28/02/2026: I discovered Pizzeria Il Muretto, which surprised me with its 23 years of business. Special pizza dough. Welcoming place. Super welcoming owners.

28/02/2026: Extremely friendly staff, and the pizza is without a doubt the best in Benevento: light dough, and quality ingredients that are evident throughout. The final highlight was the price; I felt guilty paying so little after receiving so much. I'll be back very soon!

12/11/2025: The pizza was good, the pasta frittatas were average. The place is very nice, but we waited half an hour just to order. I understand that the room was full, but the place isn't very big.

08/01/2026: We went here for dinner through local relatives who have known the place for a long time, and it didn't disappoint. The pizza is among the best we've had in the last 10 years! There's not a huge selection, but you can find everything from classic to more elaborate, and they're delicious. They also make fantastic fried pizza. Prices are average. The location is super cozy and elegant during the Christmas holidays. The waitress was very kind and cheerful. Service was very fast despite the place being almost full. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit small and has limited spaces, but otherwise, I definitely recommend it. Congratulations.

23/11/2025: We chose this pizzeria because it was mentioned in Gambero Rosso. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is quick and efficient. The pizza is good, with a truly excellent dough, although the ingredients didn't seem to be of the highest quality as Gambero Rosso claims. The menu offers a wide selection, perhaps even too many options. Overall, the experience was positive, but I must admit I've had better pizzas.

08/10/2025: Superb home-style cooking at very fair prices. Service is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant may not be the newest, but it's spotlessly clean. We highly recommend it. Pizza is only available in the evenings, by the way.

10/02/2026: We had dinner on Saturday, February 7th. The location was very nice but small. The pizza looked very inviting, but it was actually a complete disappointment. The flavors were too distinct, and the pizza was undercooked—burned on the bottom and raw on top. The prices were also a bit high. Awful experience.

20/12/2025: The oldest bakery in Benevento. And also the best. Edit: I returned after two years with great enthusiasm and was truly disappointed by the lack of customer service. If I say "GOOD MORNING" TWICE and no one answers (I assure you, I have a beautiful double voice), I'll never want to return. A little customer service wouldn't hurt. It's a real shame, because the products are truly delicious.

16/07/2025: I've been there once for lunch and once for dinner. I highly recommend it. The staff is top-notch, and Chef Antonello is a skilled cook and very friendly. The ingredients are top-quality, especially the meat, and the price is perfect.

21/12/2025: They have a kiosk at the Sant Agata dei Goti markets, we had the goulash. Really bad, with a bad smell, the beer completely flat, I understand that it perhaps has nothing to do with the place, but we wasted a bit of money.

09/12/2025: I was there on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception (December 8th) and I can assure you that the food is excellent. The staff are very kind and friendly. Everything was perfect, absolutely worth a try.

14/12/2025: Every time we return to this restaurant, it's a pleasant confirmation. The cuisine offers refined dishes, carefully crafted and prepared down to the smallest detail, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. The staff is always friendly and professional, making the atmosphere even more welcoming. The prices are fair and competitive, certainly more than adequate for the quality offered. A place truly worth recommending and, above all, one we'll keep returning to.
