28/09/2025: Terrible experience, never again.
As soon as I entered, I was hit by a nauseating odor that already put me off staying. The beer glass was dirty, a clear sign of poor hygiene. I ordered a bacon hamburger: it smelled unpleasant and tasted so bad that I left it on my plate without being able to eat it.
When paying, I pointed this out to the owner, who couldn't give me a response. To top it off, he didn't even bother saying goodbye when I left.
A place like this shouldn't even be open.
24/09/2025: We chose to dine here because there wasn't much open.
10 arrosticini each (for 2 people) on one plate. Eventually, I noticed a fly. I pointed out to the two people at the table, and they replied, "Strange, there haven't been any flies in the past few months."
Help! Are you telling me I brought it in my pocket? Plus, 2 plates of roast meat. The sausage smelled and tasted like it had been passed.
Left on the plate... 1 sparkling water.
Cost: 70 euros.

26/08/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this pizzeria was very disappointing. The place wasn't very clean, and the tables seemed sloppy. The service was slow and inattentive: we waited almost half an hour just for drinks and an hour and a half for three pizzas.
The supplì looked well-breaded, but they were inedible with overcooked rice and no toppings.
The pizza, which should be the highlight, arrived lukewarm and with a dough that tasted like shoe soles. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the toppings were sparse for the price.
The cashier was rude and rude.
Overall, the value for money was truly disappointing. I don't think I'll return, and I don't recommend it.
26/08/2025: I had dinner with my family this evening for pizza, and I have to say that in 50 years, I've never had such a bad meal. We had supplì as an appetizer, which looked good because they had a crispy panther filling, but unfortunately the rice inside was completely overcooked and lacked tomato. We ordered four pizzas at 8:30 PM, and they arrived at 10:05 PM. I think it's absurd to wait so long considering the place was half empty. Leaving this aside, we were hoping for at least a good pizza, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case: the pizzas tasted like cardboard and had very little topping, which made them even drier and more dry: believe me, it was INEDIBLE!!!
All this was accompanied by a total lack of courtesy from the lady at the cash register who took our order. The young man who served us, however, was very kind. It was a terrible experience. An evening to forget, and I would never recommend this pizzeria to anyone.

23/10/2025: The fried food was forgettable; the shrimp and fries were full of oil and slightly overcooked, while the rings tasted like chewing gum.
The waitress, constantly chewing gum with her mouth open, is the best.
Too bad, I don't think I'll be back.
08/10/2025: I visited Fratelli la Bufala in the Megalò shopping center in Chieti with my girlfriend. We sat down, ordered a first course, a Coke, a beer, and for me—without even looking at the menu—my favorite pizza: a simple Margherita with prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella added after baking.
When I asked, the waitress looked at me perplexed and told me the pizza chef "didn't know how to make it." Somewhat surprised, I asked her to check if it was truly impossible to make, since it didn't seem like such a special pizza to me. After some hesitation, she accepted my request, although she asked me a little strangely if I wanted chopped tomatoes.
When the pizza arrived, I was initially pleased: good ingredients, Neapolitan-style dough, prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella added at the end of baking as requested. Unfortunately, the pizza was burnt on one side and undercooked on the other. Furthermore, the buffalo mozzarella had been placed only in the center, with enough milk to make the pizza excessively "soggy."
The quality of the ingredients is good, but the attention to detail in the preparation was lacking. There was also a small mix-up when it came to the bill: we were charged three covers instead of two, but the error was corrected immediately after I pointed it out.
In the past, I remembered much more carefully prepared pizzas, even during busy periods. This time, unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations.

19/08/2025: I ate at this restaurant with friends. The atmosphere is pleasant, albeit dated. The food is mediocre, and the service and management are terrible. The staff is very rude and sloppy: orders weren't honored, and they brought double plates or dishes we hadn't ordered. They presented us with a total bill, without any details...
Not recommended!

12/11/2025: I called to order "spianata" pizzas. Where I come from, "spianata" means a larger pizza, placed in a larger box, to be shared at parties. The lady, not understanding, made annoyed jokes and rudely rejected my request. I had never spoken on the phone with someone so unprofessional and unpleasant.
28/06/2025: The question is not why...but how. How is it possible to make such a terrible pizza. While traveling I have eaten excellent and mediocre pizzas. But I NEVER threw it away. How is it possible to make a pizza like this? It takes commitment and a lot of it. A word of advice, there are many pizza schools, I recommend signing up and finalizing the commitment. It doesn't take much to go from terrible to mediocre. Maybe with time... goodbye

04/09/2025: The pizza is delicious, the kebab is also excellent, and the service is top-notch.
