24/08/2025: My husband and I stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff are professional, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Giuseppe, who made us feel at home. The quality of the ingredients used to make the pizza and its flavor are also noteworthy. To finish the meal, I ordered their focaccia with lime cream, strawberries, and almonds... TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. I recommend it to everyone.

02/04/2025: Let me start by saying that the food is excellent, but it used to be even better. Lately, the dishes have been a bit too flavorful; if they could improve this small aspect, it would really be top notch. Overall, full marks.

19/08/2025: An excellent trattoria for spending evenings with family and friends. Good quality food and plenty of it. Efficient service with very friendly waiters. Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. As for the bill, there were four of us. The appetizer was generous, and the four main courses were delicious and generous, and the price was very reasonable. Only €90. Definitely worth returning.

29/08/2025: Great experience at Franco’s Pizzeria — definitely one of the best pizza spots in Cosenza if you’re travelling from the North. We shared a maxi pizza for 5 people: perfectly crunchy base, with half topped with cherry tomatoes, prosciutto and rocket, and the other half with broccoli and sausage. The owner told us the dough rests for 48 hours, which explains the amazing texture and flavour. Roberto and his wife were very friendly, sharing not only details about the food but also great travel tips. A fantastic stop if you’re heading south towards Reggio Calabria — highly recommended!

26/07/2025: The restaurant is in the middle of nowhere. There's no ventilation and the menu is outdated. The caprisiosa was the best I've had so far.

05/10/2025: Terrible service! We booked a table in sala they accepted booking without informing us that there were no table available in sala. When we arrived they told us that there is place near the entrance door only (1,5 meter near the entrance door). It’s already about 2 hours since we have been waiting for hour order and we’ve got only Wine and starters. The main course has not arrived yet. We were not informed in advance that we would have to wait 2 hours on cold draught ( Corrente d'aria)because the entrances door was opened every 5-10 minutes. Going to leave now without food and have wasted 2 hours of our time and got cold terribly

02/10/2025: A quiet evening in the middle of the week. The staff spoke practically only Italian. They found a few gluten-free dishes for the group but the execution was poor: the fried chicken breast was tasteless, as were the cold fried potatoes. The starter assortment for two was tasty and at least a sufficient size. The grilliata mista di maiale was also good, as were the potatoes that came with it, just like Sila.

20/09/2025: Everything was excellent. Excellent service, plentiful and tasty dishes. Quick service, nice airy terrace. I was looking for something negative but I couldn't find anything. Anyway, we're still at the table enjoying the rest.

04/09/2025: Clean environment, courteous and friendly staff. Normal wait times. The pizza is crispy with excellent leavening, fresh ingredients, and the quality is evident. Normal prices, a variety of options, and excellent customer service. In the summer, if you order takeout, I recommend booking in advance so you can at least get it at the time you choose.

24/08/2025: The restaurant is in a very characteristic location, with an atmosphere that reflects the style and character of the restaurant. We sampled a bit of everything: pizza, meat, and fish. The pizza and meat were average, while the fish wasn't entirely convincing, leaving the impression that it wasn't as fresh or of the expected quality. Considering my expectations, the restaurant seemed slightly overrated compared to its reputation. In any case, the experience was pleasant, and I would gladly return, even if I don't consider it a top choice among local restaurants. ---

31/08/2025: We stopped by spontaneously for lunch, and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly, the dishes were well-seasoned, and surprisingly affordable. We were completely satisfied.
