19/09/2025: I think it's my favorite restaurant in the Vasto area. The quality of the food is excellent, and the techniques used in the kitchen create a truly perfect balance of flavors. Even the simplest dishes, when prepared by them, take on a unique and surprising flavor. The service and value for money are also excellent. Highly recommended!

11/10/2025: Welcoming, great service, and delicious food! I love Mamilu pizza! Great prices, and generous appetizer portions (very important to me)! We paid 21 euros per person for 3 pizzas, 2 appetizers, and a pitcher of beer (there were 3 of us).

04/10/2025: We came here for dinner straight from the airport. They didn't have any seating, but they quickly prepared takeout pizzas for us, advised us on our beer selection, and were very kind. But most importantly: the pizza was delicious and didn't leave us thirsty at all (as sometimes happens :-() Well done!!!

14/10/2025: Parco dei Mulini has been a trusted favorite for several years now. I've been here often, even on different occasions (in the summer, the kiosk is open, you can eat outside in the heavenly temperatures, and the live music evenings are fantastic!). In the winter, they host indoor evenings, and the menus change based on events (the pizzas, in particular, are updated frequently!). Top quality in everything, from beers to main courses, all the way to dessert (made by the fantastic staff), and the pizzas are unparalleled: the best pizzas in the Ortona area and the surrounding area, even though we're in Crecchio. Generous portions and affordable prices. The owner is super. The place is beautiful, surrounded by the greenery of a charming former mill, and it's not uncommon to spot a few animals!

24/09/2025: Always happy to book. Relaxing place, even if it's always busy. The food, both meat and pizza, is always excellent. The beers are also good, with a wide selection. Good value for money.

14/10/2025: Delicious, large pizza, light and easy to digest, and a wide variety of classic and specialty pizzas. I have some dietary restrictions, but they still satisfied me by making a pizza with only the ingredients I'm allowed, which is unusual. Next time I'll try the grilled meat. I highly recommend it.

05/10/2025: Excellent pizzas, ZERO courtesy for customers. Started eating at 8.30pm, 9.58pm forced to vacate the table, asked for dessert, all that was said was a coffee, an unheard of disgrace and a serious matter, outside we met other customers who had suffered the same treatment.

05/10/2025: Please note that this review refers to gluten-free pizzas for celiacs. I travel a lot for work and have had the opportunity to try various doughs, including frozen ones, like this one. This one isn't good: thick and soft in the center with a low, crunchy edge. I had the Cossack with tomato and pecorino cheese, and it had an undefined flavor. They only have gluten-free pizza bases and a beer. As the manager said, they only keep them to accommodate groups that require gluten-free pizzas. No appetizers, no welcome. Furthermore, it's unclear why, depending on the type of pizza, just changing the base can sometimes increase the price by €3, other times by €4, or €5! On the menu, there's a section of gluten-free pizzas with 4-5 pizzas listed, implying that the rest are contaminated. Then, speaking to the manager, he says you can choose the flavors you want by asking the staff. Finally, when it was time to pay, he asked me how it went, and when I said no, he launched into a tirade about personal tastes, completely unheeding anyone's opinions, and with a dismissive, oppositional, and closed-minded attitude. It's clear he has the basics to please the customer in question, but it bothers him.

16/10/2025: Nothing special. The beach promenade is pretty run-down, with holes, rust, and broken railings, temporarily repaired with a construction fence. The beach and the woods are littered with trash. Disgustingly lazy people!

The proprietario, with all the staff in it, is very gentle, attenti e rendono the visita davvero speciale. A place to which you always like to return. Absolutely recommended! 08/06/2025: I was at this place yesterday, after I had heard about it because I have 2 celiac daughters, they make gluten-free pizza here. The place is nice, large, with a small parking lot outside. The normal pizza is good, with long-leavened dough, well-topped and cooked in a non-wood oven. You can improve on the gluten-free: we asked for margheritas with sausages and we were told that they don't have sausages (one of the children's favorite foods). We then asked for the addition of cooked ham on a pizza, with the supplement of 2 euros and 50 (for half a slice of ham)! The draft beer that was served to me wasn't great, while for the girls we asked for a Coke and we were served a similar one. For 3 pizzas, 2 of which were gluten-free (a normal capricciosa, a Margherita and a Margherita with cooked ham) 1 Coke, 1 still water and 2 small draft beers we received a bill of €51.50. Despite the high prices, I recommend it on regular pizza, but the gluten free ones aren't that great!

05/10/2025: The pizza is good, but it's indecent to make you wait an hour and forty minutes for a pizza!!! The place was packed, and they were still making takeout pizzas. Because of the service and the endless wait, we won't be returning.

14/10/2025: Discovered by chance during a stopover on the way from Trento to Puglia, it was a delightful discovery: excellent food, a varied and appetizing menu, a beautiful, clean atmosphere, and above all, impeccable management. Everyone was incredibly kind, making us feel "at home" in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!!
