It's not impossible, but it's the kind of mission that earns you dinner. In the end, when you walk in, you feel like a hero who's conquered the relic. ATMOSPHERE The place isn't big, and that's a good thing. Because every detail seems designed with the precision of a Japanese calligrapher. Just the right lighting, thoughtful furnishings, no excess. Picturesque on the outside, bright on the inside: in the summer, the outdoor tables seem already taken by the cheerful chatter you can't wait to hear. THE MENU Not vegan? It doesn't matter. Here, the kitchen doesn't ask you for party membership, it simply knocks you out. The dishes don't try to "imitate" the carnivorous tradition, but challenge it to a duel. And they often win. You can choose a guided tour, like in a gastronomic theme park where each stop is a surprise you'd never imagine ordering alone. LOTS OF SMOKE AND... A TWIST The signature dish is this: "Lots of smoke and no roast." A name that seems designed to mock you, but it throws you off at the first bite. It looks like meat. It smells like meat. It fools you like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat. Except here, there's no rabbit... there. 17/09/2025: We've been there for a week now. The B&B and the restaurant are lovely. The rooms are lovingly furnished. The food was delicious, and the staff is very warm and friendly. We felt completely at home.

21/09/2025: They speak well of it....during the rides there were 3 of us, some of us ate excellent fish, while others ate pizza I have something to complain about...one was good, one was scary, it seemed like frozen dough with fresh filling, like the sole of a shoe, negative experience...

19/09/2025: Our favorite neighbourhood pizzeria! Located in Silvella (UD), this modest hole-in-the-wall pizzeria is one of the best pizzerias in Friuli Venezia Giulia! We always order their “GIRO PIZZA” (“Pizza Tour”)— this unique offer allows diners to select different pizza flavors/combinations of their choice from Ambaradan’s Special/Gourmet Pizza Menù. Ambaradan offers the most unique pizza combinations with the freshest ingredients often at 0 km. Reservations are not required but I recommend booking in advance!

07/09/2025: We stopped by on our bike tour. We arrived early and had the chance to hear the chef introduce us to his special pizzas. The expert spoke enthusiastically about his new creations. So, here you'll find both standard and very special, often local, combinations. Very good pizzas, explained with great respect. That was a nice surprise! From the outside, the pizzeria looks more like a takeaway pizzeria. Of course, it's completely different inside. The neighborhood knows this place well, so it's best to arrive early!

17/10/2025: We stumbled upon it for the first time after reading the reviews, and I have to say we were right. We really enjoyed the pizzas we ate; the ingredients were just right, and the dough was easy to digest. The waiters were friendly and helpful. The bill was average for an average pizzeria. We'll definitely be back to try the restaurant dishes, which looked very appetizing when we saw them pass by.

10/09/2025: Large pizza, but sold in portions, so it's no problem to order more variants according to taste. The ingredients used are excellent in taste, so I highly recommend it. Prices and opening hours are August 2025.

08/09/2025: I've been here several times for both lunch and dinner. I'd give it full marks for a business lunch, but I wouldn't give the same rating for a weekend dinner, where takeout makes the atmosphere chaotic and noisy, and the wait times are consequently longer. However, the staff is experienced and committed to providing the best possible service. The quality of the pizza is good, but perhaps the pizza menu is too extensive for me, as I love marinara, calzone, and margherita.
