31/07/2026: We hit the nail on the head again today! We were in the area and did some searching for a pizzeria, and there it was!!! The pizza was a cloud of knowledge and professionalism! Congratulations!

27/07/2026: Last night, I called the restaurant to reserve a table for two, clearly specifying that we would be arriving with a stroller. The very kind lady on the phone confirmed availability for 10:00 PM. I also explained that we were coming from Cosenza. Once we arrived, however, we found a table for two with no room to put the stroller. I mentioned the situation to the waitress, who was mortified and replied, "Ma'am, you're right, but the owner only reserved these seats." At that point, I asked, "And where should I put the stroller?" The answer was, "At the entrance." In effect, I would have had to leave the stroller with my six-month-old son, who was sleeping, right at the door, in the middle of the constant flow of people entering and exiting the pizzeria. A simply unthinkable solution. What bothered me most was not so much the organizational error, which can happen, but the owner's attitude. Not an apology, not a word of understanding, not an attempt to find an alternative solution. Absolutely nothing. This, in my opinion, is indicative of a lack of attention and respect for customers. We then went to another pizzeria, "Quelli della Notte," about 100 meters away. There, we were greeted with great kindness: they even helped us with the stroller, let us sit in the garden, and despite the place being busy, the wait was short. The pizza was truly excellent. I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, but when a customer communicates such a simple request in advance, you at least expect it to be taken into consideration or, if they made a mistake, to be polite enough to apologize.
