04/05/2025: As of now, this is the best pizzeria in Caserta. As foreigners student in Caserta we tried everywhere but this one is exceptional, we went there three times and found everything to be perfect. The taste is exceptional, the service is very friendly, and the surroundings are welcoming and clean. The staff made us feel at home every time, and the ingredients used were clearly fresh and high quality. Our friend is gluten-free, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they offer a gluten-free pizza option, which was also very good and tasty, well-prepared, and not at all lacking in flavor or texture compared to the regular pizzas. It’s great to see such quality and inclusivity in their menu. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Caserta and looking for an authentic and enjoyable pizza experience.

16/05/2025: Very good products at the Sweets and Rotisserie counter, also as a bakery and fast-food. At the restaurant you eat well but they serve on huge plates that the food seems to be in small portions. Not pleasant and satisfying to eat with plates that look like sunshades.

13/05/2025: You feel at home, nice and welcoming environment, you feel like you are, I speak for the beautiful light and marine colors of the place, on the coast, not to mention the Maestro Giuseppe, his dough at 75% hydration of excellent level, the staff is like their Boss, kind, helpful etc. etc. Highly recommended place, excellent value for money.

10/04/2025: Tonight we went with a group of friends to this amazing pizzeria where we had a truly surprising tasting experience. As soon as we entered we were welcomed into a beautiful atmosphere, the feeling was like going to a friends house, where the initial toast is the decisive moment to warm up the atmosphere. But most of all we were captivated by the refined and tasty taste of the pizzas: you immediately notice that the ingredients used are fresh and refined. The icing on the cake... a delicious pastiera produced by them in the pizza oven. We just left and can't wait to go back!

18/05/2025: Dopo una visita della Reggia di Caserta, ci siamo fermati (prenotando) al locale. Piacevole sorpresa....tutto funzionale, dall'accoglienza al servizio e al cibo cucinato veramente con arte. Tutti gentilissimi e professionali. Noi abbiamo preso delle pizze ma sbirciando i piatti degli altri ospiti... esplosione di colori e di profumi. Siamo stati benissimo e personalmente lo consiglio. Grazie per il pranzo

02/05/2025: Attracted by the excellent reviews we went for a family dinner. We ate an excellent pizza, like few others around, and also fried food, always prepared by them, upon suggestion. Friendly staff, welcoming place. We will definitely return, perhaps for a Sunday lunch.

24/04/2025: I was in this restaurant on Easter day with my family and despite the public holiday (always messed up everywhere) we had a wonderful day. The food was all good, freshly prepared (which is very rare), the service was also excellent and was quite attentive despite there being a lot of people in the place. 21/05/2025: An absolute gem! We stopped here for a lunch and I am happy we did. We had fettuccine ai porcini and pappardelle al cinghiale, both so good I wanted to cry. Prices are very reasonable, the restaurant is beautiful and the bathrooms are clean. Highly recommended!

18/05/2025: ....At the end of the meal, receiving the bitter in a paper cup is not the height of professionalism in the sector. The transparent glass cup was specifically designed for tasting bitters, and has a capacity of about 6 cl. In my opinion the paper cup from the "Frog" espresso machine contained about 3 cl of product... paid in full obviously. Poor quality

02/05/2025: Avevo avuto ottime recensioni di amici sulla Dogana Golosa e alla fine ci siamo andati. L’ accoglienza come il servizio sono eccezionali. Abbiamo scelto una grigliata mista di carni selezionate. Molto ma molto buone. Ve la consiglio vivamente. Sì era presentata la “ faccenda della carne ben cotta rispetto al piatto servito al sangue. Quale problema c’ è? In un attimo un piatto rovente era posizionato al lato de tavolo. Perdipiu la ragazza, disponibilissima, si è posto lei il problema di cambiare il piatto a metà pranzo. Solo un piccolo neo ma alla fine è questione di gusti: la tagliata di danese non rende cotta alla brace. Ma ripeto questione di gusti. Il tris di carne è stato accompagnato da un contorno di verdure grigliate. Tenere e cotte alla perfezione. Non posso esprimere giudizio sui vini in quanto dovevano guidare entrambi e si sa meglio evitare. Pane fresco e tarallini misti ad accompagnare un bel pranzetto. Un bel posticino dove andare e trascorrere bei momenti Complimenti a tutto lo staff della Dogana Golosa.
