La cucina è tipica del luogo e allo stesso tempo ricercata, si vede che c’è un’attenzione particolare alla qualità dei prodotti. Torneremo sicuramente! grazie

03/02/2025: I had a fantastic meal here, one Sunday lunchtime with friends. I have been coming here on and off for years, but after this recent visit, a review was in order. There were 5 of us, so we decided to share two mixed cold cut platters at €15 per dish. The array of meat here was mouth-watering and simply perfect! From the prosciutto crudo, to the salame and sausage...all of this platter was on point! I wanted more! For my main I went for a pizza, which is what they are famous for...and it didn't disappoint as usual! I went for the pizza Cella, which consisted of a pumpkin puree base, cured pig cheek, semi dried cherry tomatoes, smoked provola cheese, and shavings of parmesan, all for €12. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I tried some of my friends pizzas also and they were perfect also! They never disappoint. So, in the area? Tourist by any chance? Love pizza done properly? Then, definitely check this place out. Staff are friendly and courteous. Easy 5 stars. They're closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Open Thursday and Friday evenings. And all day on Saturday and Saturday. So you should really book to avoid disappointment.

19/01/2025: After many heartfelt reviews and having wanted to go for some time, my family and I finally managed to book after a couple of times and found everything sold out Amazing pizza starter with quality above expectations, I would say excellent And apart from all the qualities I found the value and quality almost disappeared...... Honesty for my mistake I pay more than I should... I was called back by the staff after I had left the restaurant to give me back what was due, I would only say compliments……….. I'll be back very soon

06/12/2024: Friends living in the area brought us to this authentically charming restaurant, and we were welcomed as family. Every course and every morsel were fantastic - a meal we will always remember, including the delightful local wines. Capping it off, the warmth of Pino and Anna and the staff was one more element of a truly perfect afternoon. Grazie, Pino and Anna. We treasure this memory and hope to visit again!

19/01/2025: Externally the restaurant offers parking for about twenty cars, while inside the restaurant appears very rustic. The menu that can be consulted via the QR code actually didn't work and the dishes were said verbally (which I honestly don't like, I prefer to evaluate by reading the paper). However, the choice of dishes is sufficient: we particularly appreciated the first courses which are undoubtedly their strong point, but the meat was equally good, of which we tried the pork fillet with truffles. The vegetable starter wasn't that great, for €9 it wasn't really worth it. Still a positive dinner. Very courteous waitress.

01/01/2025: The kindness of the lady who welcomed us is priceless because we arrived late, despite this we were pampered and treated with warmth... A spectacular amatriciana, not to mention the gricia....guys you have to try it...it's absolutely worth it..

28/11/2024: This small restaurant surrounded by greenery is a real gem! I'm a little biased because I'm very fond of the place where it is located, but apart from the emotional side, I think it's really a special place. The staff is very kind (Giulia is a treasure) and makes you feel at home, and the food is incredibly good, from starters to desserts. You can see care and love in the dishes, which is not at all a given. I highly recommend giving it a try!

04/02/2025: A pizzeria like this was missing in the area! Very difficult to book a table, but the wait is worth it. The pizzas are at least double the size of a normal one, and could easily be divided by two. We almost never manage to finish them, which is why we ask for a box to take the rest home! Ingredients, exceptional, and choice of combinations spot on! The gem that I recommend are the typical fried pizzas (nothing to do with the Neapolitan ones). They are fried pancakes, in mini format, typical of Sabina. They are usually accompanied with raw ham, and since they are not eaten except at fairs, this is the perfect place to taste them.

13/11/2024: Servizio pessimo, attese estremamente lunghe.. Addirittura si siedono a vedere la partita mentre io sto aspettando da wuasi 20 minuti che qualcuno si degni di passare. Tanto che, innervosita, non ho preso né dolce né caffe. Ho pagato e me ne sono andata. La pizza pessima, sia impasto che condimento, non sapeva di nulla ed era piena zeppa di pepe (oltretutto non richiesto).Un tempo era ottima, piccolissima ma almeno buona. Mi dispiace, non é piú il Golosone. Non ci torneró ovviamente.

14/01/2025: I've just been to this place looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat with my celiac son. We entered thinking we had to eat a second course and a side dish to be calm with my son's situation, we found a restaurant with an attention to celiacs that we have not found even in specialized places. My son swore to me that the focaccia eaten here instead of bread is of equal quality to that of wheat... I recommend this location to everyone and especially to celiacs, they are certified and the food is really up to par.... We will be back..

14/01/2025: A nice place a few hundred meters from the historic center. The sandwiches are very good, but the first courses are also quite interesting. Also worth trying is the pumpkin cream soup with gorgonzola!!! They tell me that the pizza isn't bad either... I'll talk about it as soon as I get back!

02/02/2025: peccato che a volte prenoti e poi non ti liberano il tavolo. Mia figlia con tre amiche prenotato per le 21 quando arrivano le chiedono di attendere perché i clienti del turno precedente accomodati sul tavolo assegnato non hanno finito. Tornate alle 21:30, dicono che manca il dolce (nel frattempo notano tavoli liberi) ore 21:45 ancora tavolo occupato, si mangia altrove e neanche sembravano dispiaciuti! La sensazione è che abbiano clienti e clienti…
