02/09/2025: THE PLACE REFLECTS THE TUSCIA REGION. HIGH POTENTIAL, BUT THEY DON'T PUSH BEYOND. SOME OF THE STAFF ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY. A PART OF THEM NEEDS TO BE REVISED, IN THE TERMS OF BEING OPEN TO OUTSIDE THE REGION AND TO THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER. SOMETIMES A LITTLE IS ENOUGH. THE PIZZA IS GOOD, A PIZZA WITH A LOW DOUGH. SOMETIMES THE TIMES NEED TO BE REVISED.

22/08/2025: After a long time, I returned to Delfino, a historic restaurant in the city center, driven, above all, by memories of my mother. At 12:00 on Saturday, August 16th (the ZTL is not in effect, but you can enter on Saturdays!), I managed to quickly park nearby, ordered two calzones, one classic and one with tomato sauce, three supplì, and a slice of pizza with mortadella, for lunch for three, recalling unforgettable flavors. The location is very touristy because it's on the crossroads between Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Largo Argentina. I was delighted to say goodbye to the owner, a stalwart of traditional management. I was pleasantly surprised to still find some of the old products despite the passage of time and the usual work for tourists. A pleasant goodbye and best of luck for the future. See you soon!

20/08/2025: Total deception by those who serve, I asked for a recommendation for a pizza, according to what they showed it, they prepared it and delivered it as they pleased, terrible taste.

24/08/2025: NOT RECOMMENDED! The pizzas arrive half an hour late, the service is lacking, leaving aside the poor young man who is extremely polite and attentive to customers and the kind lady, the arrogant owner especially when it comes to the bill... jokes in bad taste to customers are not made, especially if the customers have overlooked various shortcomings and problems with the service. Leaving aside the decent food, the bathrooms in short... honestly not up to standard for people with disabilities given the steps.

23/08/2025: On a day at the beach, six of us had dinner. We waited 30 minutes to order, 30 minutes to be told that three of the six first courses we'd ordered weren't available, and another hour to have them delivered. We'd already ordered fried food, which finally arrived, after several reminders. Full of fried vegetables, which no one had asked for, and with a few hidden shellfish. Basically... if you're hungry, get a pizza.

08/09/2025: Big scam, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 iced teas for €25, price not displayed, clearly the worst tourist trap of our stay.

07/09/2025: Very good takeout pizza, the only problem is the portions. They're too big, even for the smallest slice. There were also arancini and other treats, but I couldn't finish the pizza, so I tried something else. Prices for pizza are around €15. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly.

14/06/2025: DOMICILIO. Mangio la pizza anche sbattuta al muro, ma devo dire che le pizze di stasera erano di GOMMA. Per di più non sono arrivati tutti gli antipasti ordinati, ci hanno mandato dei pezzetti di pizza fritti immangiabili. Speriamo di non stare male.

14/06/2025: Abbiamo ordinato a casa, il fritto ordinato non c'era però in compenso c'era dell impasto di pizza fritta secca. Le pizze erano tutte gommose e non sono state digerite

17/03/2025: I ordered via the site and I promptly received confirmation via email, after 10/15 minutes of delay I tried to contact the pizzeria both with the landline number and with whatsapp (both found on the internet) and I never received a response nor the pizza. I'll point it out in case there's something wrong, I usually like pizza.

28/06/2025: The place inside is welcoming and quite large, the owner and the pizza chef are very nice, the first/second/side dishes and dessert are really excellent! The pizza is a little different from the one you find in Naples, however this does not take away the fact that it is excellent and with excellent quality ingredients, honest prices, Highly recommended! ❤️

12/06/2025: Mientras estábamos en la cima de la escalinata española nos detuvimos aquí de camino a casa para tomar una copa durante varias noches consecutivas. El personal era muy amable, eficiente en su servicio y recordaba nuestro pedido de la noche anterior. En la tercera noche tuvimos un postre con ellos y el tiramisú fue el postre más agradable que tuvimos en todo nuestro viaje! En la cuarta y quinta noche comimos nuestra comida principal aquí, probando la pizza, lasaña, risotto y una pizza diferente, no podía faltar ninguno de los platos. Todos estaban sabrosos y bien presentados. Los precios eran muy razonables para la zona y ciertamente no el más caro para las comidas equivalentes en otros lugares de la ciudad.

06/05/2025: Het eerste restaurant waar wij hebben gegeten in Rome. Uiteraard verwacht dat er niets boven het eten van Italië gaat, maar helaas stelde deze zaak ons erg teleur. Uitstekende locatie maar jammer genoeg niet het eten wat je mag verwachten van Italië. Ook erg aan de prijs voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt.

09/08/2025: Worst pizzeria I've ever seen. There were 15 of us in the restaurant, and I mean in the ENTIRE restaurant, and we had to wait more than 1:30 for 7 pizzas. The location sucks, you can see the vintage clock on the right and the oxygen sponsor on the left. Not to mention the staff, there are only 2 of them, and we had to tell them 15 times to take the order. The music was terrible (this was personal), the cutlery was terrible, the plastic plates for the appetizers were few choices of appetizers, and the portions were tiny. Furthermore, my menu was delivered incorrectly, meaning it was missing some pages that the others had. I ordered a diavola pizza, the dough was decent, but the tomato and mozzarella were really bad. I found the salami slices large, but at least it was spicy, so I'm giving it a star.

09/08/2025: Arriving at 9:00 PM in the Formia square, we asked the clerk if we could dine in without a reservation. A few tables were free, and they sat us down. Unfortunately for us, after ordering two pizzas at 9:00 PM, the pizzas arrived at around 10:39 PM. Meanwhile, the beer and water were hot. Thankfully, it wasn't crowded. The pizza, however, was good.

30/03/2025: Presa la pizza da asporto, per una cena tra amici. Dalla riapertura hanno cambiato tipo di pizza, ora la fanno alla pala, ed il risultato è ottimo. Impasto leggero, condimento abbondante e saporito. Decisamente la migliore in zona (le abbiamo provate quasi tutte), nonostante non consegnino a domicilio. Buono anche il prezzo, concorrenziale.

30/08/2025: I don't want to be mean about their skills, but maybe it's my fault for ordering from here more than once, but they never brought the right pizzas with the order, even though it was clarified by calling. Pizzas with two slices of ham or capricciosa without ingredients or just randomly added. I can't recommend it.

30/08/2025: Shameful, never again! Of the 5 pizzas I ordered, 3 were incorrect, one of which was even requested over the phone, specifying the ingredients just to be sure (it was on their menu). The pizza that was supposed to have 4 ingredients arrived with an extra slice of ham and a piece of hard-boiled egg instead of another ingredient. The rest of the pizza had mushrooms just there to cover up space. Disgusting! And to make matters worse, they showed up saying they couldn't take my card because they didn't have a POS terminal or any change to give (without a receipt, obviously). Extremely dishonest behavior, considering we even asked for the total over the phone and they refused to tell us. Terrible experience and rude staff. 1 star because -5 doesn't exist!
