07/08/2025: Friday, August 1st. We didn't know what we wanted to eat and left it up to the chef. We were surprised with a platter of the most delicious hams and burrata. Then we were treated to two delicious pasta dishes, one with fresh truffle. The friendly service also provided two excellent desserts. The chef even came to check if everything was to our liking, and yes, we certainly would! We'd love to come back.

The food is prepared by a talented chef, the pizza chef; a true professional who puts his heart into it, and Salvatore, the manager, is a delightful person, always attentive to the smallest details. You can't come to Rimini and not eat at Thomas.

09/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. We were worried when we saw the negative reviews, but in the end, we were very pleasantly surprised. Special mention for the Parmiggiana and the eggplant spaghetti. Fast and friendly service for a very good dinner in an ideal setting!
08/08/2025: Last week we had the privilege of having lunch at this excellent restaurant. The cuisine was excellent, high-quality, and traditionally Apulian. The staff were very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Excellent service. It was truly wonderful to enjoy excellent food in complete tranquility in the beautiful little square in the historic center of Martina Franca.

20/08/2025: First dinner in Verona. Was delicious. Gluten free options were vast. They modified the eggplant appetizer for us. The pasta was lovely. The pizzas AMAZING. Could get basically any toppings. First meal I didnt feel at all sick from as a sensitive celiac.
I hear the "regular food" was delicious too. Pricing was a surprise given it is right downtown! Much appreciated. Would go again if we could!!

19/07/2025: Delicious takeaway pizza... in addition to this, there is another super advantage... if you order at 8.20 pm... you leave with the pizza at 8.20 pm... they are punctual like an atomic clock, it's difficult to be late, in any adverse weather conditions.... VERY GOOD!!

10/07/2025: An unexpected surprise: after years of discovering pizzerias, I didn't think I'd find a pizzeria-restaurant like this!
Quality of ingredients, pizza leavening (Roman, not Neapolitan), supplì, croquettes, etc.... all made in-house (and not bought and resold like in some trattorias).
The prices are absolutely reasonable and even satisfying, confirming the whole experience, from the delicious food to the service.
Booking days in advance is essential to secure a seat.

05/08/2025: A really nice little place, with soft lighting, just the way I like it, and considering it was a Sunday in August, it wasn't packed, just the way I like it... 😁
The chitarra allo scoglio was very good, and the lamb chops were simply wonderful. The crema catalana was a little too sweet for my taste, but sugar and I had a falling out. Great value, low price, and high quality, congratulations.
