12/04/2025: Zapap in Bologna was a fantastic find! The atmosphere is welcoming, lively and perfect for spending an evening in company. The dishes were really good, plentiful and with an authentic taste, perfect for those who love simple but well-made cuisine. The selection of craft beers is also excellent, with interesting options for all tastes. The staff was very kind, always smiling and helpful, and the service was top notch: fast and attentive. A place I would happily return to, highly recommended!

18/04/2025: The restyling of the restaurant is beautiful, a relaxing atmosphere, excellent service from the attentive and kind staff. This is the second dinner here. Pizza with lots of pecorino and yellow sea: excellent. Even pairings with different beers. Well done. I would add that the seasonal Carrettiera is also very good. Update: Oraziana and Marinara in our way Excellent.

25/03/2025: I can't help but review this place, I'll start by saying that the manager is a colleague of mine, as well as a very dear friend. I finally managed to come and visit him. Small place, recently renovated, intimate and furnished with great taste and in a modern way. Open pizza counter, very nice, tables with not much space between them, but in the end you can adapt. We ate the frittatine, both very good, crocchè in both variations, also super good. For pizza, we ate a sausage and broccoli rabe and one with raw ham, baked potatoes and burrata. Starting by saying that we are not fans of the high pizza, we wanted to try it anyway. The pizza is good, beautiful to look at, soft and light. Very very high quality ingredients. For dessert we ate the mascarpone with rocher cream and chocolate salami with zabaglione cream. Made by them, and delicious. The prices are slightly above average, but looking at the quality of the ingredients, that is a point that in my opinion goes into the background.

30/04/2025: Inconspicuous, tiny bar with a few tables, good food, each pasta comes with a large portion of cheese in a separate container, for this price the portions are huge, but we had no problem getting containers to take what was left with us. Nice owner

Worth mentioning are the magical fried foods and the "peccati di glutton 3" pizza. Impeccable cooking and soft crust. The staff is truly exquisite: kind and smiling. You can perceive the care for the customer and the passion for one's work, which is increasingly rare. An experience to repeat. Highly recommended!

11/04/2025: Pizzeria in centro a Rubiera. Un piccolo localino dal profumo di famiglia. Eugenio, Mena, Vincenzo e Giuseppe sono delle persone squisite. Pizza buonissima, prodotti eccellenti. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco. Ci torneremo ogni weekend.
