The pizza was absolutely excellent and it arrived 10 mins earlier than expected.

16/06/2026: We had made a reservation to eat pizza at a table on the veranda, on the very evening that the Corso dei Fiori event with its allegorical floats was taking place in San Giorgio di Piano, so the place was quite crowded.
Probably because there were so many people, the table was missing cutlery and they had run out of clean ones, so the pizzas arrived and we couldn't eat them right away, so they got a bit cold.
They were good, though!

07/08/2026: In my experience, the pizza dough isn't good, but it's sticky, while the toppings are plentiful. I wouldn't recommend it.
07/08/2026: I always order pizza from them, and I get a simple marinara with lots of garlic, and what can I say? It's truly amazing! It's so thin and crispy, you have to try it if you haven't tried it yet.
Highly recommended
The service is also top-notch.

08/08/2026: Hidden away in the narrow streets of Bologna, this place is filled with a love for food and the people who eat it. Its location is unassuming, yet close to the city center. It's worth venturing off the wide streets to meet the delightful owner, who's always willing to chat and offer advice. The pizza is delicious, with fresh toppings. I highly recommend it!

29/07/2026: Overwhelmed by the words "sourdough" and "90-hour leavening," I was drawn to this pizzeria. In reality, it's nothing special. As a true Neapolitan, the pizza is something else entirely. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

19/08/2026: I'm very disappointed because, despite having made a reservation, we waited on the sidewalk for 25 minutes without anyone coming to inform us of the wait time. I can't judge the rest because we left.
16/08/2026: Personally, I'm very, very satisfied. If it weren't for the fact that we already wanted to get ice cream downtown, I would have gladly tried the dessert menu, which was already a delight just reading it. We'll try that next time!

02/08/2026: When I travel between Vicenza and Arezzo (my hometown and my work location), I often take the E45 to avoid the terrible traffic on the A1, and I stop whenever I can.
There aren't many seats inside, but they've always found me a table, and in winter, the atmosphere is very comfortable.
The staff is kind and welcoming, the pizza is good, and the other dishes are also excellent, with a focus on seasonal ingredients (the blackthorn mushrooms I tasted in May, for example, are excellent).
So, if I pass through Bagno di Romagna during dinner time, stopping at this place has become a pleasant habit.
