Welcoming atmosphere, very kind and professional staff, and then, last but not least: the quality of the food. Refined but simple dishes that manage to do justice to the exquisiteness of the raw material without covering its taste. Bread made by them as well as pasta, the sandwiches they bring taste excellent. Really fair prices. We will definitely be back!

12/01/2025: The pizza is excellent and in my opinion it is the MASTER of pizza in the city. Never eaten better. Top quality ingredients and revaluation of local products. The homemade desserts are excellent: the shortcrust pastry with cinnamon and cream to share easily for 4, and the pizzeppola which is a fried pizza with cream and black cherries. It is large enough to divide into 6 wedges. 2 rooms: I prefer the internal one, because it is quieter and has less background noise. Reservation required at least 1 week in advance if there are many of you. Simple and free parking. Friendly staff. I advise.

05/01/2025: Very renowned as a pizzeria, it took me to the small town of Alvignano to taste the famous pizza nel ruoto. Expectations were very high and for this reason I expected a high tasting experience. Assuming that I can only eat dairy-free dishes due to allergies, I chose the marinara in the menu. A little burnt for my taste, but it reminded me of the pizza my grandmother made many years ago. For dessert I ate a delicious fried pizza with cherries in syrup. Would I go back? Maybe yes.

Yes, the pizza is good, the dough is very light but like in many other places in Naples and Caserta. we really liked the fried cone "Ciro". They asked us at the time of paying if everything went well, we commented on the problem of the cold pizza and the pizza that arrived much later than the others (the irony is that the pizza is called the "ritrovata"). At this point we understood that the question was just rhetorical because the person who asked it didn't really make any comment, not even a "sorry"... It's a good pizzeria with original and very good pizzas (too bad they didn't arrive together or hot). but really there are others this good in the region. the prices are fair.

Un piccolo neo, che è uguale in tutti i posti_ purtroppo, rimane quel maledetto sovraprezzo del "coperto" di 2,50 € per persona. Provate a moltiplicarlo per un tavolo di 10 persone. Cose senza alcun senso.
