09/12/2024: Very positive experience here at the Barons Forum. Well-kept, elegant, efficient service. Well presented and very good dishes. We opted for the tasting menu. I really liked "Autunno" and paste and patan, the ravioli perhaps a little behind in cooking and I would have expected the braised meat to be softer too. Good desserts. Overall very good. Small piece of advice, it would have been nice to have a few more cuddles from the staff or the chef, who never passed between the tables for the entire service. I would have gladly complimented him/her. See you next time.

01/11/2024: Nice location, good food, somewhat limited choice. Wide choice of wines but with a mark-up from 100% to 200% I took a primitive market price of 14 euros and paid 33 euros

08/10/2024: Excellent pizza for my tastes, well cooked and soft, seasoned and tasty just right. Excellent Neapolitan pasta omelettes. The slow service and some forgetfulness needs to be improved a little but then remedied immediately. However, I will definitely go there next time, maybe not on a Saturday because it is very crowded.

29/11/2024: “Il burbero” è una perla incastonata tra i vicoli di San Salvatore Telesino. Intimo, rustico ed accogliente, il ristorante offre la possibilità di aprire le danze (a pranzo o a cena) con degli antipasti di terra ottimi e dei primi e secondi piatti succulenti, composti da prodotti di stagione e solo di alta qualità. Di venerdì sera, il locale propone inoltre un menù di mare che non delude mai. Il pesce è freschissimo, una delizia! In fine consiglio vivamente di assaggiare la perla del ristorante : il tiramisù di Michela, una coccola per il palato. Personale cortese ed attento. 5 stelle meritate!

29/11/2024: Siamo andati a mangiare un venerdì sera in questo piccolo ristorantino situato nel centro di San Salvatore Telesino, culla del Parco Grassano, una perla naturalistica della valle telesina. Il venerdì sera hanno il menù dedicato completamente al pesce. Abbiamo, quindi, optato per il menù di pesce — nonostante abbiano anche la pizzeria. Abbiamo preso il misto di antipasto per cominciare la serata. Soutè di cozze, insalata mista, zuppa di pesce, tutto buonissimo ma il piatto forte erano i gamberi pastellati: croccanti fuori e morbidi dentro, accompagnati da una salsetta che si abbinava divinamente. Come primo abbiamo preso i tortellini fatti a mano dai cuochi con il ripieno di pesce e un sughetto di pomodorini squisito. Una porzione abbondante con gusto abbondante. Il ripieno di pesce ti scoppiava in bocca una volta morso il tortellino. Potevi sentire il sapore del gambero, del pesce spada. Onestamente il migliore primo piatto di pesce che abbia mai mangiato, neanche sui ristoranti di fronte al mare ho assaggiato una prelibatezza del genere. Come secondo abbiamo preso il pesce spada grigliato e la frittura. Un piatto più buono dell’altro. Il pesce spada era morbidissimo, fresco, profumato, saporito. La frittura era croccante al punto giusto, non era gommosa e non era oleosa. Porzioni abbondanti, e piatti squisiti. Se avete voglia di mangiare pesce e vi trovate in questa zona, vi consiglio vivamente di andare al ristorante “Il Burbero”. Il cameriere Florin è gentilissimo, educato, e divertente al punto giusto da far rallegrare la serata e riuscire a strapparti un sorriso. Come ultima perla, vi consiglio vivamente di chiedere il tiramisù di Michela… non ve ne pentirete. Il miglior tiramisù che potete mai mangiare in un ristorante. Artigianale, di ottima qualità, gustoso. Ogni cucchiaiata è un passo avanti al paradiso. Un’esplosione di sapore. Dovete solo provare per credere, perciò lasciatevi un poco di spazio perché è davvero imperdibile. La serata è stata bellissima anche per l’atmosfera intima e rustica del ristorante, ti avvolge in un caldo abbraccio mentre ti vizia con dei piatti gustosi. Una vera coccola. Complimenti a tutto lo staff del Burbero. A Carmine, a Florin e allo staff della cucina. Bravi tutti.

What you perceive is that you are in the hotelier's home, in the tranquility or simplicity of the services in the latest wonderful cuisine, local dishes, Malcontenta delicacy presented at the table. We can close so don't ask for anything come to Bacchus' house, what you find will make you come back.

