04/01/2025: Really great pizza. I recommend going there in the summer when there are tables in the square. A nice atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the montanarine as an appetizer in all the flavors they offer. Very good.

29/12/2024: Unequivocally the best pizza experience I've had in my life, at least to date. The service was attentive, punctual, smiling, the place was warm and welcoming. But the protagonist here is the pizza. There were 4 of us, we shared a tasting of 8 different pizzas, pairing them with different local wines, a truly orgasmic experience. The dough is a cloud, the seasonings are intense and refined. The most powerful combination of the tasting in my personal taste was Bufala 4.0 with a glass of Fiano. Chapeau.

02/12/2024: Modern venue with simple furnishings and bright colours. I taste a mixed fry and a pacchero. I expected much more from the flavours, quite normal and some even with little salt. The pacchero PGI, on the other hand, is very good, with the very tasty provola and also a beautiful presentation of the dish. Slightly disappointed by the pizza in the wheel, a sausage and potatoes. Crispy but slightly greasy dough, good but not excellent ingredients, an average pizza. The Regina Rosa is along the same lines, good dough but nothing more, absolutely average ingredients, in fact the ricotta left me perplexed. The crunchy biscuit is excellent as a dessert. Luckily the prices are good and not exaggerated, the staff is friendly and explains the dishes in a nice way.

18/11/2024: Ristorante semplice ma molto accogliente. Qualità del cibo eccellente dall'antipasto al dolce. In particolare la zuppa di fagioli porcini e castagne semplicemente memorabile. Gentilissima e professionale la proprietaria Daniela che ci ha servito. Assolutamente da ripetere!!

We immediately chose the pizzas and they actually arrived in 5 minutes. The place has evolved in recent years making its pizza of the highest level. I recommend eating the pizza while sitting because the environment was also very welcoming as were the owner and waiter. We will definitely return
