09/06/2025: Passing through for a weekend we were looking for a simple place but where we could eat traditional dishes well. Real trattoria atmosphere and welcoming. Excellent simple and homely cuisine, not too extensive menu (which I consider a plus point) but everything of excellent quality. Good pizzas too. Absolutely recommended.

As a first course we tasted tagliolini al limone with purple shrimp and burrata: a very successful combination of the citrus freshness of the pasta, the sweetness and delicacy of the purple shrimp, and the creaminess of the burrata that enveloped everything in a symphony of flavor. A refined but perfectly balanced dish. To follow, a sliced ​​tuna served on a bed of rocket with fresh cherry tomatoes and a delicate balsamic glaze. 08/09/2025: Last night my wife and I decided to go to this restaurant for dinner. I have to admit, we had a great time. I liked the place and the staff were really friendly. I thought the value for money was excellent. We ordered three fish dishes, and for someone who enjoys eating like me, the portions were really good, so much so that I left feeling satisfied and full from what we ate. Next time I'll be in the area, I'll gladly return because I'd like to try other dishes, and I'm sure they'll be really good.

29/08/2025: I went to Non Vedo l'Ora with a friend, we just wanted a relaxed dinner and somehow it felt the right place. The food… I mean the pizza I got was hot, straight from oven, crust thin, edges crunchy but inside soft, like really soft, I liked that. Toppings tasted fresh, not heavy, not like those greasy ones you sometimes get. My friend had pasta with truffle, the smell hit the table before the plate, strong but in a good way, sauce creamy but not drowning the pasta, just enough. The place is easy to reach, close to the old streets, after we even walked a bit around, nice vibe outside. Inside it was warm and people were laughing, a bit noisy maybe but felt cozy, not disturbing. Prices hmm not cheap but for what we got it was fine, fair enough, I didn’t feel like paying too much. I think I would go back for another pizza, maybe even try dessert, I forgot to check the list this time.

06/08/2025: We sought out La Costa in Bra after seeing another coeliac's positive review on Facebook. What can I say - this was the worst meal ever. Service was slow. I mean painfully slow - after 45 minutes we received our starters. We got replacement cutlery which was dirty. Then waited a further 30 minutes for our main - 2 pizzas. When they arrived my pizza was not gluten free as requested, and my partners pizza came looking so unappetising and inedible. We asked what the issue was - where they went wrong, very basic apology. Paid for the wine and the starter €60 and left hungry. They really need to get their act into gear. I will be contacting the Italian coeliac organisation as they have numerous awards.

07/09/2025: Advice for those who come: Don't order at the table, especially on Saturdays; the waits are long and endless. Truly unacceptable. It's better to come in and order by the slice or take out; at least you'll be served there. Don't even sit down, because it's always packed and you'll never be served. They even charge you a cover charge for waiting so long at the table. The excuse is: "But it's Saturday." No, if you're doing 3,000 things and can't manage them properly, don't do it. It's more than logical that if you have a dining room, you have to know how to manage it, regardless of the bar and takeout pizzas. They need more organization for those who come and sit down. As for the food, it's more than okay; it's good and worth trying; they have many flavors, and the pizza is good. I won't change my mind about that. But there's room for improvement: - table service (dedicate one pizza chef only to tables and one to takeaway pizzas) - menu (confusing, needs reviewing because when I go to look at the pizza, I want to know the ingredients and not find a list on my PDA)