24/08/2024: We spent two days in this beautiful estate, very welcoming and friendly owners. Excellent room cleanliness, as with the rest of the hotel. Exquisite food, with very fresh ingredients and honest prices. Beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage.. perfect place to spend a few days of tranquility and relaxation. We will definitely be back!!!

02/11/2024: Hi, I was last Sunday, disgusting place, flies resting on the dishes, miserable appetizers, raw pasta, to finish the grill for 3 people only arrived for 1 more person the stone brought in the ice cream cups at the end 40 euros each , never again, just drive 1 and a half hours

29/10/2024: First of all, the structure does not have clear indications on what the fattening is, in fact we found ourselves entering from the back. Dated, but clean environment. We order an appetizer and a first course, the appetizer arrived quite quickly, however except for the freshly sliced ​​raw ham the rest was of little taste or even tasteless. For the first one we wait a long time, after asking two waiters still nothing. After more than an hour of waiting we decide to leave and then they realize that they have lost the order and finally after another 10 minutes we eat the first one, now without desire, besides the fact that it was very salty. All of which cost €20 each. Absolutely not recommended as far as I'm concerned.

09/12/2024: New headquarters of "Il Segreto di Pulcinella", excellent experience. Despite the long wait (1 hour, but it was Saturday), this pizzeria is worth a visit. Excellent dough and wide choice of classic, modern and gourmet pizzas. I recommend the Smoked Angus and the Gorgond'oca. Quick service, fair prices (around €16 each, with almost all gourmet pizzas). Very modern location not to my taste and very chaotic, unfortunately the sound-absorbing panels are not installed in the right place and therefore the noises are not well muffled. Convenient ample free parking. Recommended, but I wouldn't go back on Saturdays, only during the week!

09/12/2024: Difficilmente do 5, ma in questo caso so tutti meritati. Inizio effettivamente dalla location ovvero dalla sala, un ambiente nuovo e ben curato. Servizio veramente di classe, con il giro pizza ci hanno cambiato piatto e posate ad ogni pizza. Il bagno che sembra un appartamento da quanto è grande e soprattutto pulitissimo. Infine le pizze, per me, sono davvero buone e gli ingredienti molto ricercati e di prima qualità. Super consigliato.

25/11/2024: We intended to eat dishes based on truffles and mushrooms but due to a probable misunderstanding (certainly our fault, too distracted) we took the tasting menu which initially didn't make us think badly because in a tasting menu there should be strong dishes, but then it didn't satisfy us and the most disappointing thing was the fettuccine with truffle! Negative note at most? the service of a waiter exhausted from the beginning and who also argued on 2 occasions for no reason ! Dionysus' son was very kind and courteous and having understood, he took charge of our table and treated us (as it should be) as welcome guests! Very nice environment without pretensions but with a cheerful taste and in harmony with the owners! If we ever return, we will be more careful about what we order....

12/11/2024: An exceptional apperitive experience! Every dish was perfectly crafted, with fresh ingredients and flawless flavor pairings. The flambéed sausage and truffle pasta stood out as a favorite, but honestly, every plate was great. The wine selections complemented the meals wonderfully. Highly recommended!

17/08/2024: We were visiting family in Rotondi and my wife’s cousin took me here to pick up pizza for the group. My wife is gluten free and the wonderful owner personally made hers with clear love. My wife said that it was far better than any gluten free pizza she had in America and was beaming with happiness to once again experience real pizza. The owner’s passion and love for is craft is evident in his food and conversation, but if that isn’t evidence enough, then perhaps the walls filled with world wide awards would suffice.

09/11/2024: Beautiful diner bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Various choice of very tasty dishes. Excellent coffee. Lots of very tasty desserts. They also make cakes. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED.

17/09/2024: On Saturday 7 September we arrive at 10.30pm, my wife and I, the place in full swing with many people still sitting and eating. We ask the waitress: Is a table for two possible? With a mocking grin he replies: “I really don't think so” 🙄🤦‍♂️ He throws us out without a valid explanation. It is absurd for any establishment to reserve this treatment for new potential customers and certain disrespectful responses. Bastava replies we're sorry but the kitchen is closed. 🤷‍♂️😏 They told us about a "new management" and we wanted to try it. Will we go back or recommend it to others? I really don't think so! 😅🤷‍♂️ Education and respect for customers always comes first. Sin! 👎
