07/02/2026: I feel at home here! ...even better sometimes!... Politeness, respect, and courtesy are always the pillars of this renowned Tolmezzo establishment. The restaurant is always meticulously prepared, focusing on the quality of the ingredients (the first courses are excellent, especially the saffron gnocchi!) and the variety of the culinary offerings. The pizza is a must-try, featuring a highly digestible dough that I always pair with the ever-present and excellent bottled red beer, Zahre di Sauris! I choose it and frequent it often because it represents a solid point of reference and never disappoints expectations. I may be biased, but my analysis is objective nonetheless, reflecting authenticity and Carnic intellectual honesty. It always favors those who have the vocation of always offering the best of themselves in what they do and how they present it. Cleanliness and order in the dining room complete the package for a full and satisfying assessment of the overall perceived and experienced service. 28/04/2026: A pizzeria straight out of the 70s. The portions were truly minuscule. The gnocchi, which cost a whopping 15 euros, were clearly store-bought, and we could even hear the microwave. The meat in the Bolognese sauce was practically nonexistent. We left hungry.

14/04/2026: Ordered pizza for takeout. Definitely good. Gluten-free and lactose-free options also available. And then there's the house specialty: Baci di Pizza... Very promising!!!!

02/05/2026: After reading the reviews, I expected much more, but I wasn't really satisfied!! I had the gnocchi with scallops and porcini mushrooms; they were overcooked, tasteless, and the portion was disappointing. My wife had the 60-year-old pizza; the dough was good and easy to digest. Perhaps it lacked a little salt, but that's subjective. Despite having a "special" topping, she found it quite tasteless and, above all, too much oil. Good service.

14/04/2026: The complimentary aperitif at the start is heartwarming. The pizza selection is huge; I don't think I've ever seen so many on a menu, nor tasted anything so good. Not only is it not just a pizzeria, but the food is also excellent and top-quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended; I can't wait to go back!

19/03/2026: Truly reliable pizzeria! The owner is quick to take orders, friendly, and organized. When we arrived, the pizzas were ready and super tasty! Excellent service, highly recommended.

20/04/2026: The white pizza with sausage and broccoli rabe was delicious, as always. The pizzas with tomato sauce are soggy, soaked in tomato sauce. Less sauce and it would be perfect.

12/04/2026: I went to Pizzeria Vesuvio in Udine with a group of friends. The evening was pleasant, but there were some areas where it could be improved. The pizza was good, but not exceptional: decent dough and average ingredients. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very attentive: they forgot one pizza, and there was a bit of a mix-up, probably because it was a Saturday night and the place was busy. The still water didn't really convince me; it had a slightly peculiar taste, like it tasted like purifier. The place is still nice, and the prices are average. With more attentive service and a little more attention, it could definitely be better.

12/04/2026: I ordered three pizzas for takeout, including one with sausage, broccoli rabe, and provolone, and asked for the sausage to be omitted. I get home and find a Margherita with broccoli rabe on top. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time they've made a mistake, but I wanted to give it a try anyway, because the pizza is good. I'm sorry, but I think this will be the last time I get pizza.

19/04/2026: I can't believe they charged me 4 euros more for a frozen pizza base... and they didn't even have 2 chips for the appetizer... the kind waiter made 2 bruschettas but didn't know I couldn't eat them... all in all, the ingredients were good... but you can't charge me 18 euros for a pizza... there are SG pizza bases that are like gluten-free ones... just ask... If only all restaurateurs learned to keep gluten-free dishes in their pantry... but I know money always comes first... I brought 4 people who wouldn't have come without me... and I was the one who was treated the worst... anyway, thank you... most restaurants are like this because they don't want to train their staff... I hope you never become celiac

04/02/2026: Best pizzeria in Lignano. We've tried a few others but always go back to Arco. All the waiters are super friendly.
