11/05/2025: I always return with pleasure to places where the food is good and where hospitality, combined with the extreme education and professionalism of all the staff, becomes a primary element. Well, Festopoli has always maintained the same positive characteristics that have characterized this place since its inception. The raw materials used for the preparation of the dishes are of the highest quality, as is the case for the wines and any other drink that you want to associate with food. Children can finally play and enjoy a myriad of delicacies. In the end everything is true jubilation.

29/06/2025: *NEGATIVE Experience* We went to your restaurant with 4 adults and 1 child and unfortunately we had a negative experience. After a while, you brought the pizza to the adults and only after a prompt did you bring the one for my daughter. This was already not a good start, considering that everywhere priority is given to the little ones. But the biggest problem came when we discovered that my daughter's pizza was different from the one we had ordered. When we told the waiter, he took away the wrong pizza in a very rude way and after about 5 minutes he came back with a new pizza. Unfortunately, the appearance did not convince us and we discovered that there were residues of the previous pizza (there were the sausages that evidently had not been completely removed). When we pointed out this problem, the waiter left without saying a word. The owner apologized quickly, but did not offer an adequate solution. In fact, when we reiterated our discontent to the guy at the cashier, he came over to make sure that the last 3 beers consumed had been added to the bill and completely ignored us about the serious episode that had happened Honestly, we felt treated badly and were ashamed for you. What if my daughter had been allergic? And then, you don't even know how to apologize sincerely. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The summer opening sees tables in the garden in front of the structure and the atmosphere gets even better; the outdoor tables are immersed in the small park adjacent to the structure, where there are also games for children. Food and environment at 🔝! Back at the end of summer, the pizza is still excellent! Unique flavor also for the last pizza tried (Assassina), with bacon, scamorza, mozzarella and tomato! Back again in the middle of winter. The exceptional flavors of the pizzas are absolutely confirmed! Tried a superb Provola and Speck pizza! Returned, gladly, and always pleasantly impressed! Excellent pizzas of all types New visit to the restaurant. The flavors are excellent and have now become unmistakable for me. The tuna and onion pizza was excellent but the others ordered were also exceptional! Returned, with a splendid Apulian pizza at the table, truly worthy of being remembered! Returned in the summer, when the outdoor area is fully open. Excellent flavor, excellent pizza 🍕 Always come back with great satisfaction! Tasted a splendid Speck pizza that makes the best Neapolitan tradition pale in comparison Returned shortly after last visit. It's now impossible to stay away. We eat very well. The staff is most pleasant and helpful. If you come to Trebisacce, you MUST be guests of this pizzeria

08/07/2025: The location is spectacular, no complaints there... the classic rotunda overlooking the sea, very scenic. I went there recently for a pre-lunch aperitivo, on a weekday. There were very few people, yet we waited a really long time for two Aperol Spritzes, which were still more than affordable (€4.50 each), but without even two chips to go with them. I found the staff to be less than welcoming and cheerful. Those experiences that make you want to return. It's a shame, because the place is truly beautiful. In response: Don't be offended, I assure you that I don't consider the chips a problem at all, even if you only mentioned that aspect. So, if you want to elaborate... you know how it is... it's better to offer them, without the customer having to ask. What disappointed me most were the wait times (despite the very low attendance, we waited almost 20 minutes) and the unwelcoming welcome. A smile or a cheerful greeting would have been enough. I hope I explained myself well; I'm not trying to be gratuitously argumentative. At this point, I'll go back. Maybe that day was an isolated incident.

06/07/2025: On Saturdays, as in all of Italy, dinner is served at a restaurant. At Giardino this news did not arrive given the TOTAL unpreparedness of the dining room and kitchen staff. Reservation at 9 pm. Table for 15 people. (arrived at the restaurant at 9.05 pm). Delivery of menus to order at 10 pm. Pizzas at the table served at 11 pm. Terrible welcome and unfriendly manners (air conditioning leaked condensation on the guests). I wonder if catering is really for them. Ps I do not want to be harsh on the quality of the pizza. NOT RECOMMENDED. NEVER AGAIN.

08/06/2025: We really had a wonderful evening. The seafood appetizer was super fresh and impeccably prepared, the linguine alla pescatora was rich in fish and enchanted our palate....you have to try the pizza because it is delicious. The strawberry cake with ice cream...their desserts...everything is spectacular. I can't say anything about the service...everyone was very kind...the owner is truly an exceptional person. Try it to believe it

24/06/2025: Unfortunately, I find myself having to express a negative consideration related to the organization of the service, despite the quality of the pizza being, in my opinion, very good. It happened to me several times to make a reservation for a specific time and, upon my arrival, find the pizza still not ready. I understood that this choice is probably dictated by the fear that some reservations may be untrue or that customers do not show up, which is why the staff waits for the physical presence of the customer before starting the preparation. However, this approach nullifies the very meaning of the reservation. If an agreed time still corresponds to a significant wait, the service loses effectiveness, especially for those, like me, who have limited time related to work or personal commitments. Even showing up without a reservation, the minimum wait found is almost always about half an hour. Considering that in the same area there are other pizzerias with shorter waiting times, I chose, reluctantly, to look elsewhere, even though I appreciate the product offered. Furthermore, I have noticed that very often, even just to buy a simple rotisserie product without having to wait a long time, it happens to find the counter almost completely empty. In my opinion, the production of these items is quantitatively insufficient and tends to run out too soon, leaving many customers dissatisfied. I believe that an improvement in the management of reservations, waiting times and the offer at the counter can give this pizzeria an important competitive advantage, enhancing the quality of the product which, I repeat, is of an excellent level. RESPONSE TO THE PLACE: I am sincerely sorry if my review has affected you negatively. It was not my intention to offend or gratuitously criticize your work, but simply to share the point of view of a customer who had a less positive experience than expected. I always write rather detailed reviews, for better or for worse, because I am a precise person and I believe that feedback - when it is constructive - can be a useful tool for improvement. In my specific case, I have never belittled the quality of your products, which I have actually appreciated. The problem I highlighted concerns the waiting times, which remain excessive even when there is a reservation, so much so that it is difficult for me to return to you with serenity. I fully understand that quality requires time and attention, and I absolutely do not question the value of your work. However, I believe that respecting the waiting times communicated to the customer is an integral part of the experience and the service offered. I would also like to point out that my reviews are not exclusively critical: I have written numerous extremely positive reviews when the service was up to par. I am therefore sorry that you have chosen to focus only on the less favorable ones to defend yourself, instead of taking the opportunity to listen and, perhaps, reflect on what can be improved. I sincerely wish you good work and hope that you can welcome criticism with greater openness, without taking it personally, but as an opportunity for growth. Kind regards.
