The gluten-free option, often hard to find at this level, is also excellent; the dough is light and flavorful, just as good as the traditional version. The only real drawback to the experience is the service. The staff, while present and attentive, tends to be overly hasty, giving the impression of trying to clear tables too quickly. On one occasion, your plate was even taken away while you were still eating, somewhat ruining the atmosphere and enjoyment of the moment. Overall, Sunrise remains a good pizzeria for the quality of its cuisine, but a more relaxed and respectful approach from the staff would be welcome. A small adjustment that would really make a difference.

15/12/2025: Ristorante Oliveto B&B is a charming place, very conveniently located just five minutes from the city center, yet in a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The restaurant and pizzeria are right below the rooms, and the pizza is top-notch. Also noteworthy is the excellent balance between price and quality, unmatched. A great place to stay, and we'll definitely return if we're in the area.

16/11/2025: Excellent pizza in the heart of Caserta. Really light dough and a wide selection of pizzas. Even though it was Saturday night, we managed to make a reservation, and once we arrived, they seated us right away.

06/11/2025: After visiting the palace, my girlfriend and I stopped at a pizzeria-trattoria recommended by a friend. The place was welcoming and the service was friendly. We started with a carbonara frittatina, which was good but lacked pecorino and guanciale. Both the first courses were tasty and well-prepared. Overall, a pleasant stop after the tour.

15/07/2025: The atmosphere was very welcoming; I noticed the overall cleanliness of the interior and the well-kept garden outside. We had bruschetta and pizza, mostly local ingredients, all very good. The pizza was delicious, very light, truly delicious, worthy of being called Neapolitan pizza. The waiters were very kind, very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. We will be back as promised.

05/11/2025: Last night my boyfriend and I ate here after my mom recommended it. What can I say? The Bolognese frittata and croquettes were truly excellent, and the pizzas were also super good. The guy who greeted us and then served us was super kind, helpful, and friendly. We'll definitely be back and will recommend it! Well done guys, keep it up.

The pizza was also delicious, and we highly recommend trying the white wine. We appreciated their explanations in our language and hope to return soon.

Every detail was meticulously managed: from the elegant decor to the superior quality of the food, not to mention the generous portions. The quality-price ratio was excellent. The staff deserves special praise: the courtesy and friendliness of the waiters, the professionalism of the wait staff, and the exquisite kindness of the owner created the perfect atmosphere. The entertainment rounded off the evening. If I had to choose again, I would have no hesitation: I would choose this place a hundred times over. I highly recommend it to anyone!

But the real star is the pizza: the "a ruota di carretto" (a wheel-shaped pizza), a true marvel. Large, fragrant, light, and bursting with flavor, every bite is a journey through tradition and passion. A reopening that marks a new beginning with energy and quality: Zenzero e Cannella confirms itself as one of the best pizzerias in the area.
