28/07/2025: Un très belle endroit avec une jolie vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Les serveurs sont très accueillants et la nourriture est fraîche et délicieuse. Ce n’est pas un restaurant bon marché mais la qualité du service et des plats méritent le prix.
27/07/2025: The place is great. Polite girl at the reception, we had difficulties with how to get from Naples, contacted the hotel and they were ready to help us and not leave us to our fate. When we arrived, we went out to the parking lot at 30m, we were met. The room has a good view, and overall is neat. There is a restaurant downstairs (and quite a good one) and this is a huge plus. Breakfast is included, also a big plus. I also want to note the common areas for recreation, there are sun loungers, tables and lemon trees.

16/08/2025: Today I went to this trattoria for lunch, which was recommended to me by a local from Amalfi, and I have to say it was truly excellent. I ordered spaghetti with clams, while my boyfriend ordered two portions of spaghetti with lemon, as they were truly of the highest quality and flavor. I could also hear other Italians at the table next to us who had also ordered other dishes and were commenting on the deliciousness of their choices. I can only highly recommend this trattoria.
16/08/2025: I feel completely robbed by the owner of this place! We ordered a certain type of arentine, but they had run out. The owner offered to make it, and I thought it was such a kind gesture. When the bill came, I was shocked — he charged us €140 just for the appetizer! He made it sound like it was a courtesy, but instead we were overcharged for something we never asked him to prepare in the first place.
I was so disappointed. People had warned me about being careful in Italy, but I truly thought we were having such a great experience here. Sadly, this ruined it. The food is great, but honesty and integrity come first — and this place failed badly in that regard.
My advice: Don’t go here, or if you do, refuse anything the owner offers “as a favor” — you might end up being robbed like I was.

10/08/2025: Nothing to tell the kids about. Very moderate food quality
09/08/2025: Staff is not kind. Upon entering the restaurant, I was finishing up a peach in my hand (there was probably two bites left), and when we sat down, one of the waiters scolded us for bringing outside food into the restaurant. I could have easily just tossed it if given a trash can or I could have stayed outside to finish it if they had told me before we sat down. But instead, he glared at me while speaking to another waiter in Italian about me eating my peach. We did not feel welcomed at all, so we stood up and walked out before ordering. The waiter saw us get up and showed us the door. Very rude service.

Absolutely lovely restaurant in a quiet setting away from the center crowds, heat and noise. We were eager for light lunch and they had just what we wanted…a delicious seafood salad…and a limoncello spritz! We hope to get back for dinner.

09/08/2025: The best dinner we have had. Anything with Nonna Maria's sauce is amazing. Tagliatelle con salsa di Nonna Marria was awesome. Wine, dessert, cafe and limoncello. Outdoor seating with fans made dinner even more enjoyable in Piazza dei Dogi.
There is a special menu however there is a QR Code for the full menu and we ordered from both withkut any issues.
Ordered 2 Margherita pizzas to go because our kids stayed in but 20€ each was high for takeaway in my opinion, but pizza is good.
They clean the fish at the table on request which is great too. Would definitely go back. Staff was very attentive and nice. Very enjoyable experience. And the fans outdoors is a big positive.

27/03/2025: Ich habe die Tagliatelle mit Bolognese und meine Frau die Sardinen und gegrilltes Gemüse gegessen!
Essen war top... Nudeln hätten ein wenig mehr al dente sein können, die Sardinen, sehr klein aber sehr gut, Gemüse top!
Portionen waren im Gegensatz zu anderen Lokalitäten sehr gut.
Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich, der Hauswein ging so
25/03/2025: Tuvimos una cena muy sabrosa hasta el punto de que regresamos en nuestra última noche en Amalfi para terminar la semana en nuestro restaurante favorito.
Fuera de la calle principal subir varios escalones, pero vale la pena subir.
Ambiente acogedor, personal amable y comida excelente

28/03/2025: Comer y pasar tiempo con Carlo y su familia fue excepcional. Además, hazte un favor y reserva una clase de cocina italiana con Carlo. La comida era genial! Excelentes vinos locales y solo una familia que se preocupa por sus clientes.

28/12/2024: Io e te dobbiamo parlare: Siani avrebbe detto “ PUORT O PAN “, io aggiungo il portafoglio. Sono entrata nel ristorante con appetito, sono uscita AFFAMATA perché quando iniziavo a gustare una pietanza, la portata era già finita. Il fritto di “paranza” contemplava solo calamari e mazzancolle spacciate per gamberoni. Il sorbetto al limone, tipico del posto, terminato il giorno prima e, pur avendo da una settimana la nostra prenotazione (per 10 persone), non pervenuto. L ‘ unico aspetto positivo la compagnia del mio tavolo.
