23/03/2025: If there were another five stars I would have given them without thinking twice. The four of us at the table immediately became familiar with the staff and the place itself. A beautiful place inside a stone, with attention to every detail. An open kitchen and top-notch service. Sabatino the Meitre and Isam the waiter are super friendly, they put you at ease and make you feel literally at home. Top food and value for money, much appreciated. The two girls at the service were very friendly and always, I repeat always, smiling, something that is seen less and less in places, Obviously, a smile on all the members of the staff, from the cashier to the brigade. 16/09/2024: Ormai abitueè .In nova siri marina non ha concorrenza. gestore intelligente, gran colpo d'occhio e da oste moderno sa tirare il carretto . La vita sarebbe veramente uno squallore se non si potesse ottenere più di ciò che si merita. BUON PUBBLICO relante sa proprorsi a tutti i tipi di clientela ed accontenta tutti . C’è un successo che si fonda sul merito e uno sulla fortuna. Il primo dura di più; il secondo ha le gambe corte. Chi vuol pranzare o cenare con un giusto costo deve necessariamente fare un pit stop qui. Agli oltre 267.760 lettori che mi leggono su trip advisor consiglio questa location.

27/12/2024: Posto accogliente con pizze cotte al forno a legna superlative, cocktail fantastici e musica di intrattenimento difficile da ascoltare in zona. In particolare il 26 dicembre per Santo Stefano il proprietario ha avuto la fantastica idea di invitare dei musicisti (sax e due dj) per regalare ai convenuti una notte da paura all'insegna della musica e del divertimento! Bravi continuate così e il vostro locale sarà sempre al top!

01/09/2024: Ci siamo andati per pranzo il 1 settembre 2024. Dopo piu di un’ora di attesa, senza pane sulla tavola, senza secchiello con il ghiaccio l’acqua e il vino sono diventati caldi e dopo tanti solleciti finalmente sono arrivati gli spaghetti cozze e vongole. Il secondo è arrivato dopo un’altra mezz’ora. Servizio pessimo , ma il mangiare era buono anche il vino bianco. Peccato non ci ritorneremo piu’

28/03/2025: Traditional oven with a very modern look. There is a lot of variety of sweet and savory products, even already packaged. We bought some rustici with turnips, cherry tomatoes and speck, really delicious!! We also purchased some traditional bread and typical Matera taralli, which were also very good! Definitely a place to return to.

16/09/2024: The worst oven in history!!! I come in at around 1pm, I approach the rotisserie counter and ask what the focaccia tasted like, he replies tuna mozzarella onion, hesitates for a moment and then tells me but it's from yesterday! I pass to the one next to me a whole wheel of mozzarella and vegetables and he tells me this too is from yesterday! I am a little shocked but as a driver and having little time I ask him which focaccia was fresh and (so as not to be rude and leave on an empty stomach) he points out a tomato one, ok I take a very small piece and taken by hunger I take a rustic ricotta and spinach. I eat the small piece of focaccia and I doubt it was day old and the rustic ricotta and spinci in my opinion was more than a day old. I ate 2 bites of focaccia and threw it away and 2 bites of the rustico clearly thrown away. So I wonder how is it possible in 2024 to have old food on display from the day before if not beyond (declared by the owner) in an oven? I appreciate the shop assistant's sincerity in at least warning you that the stuff was old.

27/08/2024: Greetings, I will start with the premise that I have booked for 8pm Reservation accepted, we are on time, 5 people, we enter, the place is empty and they assign us the table in the most remote corner of the garden overlooking a dance floor. By God we are not fussy, I also understand that they are plastic garden chairs, we are pop people, but giving the chairs a degrease seems like the minimum!! And don't say "they're not dirty, they're stained" if that's the case, well, the eye wants its part too! Even if they are for the garden, being presentable is a completely different thing, initially I didn't even want to sit in them!! We sit down and after about 30/35 minutes a waitress reaches us and takes the drink order, after about 15 minutes they arrive "in the meantime the place starts to come alive" several tables are occupied, the orders are taken, they bring them drinks and .. around 9.05pm they finally also took our order for the pizzas..... I'll make it short for you: at 9.40pm we still didn't have the pizzas, while we could notice that "any table" arrived at the tables after us since we were the first to arrive they had pizzas, drinks and started dinner. I got up and went to say that we would get up and leave immediately... a lady says in front of me "I'm thinking of those responsible" and replies that the pizzas are cooking! I calmly replied that I no longer cared where our pizzas were, I want you to tell me how much I owe on the drinks because we are leaving, so I pay and we leave. Now, I say.. if the evening was already organized for those who had paid "the ticket" to dance afterwards, or in any other case, I wonder why accept other reservations?? I would have really liked to be able to say something positive, especially about the dishes.. but regardless of the various "positive" reviews I have read, which I would not trust at all, if it gives me so much.. one thing is certain, where there is no respect "for all" the customers who come in, for me, there can be nothing "good" So, obviously I don't recommend the place even if it were the only one in the area, in fact, we then went to another place where we waited because it was full , but at least there was a reason valid.. and I conclude by saying that in many tourist and non-tourist locations in the country, a place managed with this system would not last a single week. NB: A bottle of chanteclaire works miracles.. Use it!! I DON'T RECOMMEND!!!! 👎🏻

30/08/2024: 2 days before we were there we met the owner on our walk. Very very friendly. When we said we didn't have a vehicle she told us we should come at 7pm instead of 8pm when they open. We did that too and she gave us a nice place. We then ate bruschetta twice, wonderfully fresh small tomatoes with rocket and dried peppers. Then a pizza salami and a capricossa. We drank cola and shandy. We felt good in this pizzeria today. When we paid we had €27 on the bill for everything. At the end we wanted to say goodbye and thank you when the boss asked a man to drive us to our facility, 2.5 km away. Really great on the unlit streets, thank you Grazie. 26/03/2025: Very friendly and welcoming owner, he recommended some traditional local dishes, I must say very good. Quality/price.. excellent ratio. I recommend it, it's worth it both for the 🍕 pizza and as a restaurant. During my stay in Matera I went back several times.👍👍👍

19/02/2025: A large, old restaurant. It was a little cold in the living room. We ordered a starter of cheeses and cold cuts and, as it was abundant, we then wanted to share a main dish but they told us that was not possible. The food was good. Average price for the area.
