09/07/2025: The pizza was totally delicious. The guy serving it was funny, friendly and just in general great. The price was the best I have seen in years. Totally satisfied.
07/07/2025: A really enthusiastic man who really wants to make a delicious pizza for you, we had chosen a pizza capricciosa, it was very tasty but there was probably half a kilo of ham on it, it was a really good pizza but just too much ham.

19/08/2025: Very nice pizzeria with a wood-fired oven, modern and cozy interior. Unassuming from the outside, and unfortunately, no outdoor seating (but that's not always possible in a big city). Centrally located near the castle. We found the pizza very good and felt completely at home. We'd gladly return if we ever come back to Trieste.
05/08/2025: Nice, family-friendly place and fantastic pizza, which you can also order with alternative flours!
And it's DELICIOUS!!! :)

06/07/2025: Perfect Calzone speciale! The staff speaks a little English and is welcoming. Nice place and perfect food, definitely visiting again. Quite cheap but very good quality food.

08/08/2025: I’m happy that eventually we picket this restaurant among the multiple places around.
This is rather a local experience and not a fancy place. The food was excellent. Main dish and the desert as well.
07/08/2025: Excellent traditional cuisine with the occasional little innovation. Wonderfully located by the harbor. Very friendly service. Perhaps the best restaurant in Muggia, especially considering the value for money. The only drawback: unfortunately, you can't get a table without a reservation.

27/07/2025: Great food; great prices. Twice as much food for half the price than the previous evening in the busy centre. Everything was delicious. The pizza was perfect, the gnocchi was melt in your mouth and the meatballs were plentiful. The service was quick and polite. We were the first people in for dinner so not much atmosphere but that's not the restaurant's fault; we prefer it quiet anyway. Would recommend to anyone visiting Trieste.

our first time but both pasta we tried was incredibly good (pasta carbonara and fusilli saporiti)

31/08/2025: Excellent food and very helpful service. They didn't have room in the restaurant, so they prepared our food to go in a few minutes. They also gave us good advice on what to choose so we wouldn't have to wait long. And the prices are also very good.

26/08/2025: The pasta carbonara was the best I've ever had. The Margherita pizza was made with real, fresh tomatoes and delicious cheese drizzled with olive oil. At times, there was a long line to get in. This is what I call real Italian food.

15/07/2025: As always, you can't go wrong at Mimmo's!! The whole wheat pizza is excellent. The white flour pizza is also excellent. The service is good, the guys are great. There's a garden so you can sit outside... great guys, excellent pizzas and more... we always love coming back... see you soon 👍👍❤️

We went to this pizzeria to celebrate my grandfather's birthday and were truly impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, especially with the cake. The pizzas are classic, very large, and truly filling.
They also make gluten-free pizzas, and from certified celiac sources (my sisters), the gluten-free pizzas are the best in Trieste.
An excellent choice for an evening with friends!
