The tagliatelle and tagliata were excellent.
The semifreddo was worth trying.
It should be chosen just for Merlino's courtesy and friendliness.
I'll be back.
13/03/2026: A true classic for Castel d'Aiano. The hotel is affordable but clean and more than decent. The restaurant is phenomenal. It's just a shame that almost nothing remains in Castel d'Aiano, so it's recommended for everyone, but only for short stays or longer stays for older people who want to escape the summer heat of the city during the warmest months.

06/03/2026: Even though I don't speak Italian, I managed to communicate with the staff. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The food was delicious, the pizza was excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great.
