08/07/2025: The waiter welcomed us with board games, very kindly, the tortellini with cream were tasty, the pizzas were crispy, well-cooked, and easy to digest. But what I liked was the paper menu, and above all, he left one without me asking. I usually ask to leave a menu at the table in case you want something else. I'm not against the quad core, but how convenient it is to have a paper copy... I wish I could choose. Now even on the beach they give you quad core... A place I recommend to everyone. There's even a play area for kids... People who work like this deserve recognition. I hope to be able to return.

01/07/2025: We came here encouraged by positive opinions and we were not disappointed, the pizzas are good, the ingredients are fresh and you don't have to wait long. It's best to take it away and eat in some atmospheric place like many in Bologna.

05/08/2025: Excelente comida con personal encantador. IT es raro encontrar un lugar que hace tantas recetas tan bien. Comimos allí casi todos los días para el almuerzo en nuestro viaje de 2 semanas, y nunca decepcionaron.

14/07/2025: The pizza was fantastic, exactly what I expected to taste in Italy. The only downside was that the ingredients were thrown together haphazardly. The place was quite crowded in the evening, but there was plenty of room for two people, though you have to be aware of the rather noisy surroundings. The service was impeccable.

27/07/2025: Saraceno in Bologna was a true culinary paradise! The tasting menu was a revelation, with simply exquisite cooked, raw, and marinated appetizers. The two first courses offered by the chef were impressively sophisticated: the risotto and ravioli were incredibly good and beautifully presented. As my first time writing a review, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and presentation of the dishes. I highly recommend trying this restaurant!

19/08/2025: After reading the reviews, we took a leap of faith, and we were right. The place is well-kept and clean. The food truly exceeded expectations, and the prices were in line. Highly recommended for everyone...families, groups, and couples.

24/08/2025: Maybe it was a bad night, but unfortunately everything went wrong. We arrived at 9:20 PM (reserved table) and the pizza wasn't served until 10:45/10:50 PM. I understand it's a Saturday night, but a wait of over an hour is really excessive. What I don't understand is why they would accept multiple tables and covers (even unreserved ones) if they couldn't handle them. Furthermore, our order wasn't taken until more than half an hour after we were seated, and only because I flagged down a waiter; otherwise, not even a bottle of water would have arrived. There was a sense of tension near the oven, with the owner/pizza chef raising his voice at the employees: not the best atmosphere. Other negatives: • Mosquitoes attacked us • Table in an awkward position: every two seconds a waiter bumped into my chair, to the point of asking me to sit "further down at the table." Are you serious? Final bill: About €50 for two pizzas (decent, no complaints), a portion of fries, and two Cokes. Honestly, it's not worth the expense or the evening. Tip: Don't add tables where it's uncomfortable to sit and you're not comfortable serving. Sorry, but never again.

22/08/2025: Excellent appetizers and pizzas with excellent ingredients, the only "downside" is that smoking is not allowed at the outdoor tables (for smokers)

29/07/2025: We found the restaurant by chance and received wonderful service! They were very friendly, kind, and genuinely eager to help us and make themselves understood. The food was abundant, exceptional, and excellent. The tiramisu was simply spectacular. Thank you so much. You gave us a dinner we'll never forget.

28/07/2025: The best pizza we had in Italy! The portion was huge and it tasted absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and the whole atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice.

10/08/2025: We were there last night, a truly charming place, good appetizers, and spectacular first courses! The owners are top notch! It feels like being at a friend's house; they joke around and stop to chat with the customers. For dessert, there's a buffet of various cakes and tarts. The tortelli were so good we had seconds! We couldn't even finish the main course! Very good prices for the quality. I walked home with a smile on my face! Thank you!
