The ambiance is beautiful and creates an all-around pleasant atmosphere. The service is always prompt and friendly. Especially the owner: incredibly nice and simply a great man! 27/08/2025: We ate very well, both for lunch and dinner, at this lovely, traditional restaurant beneath the Aragonese Castle. It was like having your feet in the water... For lunch, I had the fried paranza verace, one of the best I've ever eaten. For dinner, the seafood linguine: excellent, flavorful, rich... Just what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

28/10/2025: There are plenty of places to get gelato in Sorrento but my favorite was Bougajnvillea. There are an overwhelming amount of options and flavors but the staff is kind and patient and happy to give a recommendation if needed. I went for the Dubai Chocolate and was hooked. Rich and chocolaty with a ribbon of pistachio cream and crunchy pistachio pieces. I still dream about it. There is both seating inside and out. Prices are reasonable and you get a good sized scoop. Highly recommend!

20/07/2025: Siamo stati al Ristorante Da Filippo in occasione di una cena. Posto leggermente affollato ma personale efficiente nei tempi di attesa. Abbiamo ordinato un primo piatto, due tagliate di carne e un dolce. Prezzi modici per la qualità del posto e del cibo, inoltre le porzioni erano adeguate ne abbondanti né insufficienti. Che dir si voglia, ma non che non abbia rispettato le nostre aspettative. Citando un noto poeta: “fu tzoppu beddu stu manciari sangò”.

07/09/2025: The pizza is edible, but the lady serving behind the counter is very rude and unfriendly. I think she forgot that customers bring money, or perhaps she thinks she's giving the pizzas away for free. I'll never go back, not even if it were the only pizzeria in Caserta.

29/08/2025: We all felt badly advised against it. We ordered pizzas over the phone, asking for them to be picked up at 9:00. When we got there, not only weren't the pizzas ready, they weren't even rolled out. To our disappointment, they told us, "We can't do anything about it; it's the oven that cooks them, not us." At the time, we took it as a joke, and thinking about it later, we were unhappy. When we got home, we ate the three pizzas, and one of them (the one with spicy salami) was a bit pungent and not particularly good. Result: a sleepless night. Never again!

08/09/2025: We ordered two crocchè pizzas with mozzarella instead of provolone, and a Margherita. The mozzarella tasted like buffalo mozzarella, really excellent, and the pizzas were delicious! We've been looking for a good pizzeria in this area for years, and we finally found it! You have some new regulars starting today! I didn't take a picture of the Margherita because we'd already eaten it 😆

16/06/2025: I enjoyed two take-away pizzas last night... alas... VERY GOOD recommended by the MASTER pizza chef of this place... I wrote ALASK... because if I ate them on the spot (in the cool room of the place)... I could taste the flavour of the products... even more!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND... EVERYTHING🍕😀😊

10/10/2025: Great takeaway pizza place with fair prices and delicious pizza. The service was friendly and efficient, and there are plenty of other dishes on the menu we haven’t tried yet. They also offer wine, drinks, and the option to sit and eat on site.
