Fresh products and family management attentive to everything that can satisfy the customer. I recommend everyone to spend an evening here... But also for lunch I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

26/01/2025: Last night I went to this pizzeria with some friends and it was a really bad experience, not to be recommended to anyone. As soon as we arrived, the waitresses rushed us right away: they asked us to order as soon as they took the menu and, even though we said we needed more time, they came back every 30 seconds insisting, for at least 10 minutes. We were practically forced to choose a pizza quickly to avoid further pressure. When the pizza arrived, one of us went to the bathroom, and we noticed the waitresses pointing to the empty seat and laughing as they talked to each other. This behavior was really rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, in front of the customers they fixed their hair using gel with their hands with which they then carried the dishes. Hygiene was completely absent: the bathroom was dirty, with a cleaner in pitiful condition. The staff were rude throughout the evening, making jokes like "good thing you were hungry" and clearly making fun of us. On social media the place seems perfect, but the reality is very different. I absolutely do not recommend this pizzeria: zero hygiene, rude staff and an experience to forget. Final conclusions RESTAURANT DIRTY ZERO CLEANING IT SMELLS IN THE ROOM RUDE WAITER RUDENESS It feels like a place for problematic people

18/12/2024: In a pizzeria with important awards such as 2 red prawn segments I expect few or no errors but unfortunately I found some quite obvious ones such as the poorly processed mozzarella which therefore released a lot of water, the pizza was flooded and obviously the cooking was also affected given the humidity present, this concerns the Margherita which in my opinion given the awards it should not have left the kitchen, but this is just my way of seeing it. As for the marinara with olives, I understand the impossibility of checking every single olive but it wasn't very pleasant to find stones under my teeth twice. Of note are numerous typing and spelling errors on the placemat menu.

29/11/2024: Siamo andati a mangiare un venerdì sera in questo piccolo ristorantino situato nel centro di San Salvatore Telesino, culla del Parco Grassano, una perla naturalistica della valle telesina. Il venerdì sera hanno il menù dedicato completamente al pesce. Abbiamo, quindi, optato per il menù di pesce — nonostante abbiano anche la pizzeria. Abbiamo preso il misto di antipasto per cominciare la serata. Soutè di cozze, insalata mista, zuppa di pesce, tutto buonissimo ma il piatto forte erano i gamberi pastellati: croccanti fuori e morbidi dentro, accompagnati da una salsetta che si abbinava divinamente. Come primo abbiamo preso i tortellini fatti a mano dai cuochi con il ripieno di pesce e un sughetto di pomodorini squisito. Una porzione abbondante con gusto abbondante. Il ripieno di pesce ti scoppiava in bocca una volta morso il tortellino. Potevi sentire il sapore del gambero, del pesce spada. Onestamente il migliore primo piatto di pesce che abbia mai mangiato, neanche sui ristoranti di fronte al mare ho assaggiato una prelibatezza del genere. Come secondo abbiamo preso il pesce spada grigliato e la frittura. Un piatto più buono dell’altro. Il pesce spada era morbidissimo, fresco, profumato, saporito. La frittura era croccante al punto giusto, non era gommosa e non era oleosa. Porzioni abbondanti, e piatti squisiti. Se avete voglia di mangiare pesce e vi trovate in questa zona, vi consiglio vivamente di andare al ristorante “Il Burbero”. Il cameriere Florin è gentilissimo, educato, e divertente al punto giusto da far rallegrare la serata e riuscire a strapparti un sorriso. Come ultima perla, vi consiglio vivamente di chiedere il tiramisù di Michela… non ve ne pentirete. Il miglior tiramisù che potete mai mangiare in un ristorante. Artigianale, di ottima qualità, gustoso. Ogni cucchiaiata è un passo avanti al paradiso. Un’esplosione di sapore. Dovete solo provare per credere, perciò lasciatevi un poco di spazio perché è davvero imperdibile. La serata è stata bellissima anche per l’atmosfera intima e rustica del ristorante, ti avvolge in un caldo abbraccio mentre ti vizia con dei piatti gustosi. Una vera coccola. Complimenti a tutto lo staff del Burbero. A Carmine, a Florin e allo staff della cucina. Bravi tutti.

30/12/2024: Unfortunately I was not given the opportunity to eat a take-away pizza even though I scrupulously followed the instructions provided by the pizzeria staff twice regarding the limitations of the take-away times. You don't live on permanent customers alone, tourists' euros are of the same value and certainly the city does not benefit from these behaviors, unlike other merchants and/or venues who also treat passing customers as if they were a King. It's a shame.

05/01/2025: I booked simply with a whatsapp message. Immediate response, as soon as we arrived at the restaurant we waited a few minutes for the table. Nice and welcoming place. We took 1 fried starter (good), 2 pizzas (1 capricciosa and 1 pacchetella) very, very good, tasty with a soft and crunchy dough at the same time. The ingredients on the capricciosa were really nice. We also ordered 1 Savoy cabbage and Cicerchie starter which was very tasty and 1 first course called "La Fregula" (good but the flavors were not as distinct as the starter). Dessert (tiramisu) with a particular flavour, good! •Total order: 2 starters, 2 pizzas, 1 first course, 2 small beers, 1 glass of wine, 2 bottles of water, 1 dessert, 2 coffees = €95 The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. A place worth going to eat. I will definitely return to try other pizzas and more.

01/01/2025: We celebrated New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve at this place for the first time, on the recommendation of friends. Excellent location, super clean rooms, plentiful and super tasty food. They had fun, relaxed. Friendly, polite, helpful staff. Really thanks for everything. See you soon.

02/11/2024: Hi, I was last Sunday, disgusting place, flies resting on the dishes, miserable appetizers, raw pasta, to finish the grill for 3 people only arrived for 1 more person the stone brought in the ice cream cups at the end 40 euros each , never again, just drive 1 and a half hours

29/10/2024: First of all, the structure does not have clear indications on what the fattening is, in fact we found ourselves entering from the back. Dated, but clean environment. We order an appetizer and a first course, the appetizer arrived quite quickly, however except for the freshly sliced ​​raw ham the rest was of little taste or even tasteless. For the first one we wait a long time, after asking two waiters still nothing. After more than an hour of waiting we decide to leave and then they realize that they have lost the order and finally after another 10 minutes we eat the first one, now without desire, besides the fact that it was very salty. All of which cost €20 each. Absolutely not recommended as far as I'm concerned.
