24/08/2024: Dilapidated structure, terrible food: octopus salad taken from a supermarket deli (it's not difficult to make it with fresh fish.....) Mixed fried food which is difficult to chew so fish is not fresh and bread from the day before... the waiter is very kind and the wine is excellent: Malvasia For the rest, I wouldn't go back even if they offered me dinner

24/08/2024: SUPER RECOMMENDED!! We had dinner in this place, found thanks to its countless positive reviews, I couldn't help but leave one too given the very positive experience we had. Fish dinner: Appetizer of hot and cold courses, scialatielli with seafood, half a pistachio pacchero, scialatielli with clams And octopus & brans? A real gem.. peppered, fried and grilled del Marinaio, excellent and very abundant, all accompanied by an excellent white RE MANFREDI. 30/07/2024: Very kind and friendly staff; the first course based on cavatelli with seafood is excellent. The menu is full of choice. The toilets are very clean and equipped with everything you need. Fair prices.

26/08/2024: Tipico locale per turisti in pieno centro di Matera, nel mezzo dei Sassi. Location spettacolare come la vista. Proposta per stranieri, ma questo non vuol dire che ci siamo trovati male. Piatti buoni, ben presentati e con trovate interessanti. Personale molto preparato e cortese. Prezzi un po' alti per la Basilicata, ma nella media per i Sassi.

17/08/2024: Sono rimasto davvero colpito dal ristorante LA TALPA a Matera .L'atmosfera è accogliente e il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, in particolar modo il cameriere ISMAL (spero di aver scritto bene il suo nome) , un ragazzo di origini marocchine che, oltre ad averci consigliato durante tutta la cena, è stata un’ ottima compagnia. Il punto di forza del locale è senz’altro la cucina. In questo locale avrete la possibilità di gustare prodotti tipici della tradizione con degli ingredienti a km 0. Ieri sera io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo assaporato i loro antipasti tipici lucani ed è stata un'esplosione di sapori. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a tutti gli amanti del buon cibo!"

03/07/2024: The ancient bakery of Matera, awarded multiple times for the excellence of the products that they produce with craftsmanship every day. Among the recent and prestigious awards, such as the Premio dei Tre Pani awarded by Gambero Rosso and the Guardiano del Gusto 2024 awarded by Confesercenti. You can taste it on site or, as I did, take away and savor these fantastic products in the streets of Matera. From typical bread, to taralli, ending with focaccias, pizzas and calzones.

31/05/2024: I place an order online and buy some bread and wholemeal jonica durum wheat freselle as from the site. I received a bread that was not up to the standard of the Si Matera bread, dry, inedible used for meatballs. another terrible discovery, the freselle are made of soft wheat, as per the label, and not of durum wheat as ordered. Oven change.

18/08/2024: One of the few in Metaponto that we can return to. We ate a first course with aubergines and swordfish and a fried fish, both excellent and plentiful. I recommend trying it, it's really worth it.

16/08/2024: We have been staying at this property for 2 years between the first 2 weeks of July and eating in their restaurant. We always had a great time, we ate fresh fish and good pizza, the waiters, the owners and the ladies who cleaned our room each for their own tasks were exceptional. As far as we are concerned, we recommend it and we will certainly return because we love being able to relax in an environment that gives you serenity from day one. I understand and my feeling cannot be the same for everyone, but I thank all the Oasi staff for making our stay perfect. Thank you

16/07/2024: Bad experience, but so bad you can't believe it. Confusing menu and with crazy prices, if dishes were masterfully executed it would also have been acceptable (once a year) but obviously the quality of the dishes also reflects the confusion of the menu. Inattentive and grumpy service. I hope for them it was a coincidence... but it's still better to avoid it.
