27/08/2025: Decent typical Cilento food, good pizza dough. Good quality ingredients. Terrible service, no cover charge for my two-year-old daughter; they could have just charged, even if etiquette dictates otherwise. I imagine the owner was arrogant, and orders were taken with a huff. A disagreement with a fellow diner for not having eaten the tagliatella with mushrooms, with an intimidating tone. Aside from the fact that cream wasn't listed among the ingredients, it's a matter of taste.

02/09/2025: I've been a customer for several years, and the pizza has always been delicious. The waiters are also very professional, efficient, and patient. My only regret is that they no longer stock IPA beer. WHAT A SHAME! Review Update: From 4 to 5 STARS! August 30, 2025 They've finally started serving some delicious IPA beer again.

14/09/2025: An absolute delight! Not just the food, but the entire experience. The staff was simply fantastic ❤️ attentive, friendly, and welcoming. We felt incredibly comfortable. The food was delicious 😋 There were three of us, plus our baby and dog. It was a wonderful evening with a great view and an even better atmosphere. The food was fairly priced; two people even shared the fish platter, which at first glance seemed expensive. It was worth every cent and every minute of waiting. This isn't a snack bar; good food takes a bit of time, but the starters made up for it. The third person's pizza was outstanding, but the fish platter was a dream. Tenderly cooked, it arrived piping hot with a delicious, bubbling sauce. The different ingredients still retained their own flavor and were simply magnificent. There was plenty of bread to go with it, and for a fair surcharge, the sauce was also made into pasta sauce, and everything was served warm again. We also had a good wine 🍷, and only our guest had dessert, pizza; the fish platter was easily enough for 3 or 4 people. They were both absolutely stuffed. The tiramisu was a creamy delight 🤤 The only stumbling block was that they originally planned to add corpeto to the baby's menu. Normal for children, but not typical for babies. After pointing out that the baby was less than a year old, the coperto was also removed. So, this is nothing more than a minor blip on a very successful evening. We will definitely be back and would recommend dinner here to anyone. We actually chose the restaurant primarily because it opened at 6 and a friend said it was good. We didn't expect to stumble upon such a gem 😋

07/07/2025: It's been a while since I had pizza from Donato, not because I prefer it to others, but only because of a distance problem and I was amazed by the excellent quality always at the top, it never disappoints. When you have to make a good impression go to Pizzeria or Passion. Highly recommended...

03/09/2025: I had the pizza with lactose-free mozzarella and it was really good, well-cooked, and not watery at all! And, listen up: TWO lactose-free desserts to choose from! Meringue pie or panna cotta! You can also add fruit, but I don't consider it a dessert! Vegan options available!

06/09/2025: I often come here for pizza and other things: one thing that makes me angry is when a customer walks into a place and isn't even considered. All three of us laughing and joking while the pizza chef kneaded the dough. The pizza used to be much better: now the dough is very dry, and the toppings are flavorless.

24/08/2025: We simply had a great time. The dishes (focused on fish and shellfish) and desserts were excellent. We arrived at this small square by chance, but what a wonderful discovery it was. The service was good and friendly. The surrounding buildings are a bit sad, but that's also part of the charm of the place.

My partner and I watched him hustle and work as a one man show all night, genuinely loving every minute. It’s always amazing to see such love, care, and passion be put into a restaurant— and the food reflects that!

23/08/2025: I'd like to start by saying I chose this location to celebrate a very important personal event. When I booked, when I was asked if I had any special requests, I asked for simple roses to be served at the table, obviously paying a supplement. The negative experience began when they escorted me to the table and I noticed that there were no flowers, and I hadn't even been informed of this. At first, everything seemed normal. They got the water wrong, and a glass of Prosecco seemed like white cooking wine (€7). They hadn't bothered to charge the lamp at the center of the table, so much so that it didn't even turn off halfway through the meal. When I tried in vain to turn it back on, I noticed that the top part was broken, and half of it was missing. I almost cut my finger. The first course arrived quickly, so quickly that I had just finished the appetizer and they hadn't even cleared the plate away when the waiter had trouble handing me the first course. The second course, however, must have been in rough seas given the location, because it took a good 40 minutes for half a fried dish, which was also full of oil and... very salty like the bill more than €100 for 2 people 2 starters and 2 first courses with a second course for goodness sake nice and spacious location but with only one bathroom which creates a long queue and is dirty, I wouldn't have complained about the price at all if there hadn't been all these problems the illegal kebab shop just before would have been better

22/07/2025: I go to this restaurant often and I can only confirm the same impression every time: it's a safe bet. The quality of the dishes is consistently high. Whether you're looking for a quick lunch or a more relaxed one, the value for money is truly excellent. It's hard to find better in the area.

08/07/2025: A place that disappointed me. I had a first course, second course, and side dish, but each one was worse than the last... The pasta tasted like nothing, the second course, which was supposed to be a lemon veal cutlet, was actually meat in broth... and the potatoes tasted sour. In fact, the plates came back full. In the end, I consoled myself with a stria, which was good...
