Attentive, friendly, and patient staff. You come in for a piece of "stracotto" bread (which literally sells out) and go home with a smile; not just for the excellent coffee they expertly prepare, nor for the "pasticciotti" with cream and black cherry, so delicious that, every time I go, I have to order at least 20 for my Neapolitan friends; but for the kindness and good humor they convey.
In my humble opinion, Panificio D'Alise is an oasis of goodness nestled between Cellole and Sessa Aurunca.

The speaker and DJ created a fantastic atmosphere, ensuring we had a blast, and the photographers were brilliant at capturing every moment. Thanks to the owner, Raffaele, for his helpfulness, professionalism, and attention to every detail to make this evening unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Let's start with the service: polite, courteous, courteous, and smiling.
Food: everything excellent, quality ingredients, adequate and satisfying portions.
Ambience: soft, elegant colors, a welcoming atmosphere, tables that leave room for food and conversation.
Price: truly a fair and honest price.
I was very impressed.
5 well-deserved stars.
26/06/2026: It was our first time there, the service was very friendly and nice. We had a decent dinner. My husband's dish was cod with vegetables (a very small portion), while I had a slice of beef (an adequate portion). The side dish was grilled vegetables. The portion was invisible. The menu said €4.00, but the next day we realized that the bill was €7.00. I found this very unfair. Also, the €3.00 cover charge per person was excessive. I don't think we'll be back.

The only shame is the distinctly family-friendly atmosphere, with the playground rightly attracting families with small children, who obviously make a bit of a racket. I wouldn't return for this reason alone; without children, it can obviously be difficult to tolerate the hustle and bustle on an evening when you might just want to relax. Otherwise, the pizza is excellent.

23/05/2026: We booked last night and left before even ordering. They put us at a terrible corner table, "as punishment." We asked to move to one of the two free tables in the dining room, but they denied us with an absurd excuse: "They're booked and we can't change tables; it'll cause problems in the kitchen."
Faced with such indifference, we said we'd leave, and the response was a cold and indifferent: "Okay, it's not a problem, goodbye."
A total lack of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service. If customers are a nuisance, change your career. Highly discouraged.
22/05/2026: We booked a table and were seated on the upper floor stairs, facing the wall. We politely asked to be moved since there were empty tables. They told us we couldn't. They said "nothing," or you can leave. We left. We're worried about the treatment. Terrible management. Terrible manager. I wonder if it's possible to make a customer leave when there are empty tables and, above all, dissatisfied? Never again.
