11/10/2025: If I decide to eat fish, especially raw fish, this is one of the few places I trust blindly! The quality is top-notch, the staff are very kind, the cuisine simple but very good. I ate swordfish with mushrooms, something I hadn't had in a long time! Good wine list. Well done, well done!

05/11/2025: We recently went for lunch. Honestly, I had high expectations since some colleagues had mentioned it to me, and perhaps that's why I'm disappointed (spoiler alert). The menu is 80% fish and 20% meat, and the offerings include a good variety of appetizers, first courses, and second courses (and the usual average desserts). As mentioned, the buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto crudo (raw ham). The prosciutto was good quality, but the buffalo mozzarella (it was so small), like 90% of restaurants, is served cold... not even room temperature... The fish dishes actually looked nice, and those who ordered them confirmed the overall quality (although the fried foods had a bit too much oil leftover). Some friends and I ordered the fettuccine (with mushrooms and wild boar ragù). I presume to be able to judge the quality of a fettuccine, having eaten all kinds, especially homemade ones made by various people. Unfortunately, the ones at "I Quadri" lacked any of the fundamental characteristics of a good fettuccine. The pasta was extremely thick, which, combined with the al dente cooking, made it difficult (or impossible) to "wrap around a fork." It also lacked the roughness one expects from homemade pasta: the sauce literally ran off. Regarding the sauce, neither the mushroom nor the wild boar ones lived up to expectations, being rather liquid (disjointed) and lacking any distinct flavors. A real shame. The wine list is varied, but it's absurd that they don't include a red wine by the glass, only white. Coffee at the end: truly "a tear" in the cup. Yet we didn't ask for ristrettos... The service was courteous but not particularly precise: on several occasions we had to ask several times, attracting the attention of various waiters. In conclusion. An average experience that I could repeat only to taste the fish dishes which, in hindsight, seem to be the heart of this restaurant.

03/11/2025: The food at Il Quadri is good: excellent fried food, fish, risotto with scampi cream, excellent cocktails, excellent meat, desserts, and oysters. The price is fair, and the atmosphere is great, even on rainy days. Pure relaxation. The pizza and bar are also excellent.

12/10/2025: Excellent traditional cuisine, including tasty seafood dishes. Reasonable prices for the quality of service and preparation.

17/10/2025: If you called at 10:10 PM after a soccer game in Calenzano, practically two steps away, we asked if six of us could come by 10:30 PM to make six pizzas and six beers—a pretty quick thing—and you told me it was too late and the kitchen was closing???? Do you realize!!!! We stopped by the restaurant and there were still people who needed to finish eating, and you told me the kitchen was closing. We even took photos from outside, as it was almost full. But forget about the restaurant fees. We went to the "La Strada" restaurant, and they told us no problem. We got in at 10:40 PM. THANK YOU SO MUCH

27/09/2025: The food is good and the staff is friendly. Takeout is best because there's limited seating (including in the dining room converted from the former perfumery) and it fills up quickly on busy days.

31/08/2025: The pizzas I've eaten there, even though it's a takeout pizzeria, are a bit larger. But the exceptional thing is, beyond the wide selection, the quality of the ingredients. The prices are also lower, as there's no table service. It's a shame I don't live nearby because it's really worth it.

The menu offers a wide selection of pizzas, all made with fresh, authentic ingredients and cooked to perfection. The dough is light, easy to digest, and has that touch of crunch that makes all the difference. The option of eating in or ordering takeout is a great advantage. Another aspect worth highlighting is the prices, which are truly fair! In a time when you can often find outrageous prices for even just a pizza, here you can enjoy an excellent product without having to spend too much. This detail, combined with the courtesy of the staff and the excellent quality, makes the pizzeria a reference point that I highly recommend to anyone who loves to eat well and feel at ease. 30/08/2025: Every year I spend two weekends in Santa Caterina and every year I come to eat here!! Everything is delicious!! The staff and owner are wonderful!! Last time I was shocked by the pork and lamb shanks!! AMAZING!! And the pizza is worth it too!!

I've been frequenting this restaurant/pizzeria for years now, and I can't say enough good things about it! The place is very cute, welcoming, and offers outdoor seating both in the back (a cool, spacious balcony) and in the front, thanks to a small terrace and a patio with gazebos. The staff is incredibly friendly and ensures a relaxing lunch or dinner. A special mention goes to Filippo, who is always ready and available. The food is excellent, from fish to meat, from pizza to side dishes, from appetizers to fruit. A must-visit for seafood lovers, despite being in the heart of Ciociaria. Excellent value and easy parking! A real guarantee! Perfect for events, lunches, dinners, and special occasions.

07/08/2025: We've been here twice on our way back from the beach. Both times we had good food, both meat and fish dishes, at a reasonable price. The service was friendly and fast. We'll definitely be back.
