As soon as you cross the threshold, you are greeted by an elegant and welcoming environment, with fairly refined furnishings that combine multiple tastes and satisfy many customers. Although greeted by imposing and bright chandeliers, there is a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a quiet dinner. The cuisine is simply excellent: the menu offers a wide range of dishes that combine tradition and innovation, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each course is an explosion of flavours, impeccably presented. Don't miss the first courses, which proved to be superlative, and the meat-based second courses, cooked to perfection. The service is attentive and professional, with staff who are helpful, patient and, above all, friendly and predisposed to a warm welcome; in particular, my family and I appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of Beatrice, who was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and requests. It is a restaurant that manages to combine excellent cuisine with a refined and pleasant environment. Definitely a must-see for those who love good food and elegance. This evening we will return to taste other succulent specialties recommended yesterday by Beatrice.

20/08/2024: Restaurant with great potential, convenient parking, large spaces, friendly staff, good pizza. It's a shame for the 80s venue with a mix of elements and styles that give the feeling of neglect, little attention to the context and confusion. If it had maintained simple and classic lines it would certainly have presented itself in a more pleasant and welcoming way

07/12/2023: Abbiamo scoperto un ristorante semplice e pulito sulla costa dei trabocchi ! Ristorantino sul mare , total white , delicato e buon cibo ! In una giornata uggiosa di dicembre io e dei miei amici ci siamo trovati a costeggiare la pista ciclabile fino ad arrivare davanti a questa location molto pulita anche se non direttamente sulla strada ! Decidiamo di entrare e accolti dalla titolare con molta gentilezza ci siamo accomodati ! Abbiamo ordinato degli antipastini caldi e freddi molto gustosi e freschi e dei primi al dir molto abbondanti come “Pacchero alla George “ e Risotto alla marinara “ ! Prezzo onesto ! È stata una bella scoperta, consigliatissimo!

23/08/2024: Terrible restaurant. We came on the recommendation of people from whom we rented an apartment. We were very disappointed. The staff is indifferent and inattentive. The only one who left a good impression was the woman who took our order. She was very friendly. We arrived at 19:30 and were told that the kitchen opens at 20:00 (there is no information about this anywhere). We ordered drinks. When we asked to bring at least some cheese, we were told that the kitchen was closed (here we imagined the cheese locked in the kitchen, knocking on the door and begging to be let out). The young waiter was very arrogant and walked slowly and relaxed. No one ever asked if the drinks needed to be repeated, they forgot to bring wine, they forgot to bring forks and knives. This is despite the fact that we were the first customers at dinner, and at first there was no one else in the restaurant except us. Despite the fact that the food in general does not exceed the level of a roadside eatery. This kind of pizza is a shame for Italy. You can't work like that. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

23/08/2024: Cuisine with a C grade:((the service is just out:(when the restaurant was empty, they couldn’t seat us for a long time:) they forgot to order, forgot to bring the cutlery, the complete feeling that you owe them:(the check is absolutely not transparent, they wrote us 2 repeats:((.Ladies nothing yet, but they don’t speak English, and the curly-haired young dude speaks, but he’s simply unsuitable professionally:((( I definitely don't recommend it!

04/08/2024: Leave all hope, you who enter. In the month of July, from what I have been able to understand from the countless people I have heard complaining, the biggest problem is in the kitchen. People who gave up on the first course, some on the second course, one mother had her son fall asleep while she was waiting for the second course, but in any case the service is also sufficient and there was even sand in my spaghetti with clams... I'll come back to visit them on a quieter day...

16/08/2024: I bitterly regret stopping by for dinner. The environment is anomalous, wedding ceremony trousseaus and paintings from Venice, in Abruzzo, but this is the least serious aspect. I don't know which nightmare recipe book it came from, the spaghetti with clams, the spaghetti was swimming in oil, I found pieces of garlic the size of a little finger inside and then the tomato???? Anyone who appreciates this dish has serious problems. Let's not talk about frying, greasy, soft, indecent. Minimal portions, forgettable flavors, crazy prices. In short, the worst way to end this holiday. I will definitely return to Fossacesia, I will not return to this restaurant even under threat.
