19/07/2024: Veniamo fatti accomodare e ci viene chiesto subito dopo cosa volessimo da bere. Ordiniamo acqua perché siamo astemi. Successivamente ci viene chiesto cosa volessimo da mangiare ed io, amante della verdura, ordino un pinzimonio, facendo però prima una domanda preventiva. Mi è capitato di andare in ristoranti dove includessero in questa portata cipolla e/o aglio, quindi ho chiesto se anche in questo ristorante lo mettessero. Mi è stato risposto di no. Arriva tutto. In un primo momento un dipendente personale di sala si avvicina e mi chiede se fosse buona l'acqua (frecciatina per il fatto di aver detto che non consumo alcolici), per poi ripassare e chiedermi se fosse buono il pinzimonio e ribadendomi, con modi che personalmente ho percepito come da completo cafone, l'assenza della cipolla. Non mi è piaciuto questo comportamento. Per il resto cibo nella media, molto buona la focaccia.

01/03/2024: I ordered a ham sandwich, an empty plate arrived with a few charred "slices" (they were crumbs) of ham. I don't know! Not recommended.

22/08/2024: I only went to this bar because all the others were closed, as it hadn't been recommended to me in the past. There were two of us and we were hungry. We had in mind to order various sweet and savory things so we approached the window to understand what we could get. The girl who tried to serve us had no idea what was in the desserts or the ingredients. The only thing he could repeat was to 'go and get the receipt'. I point out that we are still choosing because we want to take different things. When after a few seconds we try to ask her to add more things, she looks at me and repeats for the umpteenth time to go and pay, even though I was still there to see what to get. I impatiently go to the checkout and point out to my colleague that treating customers like thieves who are about to escape, when your place is almost deserted and a customer is ordering a lot of things, is not nice or correct behaviour. Instead of apologizing and understanding the situation, I interfaced with a robot that repeated identical, fake-kind phrases. Result: I canceled the entire order I had placed, which would have been more than 20 euros, and I only took a small pizza just because they were already heating it for us. Hire people who can work with customers and have minimal training in what you feed people. You can't improvise bartenders, waiters and pastry chefs!

14/08/2024: The people who work in this bar are truly incapable of managing orders, talking to customers and what's more, to place an order you have to go back and forth because the cashier and food counter are totally separate. When you've finally finished ordering, you bring the food you want to the table, you sit down and eat but you feel that the taste of the food isn't the best. I had taken: 6 very small pretzels, a bull's eye, a bottle of water and a saker, all of which cost €12, a very high price for the service and the food, which is not recommended.

16/03/2024: As a fermi student, it seems like a really good place to stop for something instant, but it's a shame that 2 out of 3 times the pizza slices are cold and sometimes without toppings.

25/08/2024: Last night I had dinner at Mozzarella e Basilico and I must say that the pizza is really good but the waiter was very rude and arrogant. The service was slow: it took almost 1 hour to get 2 pizzas delivered to the table because they always served takeaway first. Too bad... a missed opportunity.

24/08/2024: Ci si ferma per necessità essendo in posizione strategica per un caffè una colazione o un panino veloce. La qualità del cibo non si riesce a valutare a causa di un personale assolutamente inadatto a stare in un locale. Tempi lunghi, panini scaldati a metà, tavoli sporchi.

16/05/2024: I can only agree with the previous negative reviews. Pizzeria that has lost everything of the previous and excellent management. We no longer recognize anything about the raw materials: the mozzarella has changed, sour tomatoes, ingredients of dubious freshness and the digestibility of the dough is questionable. Annoyed and frustrated staff. They seem dissatisfied and therefore unreliable. The domicile? We don't talk about it. Perpetually late. I call for clarification and I hear empty excuses: the deliveryman has just left, it's not true because he hasn't arrived after 45 minutes. So either he crawls in or they make fun of me; they have no change to give me in coin; pizzas delivered without a thermal bag or with pizzas and drinks in the same bag. Disappointing. Not having found a valid alternative to the previous management's product, I prefer to opt for frozen pizza. Response to the owner's delirium. Which dismissal? I am an ordinary civilian who finds himself disappointed by bad management.
