14/10/2025: Got food in the restaurant that you enter from the hotel, ordered burgers and chips when the food arrived the burgers were raw and stone cold we said we couldn't eat this food ,He started to get mad and waving his hands around and said he could reheat it we said no we didn't want it we will just pay for the drinks and we did not touch the food , when to pay for the drinks he said we had to pay for the food we said we are not paying for the food as we did not touch the food and it was raw he replied he would call the police which he did we were there for over an hour haven't discussion with the police he wanted us arrested the receptions from the hotel came in looking for our room number so he could charge us for the food we said you're not charging it to our room as we did not read the food if this happened anywhere else you would get an apology and not be threatened with the police we have photos and video evidence of all of this which was totally totally disgraceful the waiter started recording us as we set waiting for the police, we do not know what story they told the police outside the said we had to pay for the food which I said I not paying for a service I did not receive and if you want to arrest us you can which he changed these mind as I said this is the graceful for the police to be called over a burger so we paid for our drinks and left, the hotel reception said it I had nothing to do with him but he still got involved in it, Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the hotel and restaurant please stay away you have been warned.Your remarks are absolutely disgraceful and Racist remarks for all Irish people considered there so many Italian people live in Ireland and are held in Great respect. We videoed the hold situation ,saying that we were drunk and an abusive that is very strange considering the police apologized to us and we did not have to pay you and the police were ashamed to come out over a burger. 10/05/2025: I went to this place recently. The staff was quite friendly overall, although one of the guys stood out for his kindness and helpfulness, which was really appreciable. Unfortunately, however, the experience was not all positive. They got my pizza wrong three times. And the worst thing was seeing the pizza chef remove the chips from the wrong pizza and put them back on the "right" one by hand, instead of making it from scratch as would have been correct. An unhygienic and certainly unprofessional gesture, which left me very disappointed.

11/11/2025: We've become regular customers, and this pizzeria always manages to surprise us. The quality of the pizzas is truly excellent, and there's a wide selection, with options for every taste and specialty doughs that are always delicious. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and helpful, and the owners are truly wonderful people: friendly, welcoming, and always attentive to their customers. The place is clean, well-kept, and hygienic, which we greatly appreciate. Overall, it's a wonderful experience every time. It's officially become our go-to pizzeria, and we couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Highly recommended! 🍕✨

07/10/2025: I've been there for pizza many times and have always had a great experience: the place is clean, the pizza is good and easy to digest. They also have pizzas for those on a diet and specialty doughs.

31/01/2025: Excellent Menu: This evening 01/31/2025, Traditional First Courses; Gramigna with Sausage Ragù and Ricotta Tortelloni with Butter and Sage, Abundant courses. Second Courses; Crescentine (Tigelle) Very Good, with Mixed Cold Cuts, Lard, and Ribs with Spectacular Sauce, Highly Recommended!! The Managers are very friendly and very nice. See you soon! 23/08/2025: I've been going to this pizzeria for 8 years, and every time I go, I'm very happy. The pizzas are delicious, with a light and digestible dough. The first and second courses are also very good. The staff is very kind and welcoming.

15/07/2025: After a few days, I'm writing a review for this place. I'll start by saying that I'd dined there before, and for better or worse, the dinner had been good value for money. But this review isn't about that. This dinner was absolutely unforgettable, not so much for the pizza but for the treatment I received from the staff, especially the lady at the cash register. The evening began with the waitress taking an order for about 20 pizzas, each one marked down individually. After about an hour, all arrived except three, which arrived about 40 minutes later, after everyone had already finished dinner (these pizzas had clearly been forgotten). I received no apology for the delay. In one of these, there was a problem, which I had mistakenly reported only at checkout, in a very calm and polite manner. The result? A verbal attack from the cashier, in a high-pitched voice, making me feel uncomfortable in front of other customers...never in all these years had something like this happened to me! Are you kidding? How dare you say to a customer things like, "If you don't know what's on pizza, read it (shouting)" or "It's your sour mouth, not our products" or "We don't want you here anymore." Saying these things to a customer who pays you, and what's more, your salary is unacceptable to say the least. I will certainly never set foot in this restaurant again, as requested, and I strongly advise against dining here if you're a large group looking to celebrate and have a pleasant evening; if there's a problem, you'll find yourself arguing and ruining your evening! The situation could have been resolved very simply: by talking. By attacking a customer, you immediately put yourself in the wrong. If I were you, I'd be ASHAMED! Under no circumstances should you address a customer this way, NO ONE!

02/11/2025: It looks horrible, I waited almost 2 hours for the order. It tastes really bad, doesn’t have flavor and arrived cold. I don’t recommend it at all.

16/10/2025: Hi. I ordered pizzas for 9pm and they arrived at 9:20pm. They didn't look very good. The boxes were wet, and the fries were delivered open. I went up and opened them: fries and pizzas were almost cold.

31/10/2025: Good selection of pizzas, suitable for families and groups, good service, easy-to-digest pizza dough, good selection of desserts, limited parking available.

27/07/2025: A historic location in Piacenza that I'd never been to until last night. We were looking for a post-cinema snack, and I finally had the chance to try it. The place is small and simple, almost spartan. With a few neon lights and friendly staff, the first impression was already good. We arrived just in time to get the last slices of pizza of the day, and I can say they were excellent. Thin crust, as they like here in Piacenza, I found it soft and delicious when reheated. Enjoying it on the public promenade at odd hours could become a new passion of mine. Now I understand why this pizzeria on Corso Vittorio Emanuele has never gone out of style among its loyal customers. Sometimes the winning formula lies in simplicity.

25/11/2025: This place has potential inside, it's nice, the staff is courteous and fast, but I didn't find the single dish for lunch good, so I won't be returning, and I'm sorry for the business, but at the moment I wouldn't recommend it for lunch.

22/11/2025: The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is friendly. The price is a bit high considering the quality. The beef in the main course was inedible. It tasted like chewing gum.
