25/01/2026: We've been to this place, the pizza is more or less okay, but you can eat better for that price. But the service and staff are very rude, and the manager or owner don't know how to talk to customers. A small, gray-haired Italian man yelled and spoke so rudely when I ordered a coffee with milk, and he started arguing and demanding that I pay him more because it was a cappuccino. I don't recommend this guy. Restaurant !!!!!

12/01/2026: I've ordered from Pizzeria Donna Sophia several times via Deliveroo and have always been very satisfied. The pizza always arrives hot and well-preserved, with a light, fragrant dough that's easy to digest. The combinations are unique and delicious, a true pleasure for the palate, even at home. The delivery service is punctual and reliable, and the quality of the food never disappoints. 30/09/2025: Excellent restaurant located on the hill overlooking the plain, with ample parking and a beautiful, spacious facility. It can also host events and ceremonies. Good food and friendly, courteous service are also available. In the evening, you can also enjoy an excellent pizza and enjoy a refreshing drink outdoors while sipping an excellent Campanian wine.

26/07/2025: I went there for the pizza and found it really good. The atmosphere is well-kept, suitable for events, and the staff is kind and attentive. The service was quick, but we lingered to chat and they didn't rush us. I will definitely be back.

16/03/2026: My favorite pizzeria in Sant Antonio Abate. The ingredients used are top-quality and the flavor is excellent. The pizza is unlike anything else in the area, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

06/03/2026: I can highly recommend Pizzeria 'O Maharaja. The owners are extremely friendly and especially welcoming to children, making you feel right at home. The food is also delicious; we had the classic Pizza Napoli. If you're looking for good pizza at fair prices in a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go.

06/01/2026: We visited this restaurant on New Year's Eve, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was clearly overcrowded; it felt like they'd let in far more customers than they should have. This negatively impacted the overall service. The wait was incredibly long, both to be served and between courses. The food, in addition to arriving late, was of poor quality and not up to par for a supposedly special evening like New Year's Eve. The catering seemed improvised, almost "made yesterday," with little organization or customer service. The entertainment was also terrible: there was practically nothing planned for the children, except sitting and drawing. There was no room to move, play, or do any kind of activity. Their response: we weren't ready to welcome 200 people, my dear, YOU ARE worthy of a lawsuit! The only good thing was the piano bar and "some" waiters who, alas, poor things, didn't even know what to say!!! An experience I unfortunately wouldn't recommend. When we got home, we had the classic "milk soup" with artisanal panettone, and that's exactly what you'd expect. NEVER AGAIN!!!

03/01/2026: I'll start by saying I've eaten there a couple of times. The first time was two years ago on New Year's Eve, and I have to say I ate very well. This time it was truly horrible. New Year's Eve dinner. 1) At 8:00 PM we went in, sat down at the table, and waited over an hour and a half for the appetizer. 2) The appetizer. It said the CT was bringing battered cauliflower fritters, aka zeppoline... There were only two. 🤦‍♂️. The calamari was raw, hard, and cold. The cod was soft and tasteless. 3) At 10:40 PM, after an hour of waiting, the lobster ravioli with two mussels arrived (there were actually two). 4) People, tired of waiting, got up to dance in that tiny space, which unfortunately I gave up on dancing at a certain point because the waiters were running behind me. 5) The second course, no comment on the taste. At 11:45 PM, while we were eating the second course, we found ourselves toasting. The side salad was raw and tasteless. 6) At midnight, no lentils. The dish arrived at 12:40 AM with the pandoro cake nearby. 7) Tired, we went home around 1:00 AM without fruit or coffee. Terrible service in the kitchen. They chose to have more customers and poor service.

12/02/2026: I have nothing to say about the food. I decided to write this negative review because of some unpleasant incidents with the staff, who are often arrogant and think they're talking to their brother! If you order a coffee or pastry and ask for a glass of water, they add three drops. If you ask for more, they almost seem annoyed! And let's not even talk about it if you ask for sparkling water. Once at 10:00, I asked if the pizzas were freshly baked, or from the day before. They replied, "But do you think at 10:00 they could be from the morning!" As if it were an unusual question? Another day, I asked if the croquettes were warm, and they said yes. I looked at the handkerchief and saw that it was cold. When I asked to reheat it, the answer was, "Eat it like this." I reiterated that for me, it's cold and needs to be reheated. They reiterated, "But the croquettes don't reheat!" I repeat, I like it hot and arrogant. He throws it in the oven, I get annoyed and I don't take it anymore!!!!!! I wrote all the details because I want everyone to understand who I am!

02/04/2026: I ate a saltimbocca that was too small but good and drank a beer. 11 euros. A note in my opinion is that if you need to go to the bathroom you have to use a code that you find when you pay the bill. Well, I think it's inappropriate, because if you're eating and you feel like going to the bathroom they give you a code to go in and out.

22/11/2025: Excellent pizza. Very nice location, small but welcoming. Rino, the owner, is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. A perfect little place for what it does. Reading some other reviews, I think it's superfluous to point out details that this type of place can overlook. This isn't a Michelin-starred establishment, so I think the attention to aesthetics is appropriate for the type of place: small, clean, and welcoming. The staff is also very helpful, polite, and helpful... I can't wait to see the new location. Good luck!

20/10/2025: Chosen because of the excellent reviews we saw online. Arriving in front of the pizzeria, the dilapidated and messy outdoor area almost made us think we'd come to the wrong place. The dining room was small, with terrible decor. The cloth tablecloths were covered with red synthetic tablecloths, like the disposable ones, which were unpleasant to look at and to touch. Overhead, a wooden latticework acts as a decorative false ceiling, from which fake plants are hung (the only real plant was near the entrance and wasn't in great shape). The lower portion of the walls is covered with slatted wood fiberboard painted white, while the upper portion is covered with sheets of decorated paper (like the kind used for nativity scenes). The bathroom is smelly. The pizza wasn't bad, but the crust was rubbery and not very well-aired (if you remove the crust, you can re-knead it). I had a pizza with fried eggplant and sausage... the eggplant was mushy, almost all that was left was the peel, and the sausage was crumbled too finely. They have an excellent craft beer in bottles. In conclusion, high expectations given the reviews, but a bit of a disappointment. "Updated October 15th after the owner's response." From your arrogant and offensive tone, I don't think your premise is sincere (criticism is always welcome). You went into detail about the materials used, and if I had any doubts about the placemats, as I had already written, the panels are made of wood fiber (MDF, an acronym for Medium Density Fiberboard). Does my lack of knowledge of the materials inside the place justify this pedantic tone? If you're moving and the outdoor area is disused, does that give you permission to insult me? I don't like the decor in the room, so you think I'm ignorant? Regarding the bathroom, my 6-year-old daughter could distinguish the smell of a lack of cleaning from that of normal use by other customers and refused to use it. I was honest in my review, but unfortunately, you're not. To justify yourself, you're trying to discredit and insult me. Just look at the Google profiles to see who's leaving you a review, and the category you're trying to link me to (keyboard warrior) doesn't belong to me. You should respect your customers and take criticism as a cue to improve, not use derogatory tones and encourage people to go mushroom hunting. I wish you the best of luck in the future.

01/02/2026: Closing day of hunting with friends and a table of other colleagues, I am delighted with the welcome of the hostess and even more with the tasty and succulent house menu 👏 everything was excellent from appetizer to dessert but the chicken cacciatore was the absolute best. Excellent value for money. I will return as soon as possible.
