03/01/2026: We stopped today 01-03-2026, for lunch, the 2 pizzas we took were excellent, really delicious, congratulations, we had the pleasure of meeting wonderful people who make delicious pizzas and fried foods.

29/01/2026: I was passing by and, purely by chance, I stumbled upon this restaurant, which feels like a blast from the past. You can sense the essence of another time, which, sadly, is about to disappear. High-quality traditional dishes, capable of transporting you back to Sundays at grandma's. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

08/11/2025: Refood was one of our favorite places we ate at during our trip to Sorrento! We ended up eating there twice it was so amazing. We had the calamari, clams linguine, lasagna, and gnocchi a la Sorrento. The calamari was tender and tasted like it had been caught that same day, and the gnocchi was made using potatoes from the owner’s farm. Both times we went the service was great and we loved getting to know the amazing family who owns the place. I highly recommend! Be sure and check out the owner’s wine cellar while you’re there as well.

30/10/2025: We were a bit pushed for time with our toddler with us so only had time for a main and quick desert I feel I must leave a review. The traditional local dishes were perfect and even our smallest family member approved! We had the Gnocchi alla Sorrento and a Spaghetti alla nerano that was perfectly balanced (when a cheese dish like that could have ended up cloying). The service was also very friendly. Although the building is spacious it has a really nice and relaxed atmosphere. Grazie millie!

19/11/2025: We left home in a storm, but fearlessly we decided to continue and reached Sorrento, where we stopped. Continuing along the road that leads to Massa Lubrense, we were hungry, and after a bend, a sign called "Il Nastro d'Oro" (Golden Ribbon) was there, so we decided to stop. Luckily, the view was breathtaking: Capri is within touching distance. The owner, Francesco, is courteous, knowledgeable, and, above all, passionate about his work. You can tell he takes great care in preparing his dishes... Exceptional, I won't tell you exactly what it is, because you'll have to discover it by going there. And what can I say about Enrico, the owner's son: polite, professional, and eager to please. It was a special day celebrating the birthday of a dear friend of ours. If you're passing by, stop by! It will be an experience you'll treasure in your memories.

14/02/2026: Small shop with delicious food, we had a focaccia with ruccola, mozzarella and Parma ham, calzone with spinach and olives, and a smaller round thing filled with pasta and cheese (sooo good!) the staff were lovely and chatty in the best way. Best service in Salerno as tourists in my opinion!

31/01/2026: I went a few days ago for the first time because it was recommended. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, and tastefully decorated. The staff is attentive, friendly, and these days, that's truly an added bonus! We ordered two pizzas and two beers—I'm allergic to nickel—and the person serving us gave me the best advice. The pizzas were good, the dough was delicious. Once again, I'd like to add the excellence in customer service. Compliments to the entire staff, I recommend this pizzeria... we'll be back!!!

29/10/2025: Very delicious pizza and great service. We enjoyed the view and sound of sea waves while having a glass of wine. I highly recommend you stopping by and eat here. Btw, their homemade tiramisu is delicious so don’t skip the dessert.

28/02/2026: For me, one of the three best restaurants in all of Irpinia. Aside from the excellent menu (the pomegranate with pork capocollo is brilliant, and the arancini are top-notch), "La Pignata" has what many restaurants in this region lack. They want to be a bit more sophisticated (I'm obviously not talking about traditional, popular osterias), but they don't know how to make a living (they don't understand the rules of restaurant culture). Here, however, it's there: kindness when making a reservation, impeccable service, with discreet courtesy and a sommelier in the dining room (many in Italy and around the world know Irpinia only for its wines, and it would be wise to ensure they find a respectable sommelier when they enter a restaurant), and the entire "liturgy" that introduces and concludes the menu, from the chef's welcome to the pre-dessert to the small pastries. Plus, it offers a quality/price ratio that's hard to find in more renowned tourist destinations. Moreover, the restaurant is right below the Norman castle and the municipal villa. Worth a trip or a detour.

17/01/2026: Tonight I went to Imperium, a fabulous event, and I had a wonderful time! The place is welcoming and simply spectacular, the food is delicious and above all, high-quality. Excellent service, and the waiter Enzo was the most memorable: kind, funny, and helpful. 🥰
