo per mangiare una pizza che tra le altre cose è buonissima. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

09/02/2025: I went there for lunch with friends for the first time. I had a great time. The first courses are delicious, as are the grilled meats and side dishes. Not to mention the trifle, delicious!!

23/02/2025: Abbiamo cenato con le giacche per il freddo,anche dopo aver chiesto se era possibile scaldare un po' l'ambiente,ma niente ,siamo arrivati che il locale era vuoto , intorno alle 19.45,siamo usciti per ultimi intorno alle 23,30 ,le portate sono arrivate a tranches, c'è chi aveva finito e che doveva ancora iniziare,per ultimo quando è arrivata la pasta per una persona intorno alle 23 era fredda,e tutto questo ad un prezzo sopra la media... vabbè

22/02/2025: Reservation for 5 people on Friday evening at 10.10pm; after a bit of initial indecision they confirm that it is still possible to eat something "on the fly". 10.25pm ​​we arrive at the restaurant, we only order pizzas, a bottle of still water and a bottle of red wine. First gaffe, boiling red wine. We don't complain out of respect (a waiter opens the bottle and leaves) and we drink it anyway. 11.15pm still five tables with people sitting; I realize one of the older waiters begins to constantly stare at us and walk around us. 11.25pm ​​I think the time has come to kick us out! First of all, the same waiter who was staring at us with an annoyed attitude takes the bottle and empties the remaining wine into our glass, after another three minutes he comes back and takes away the glasses and water directly from us. Annoyed, having also been a waiter and, respecting the customer first and foremost, I warned my friends that perhaps it was time to go (they practically kicked us out). While we were putting on our coats, another waiter turned off the lights that illuminated our table. They charge us and the price is appropriate. As soon as they leave, they turn off the lights in the room and barricade themselves inside. Service 0! Let me start by saying that every week I ordered at least one takeaway pizza from them. Never again!

02/02/2025: peccato che a volte prenoti e poi non ti liberano il tavolo. Mia figlia con tre amiche prenotato per le 21 quando arrivano le chiedono di attendere perché i clienti del turno precedente accomodati sul tavolo assegnato non hanno finito. Tornate alle 21:30, dicono che manca il dolce (nel frattempo notano tavoli liberi) ore 21:45 ancora tavolo occupato, si mangia altrove e neanche sembravano dispiaciuti! La sensazione è che abbiano clienti e clienti…

24/02/2025: Forno eccezionale!!! Simpatici il proprietario ed il figlio!! Sono molto ospitali ed empatici e fanno un pane ed una pizza che farcita con i loro salumi verdure etc... sono fantastici!! Poi alla fine ti portano sempre i loro dolcetti da assaggiare!!! Prezzi onesti!! ci tornerò ogni volta che passerò per il lago del Turano!!
