A coronare il tutto un capello in un sorbetto che non è nemmeno stato tolto dal conto.

12/04/2025: Zapap in Bologna was a fantastic find! The atmosphere is welcoming, lively and perfect for spending an evening in company. The dishes were really good, plentiful and with an authentic taste, perfect for those who love simple but well-made cuisine. The selection of craft beers is also excellent, with interesting options for all tastes. The staff was very kind, always smiling and helpful, and the service was top notch: fast and attentive. A place I would happily return to, highly recommended!

28/04/2025: The selection of pizzas is pretty good. In terms of taste, I would say it tastes good. But I've eaten better, hence 4 stars.
Service is tried hard, but the guys here rotate properly and there is a bit of a lack of warmth.
The ambience is maritime, bright and clean.
Overall, a good recommendation where you can't go wrong with some minor weaknesses. But the prices are absolutely fair.

14/04/2025: Very cozy atmosphere and quality food as well as quick and helpful service. Loved everything. Ordered 2 risottos, beef, pasta and 1 lt of house wine. Paid 80 euros. Not that much considering the limoncello complimentary at the end! Will definitely come back!
06/04/2025: Good food, nice place. The main negative is the huge delay and lack of communication between kitchen and service. Specifically, for 6 pizzas and a starter, we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes from the moment we ordered. This happened without any prior information about the delay, and after 45 minutes we started asking, the waiter's response was that in 2 minutes they are coming...
I wouldn't go again, it's not worth the wait for a typical Italian pizza, when there are so many great shops in Bologna.

23/04/2025: I often travel for work and I come every time I'm in the area, exceptional dishes certified gluten-free. I recommend it to all those who, like me, suffer from Celiac disease and find it difficult to find a good restaurant where they can eat and be sure they won't feel sick.
23/04/2025: We stopped because it appeared among those with gluten-free menus! And it was a discovery! Professional but friendly and kind table service, tasty products and excellent dishes. A beautiful discovery! They also do takeaway for the fresh pasta they produce, including gluten free ones. Everything is excellent!
