I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Parma

21/05/2025: Le premier serveur n'était pas pressé de s'occuper des clients, et pas souriant du tout. Celui qui a pris la suite était un peu plus motivé... Repas : pizza au jambon de Parme, relativement banale, avec sauce tomate de conserve. Donc pas vraiment un endroit à conseiller (à noter : un repas en terrasse coûte 3 euros de plus qu'à l'intérieur).

19/04/2025: Sono stata una sera per una pizza. Locale carino con tavoli anche esterni in zona centrale. La serata era molto affollata per le vie del centro quindi ho scelto il primo locale che avesse posto. Pizza discreta, bevande alquanto care.

22/07/2025: I got two takeout pizzas this evening, but alas, I wasn't disappointed, more than that. The atmosphere was lacking in empathy, but that's what happened a moment ago, let's get to the pizzas. One diavola and one vegetariana. The dough was hard as sole. The vegetables????? The peppers were almost raw, and to think they came from a frozen and "previously" cooked vegetable platter. Maybe they needed a little more care. Sorry, but an experience worth repeating...and yet I didn't have any negative reviews of this pizzeria...any problems?????

29/07/2025: Das Vincanto liefert eine grundsolide Küche, die es aber mit anderen Restaurants (auch an Ort) leider nicht ganz aufnehmen kann. Der eigentliche Schwachpunkt scheint mir hier der Umgang mit dem Gast zu sein. Der Service ist leider nicht auf der Höhe: beim Hauptgericht wird nicht nach Beilagen gefragt, die gesondert bestellt werden müssen. Man bemerkt also seinen Fehler erst, wenn das Essen vor einem steht… Auch sonst macht man was man muss, mehr aber auch nicht. Man fühlt sich nicht im üblichen Maße als Gast und umsorgt (ja, das kann auch manchmal zu viel werden, aber gar nicht ist entschieden zu wenig). Es fehlt nicht viel: Sehen, dass ein Glas oder eine Flasche leer ist und reagieren, beim Aufnehmen der Bestellung mitdenken und fragen, mehr wäre es nicht - vermutlich ein Personal-/Führungsthema. Die Küche ist gut und die Gerichte schmecken gut, gleich ob Nudeln, Fisch oder Fleisch. Besonders hervorzuheben: es gibt hier glutenfreie Kost auf sehr guten Niveau.

24/07/2025: Pranzo giorno feriale fine luglio 25. Cose veloci e semplici (bruschetta e insalata). Servizio di ragazze di lingua non italiana cortesi ma sprovvedute. Fatto presente di bottiglia di olio di oliva con data di scadenza 22/06/25 e risposta che la bottiglia è riutilizzata per olio diverso. Mi pare frase credibile ma in un luogo pubblico che significato ha? Costo di 10 euro per la bruschetta più elementare e 14 euro per insalatona (almeno con prosciutto crudo …. Tagliato grosso!). Forza ragazze si può fare meglio!

23/04/2025: Il locale è molto carino, I tavoli sono posizionati anche in strada.. Personale cordiale ed attento! Pizza e Cocktail di qualità!
