12/07/2025: I recommend it, especially for those who are in Italy for the first time. Very friendly staff. We were accepted without a table reservation on Saturday evening, we had to wait a bit, but the order was accepted and served in 10-15 minutes. We ordered seafood dishes, everything was very decent. The prices are reasonable, it is very likely that we will visit this restaurant more than once. Thank you.

28/06/2025: What can I say. This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The quality and freshness of the dishes were exceptional. If we were to return to Francavilla al Mare we know for sure where to return to eat exceptional fish dishes.

09/08/2025: Truly excellent traditional cuisine!!! This place, just 5 minutes from Pescara, was recommended to us. We ate wonderfully, from appetizers to first courses, and to finish with the homemade arrosticini! Kudos also for the kindness and cleanliness of the place. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance, because it's very beautiful inside!

13/08/2025: Saw this place on @veganabruzzo IG and we were happy to see it was just blocks away from our place. Staff was super friendly and the pizza was very tasty. The vegan substitutes for mozzarella and sausage were especially good. We had the Texana pizza. It is set up as more of a delivery storefront, than a nicer sit down restaurant, and the TV was a bit annoying, but the food was very good - LOVED the Nutella Desert Pizza.

12/04/2025: We have been ordering from Hellopizza for years now and the quality, kindness and service is always excellent, the pizzas are delicious with genuine ingredients, furthermore the owner is very correct, I made a mistake when paying for the pizzas by giving €20 more, I called and they returned them to me at my home...

16/08/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The location, which one would expect to be well-kept and characteristic, turned out to be anonymous and devoid of personality. The service didn't help matters: cold treatment, little attention to the customer, and sloppy management that made the atmosphere distant and unwelcoming. The quality of the dishes also didn't justify the price in any way: banal, characterless, and with disproportionate portions. Given the excessively high final bill, one would at least expect a significantly higher level of care and professionalism. The overall result was embarrassing: a dinner that, instead of leaving a good memory, felt forced and unfairly priced. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a serious restaurant that respects its prices.

16/08/2025: An overall disappointing experience. The location is poorly maintained, the service is distant and inattentive to the customer. The dishes are unremarkable, especially considering the final bill, which is disproportionate to the quality. A restaurant that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, more because of the service than the taste.

15/07/2025: Ottima. Un posto sul mio personalissimo podio tra tutte le pizzerie che ho frequentato ( eccetto Napoli perché fa un campionato a sé) . La pizza è figlia di una lievitazione particolare e perfetta che la rende al tempo stesso molto gradevole , gustosa e soprattutto digeribilissima. Personale veloce , disponibile e gentile ( noi siamo stati serviti da una ragazza) . Molto bene! Complimenti

19/07/2025: Good food, good service, excellent waiters, the guys serving are very helpful. It's not a good idea to go with family or large groups, and please don't speak loudly; whisper instead. You might even hear the owner's close friends shushing you like they did to me and my family at my mom's birthday party (despite the loud music and the noise in the shop). Maybe because we weren't speaking Italian? Who knows? Be careful with your friends, because not even the owner is capable of treating you this way. (I only saw this lady drink a crodino, a piadina, and the free lemon sorbet in two and a half hours.)

17/07/2025: Hello, this is the third time we've ordered pizza. I've honestly never had such a good pizza. The ingredients are plentiful, the pizza is perfect, the girl on the phone is very kind, and the delivery drivers are also polite and friendly. The pizza arrives hot and on time. The prices are FAIR. This pizzeria is a 10 overall, and I recommend it to everyone...the whole wheat pizza is sublime, the attention to ingredients is meticulous, and the flavor is very delicate. 😋 Thank you all.

04/08/2025: I discovered this pizzeria by chance and it was love at first sight. Excellent pizza by the slice for all tastes and a good selection of fried foods. I love crispy pan pizzas and these immediately satisfied my taste. A huge selection of excellent ingredients and plenty of them make every piece a delight and a joy for the palate. Service is fairly quick even if there is always a queue. Reservations are recommended for Saturdays. Highly recommended!!!!

28/07/2025: Excellent pizza, and the tomato sauce was delicious. The pizza was very topped with sauce, but some extra care could be taken to make it easier to eat, perhaps with a thicker pizza box. The decision to wear anti-spitting masks was excellent; it's truly remarkable as a courtesy to customers! A detail never to be underestimated!

04/08/2025: An extremely negative experience in several respects. The service was very slow, with wait times well beyond the norm. The cleanliness of the restaurant is critical: I was served a dirty fork, and I noticed cats climbing on the chairs, a situation that leaves much to be desired in a restaurant. We ordered a focaccia fantasia, a steak, and an entrecôte, but were served two entrecôte instead of the dishes we ordered. The fries were excessively greasy, and the tables were covered with plastic tablecloths, inappropriate for a restaurant serving meat and hot dishes. The most serious situation occurred during dinner: after eating a few pieces of meat, I noticed a worm moving around on my plate. I initially thought it was a gnat, but upon closer inspection, I realized it was a fly larva. According to information found online, this indicates that the meat had come into contact with flies, which may have laid eggs on the bones. It remains to be seen whether the worm came from the meat or the salad on the plate. At that point, I immediately interrupted the meal, asked for the bill, and left the restaurant. Consequences noted: The presence of cats in the restaurant, incompatible with the serving of food. Poor hygiene, both in the dishes and in the restaurant. Concerns about the proper preservation of the meat, with obvious health risks. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant.
