02/11/2025: The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, with branches hanging on the walls and cutwork curtains. The food is delicious and very well presented. I recommend the pumpkin tart with toma fondue and primrose bread, lasagna with porcini mushrooms and toma, and tagliolini with black truffle.

The dish of the day was an exceptional risotto with ossobuco.

16/10/2025: My breakfast in Reggio Emilia is at MYA, a family-run bar and pastry shop, where you can experience the goodness and authenticity of the products. The desserts are excellent, and the latte macchiato in its traditional glass is a real hit, something few people do anymore. When the day starts here, it's already a great day. Thank you!

14/02/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed lunch, the attentive and courteous service. The quality of the dishes was excellent, and the gratinated onion soup was sublime. It's outside the center but close to the climb up to the Varallo Sanctuary. Highly recommended, we'll be back at the first opportunity.
25/01/2026: Superb service! Amazing food: a pâté to start that was out of this world, sirloin steak with tuna sauce, and buckwheat ravioli stuffed with venison and fresh blueberries that were superb. We'll be back to try all the desserts!!!!

21/12/2025: We came in for a snack, but right from the start, the owner seemed annoyed and engaged in a loud argument, likely with an employee. Unfortunately, this tense atmosphere continued throughout our stay, making the experience rather unpleasant. It's a shame, because the place is nice and the pastries were good, but the atmosphere and behavior negatively impacted the service. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, the owner confirmed his rudeness by charging us without even saying hello.

26/10/2025: Found it by chance... And it quickly became my favorite place for breakfast, lunch, and the kindness of the owner and waitress. Plus, it's frequented by locals who, out of curiosity, come over, say hello, and make you feel less far from home. The food is good and plentiful, the only small complaint is that they use a bit too much salt, but that's just my opinion because I don't like salty dishes 😅
18/10/2025: A regular stop on Valsesia weekends, this small but very well-kept restaurant offers a 13 euro lunch menu, including Saturdays. The dishes are delicious and plentiful, and the waitress is incredibly kind and always smiling. Compliments to everyone! Highly recommended.

06/12/2025: A small, pleasant restaurant; reservations are recommended as there are only a few tables. Excellent food and generous portions. Good value and excellent service. We'll be back! I recommend the walnut and gorgonzola agnolotti and the mixed antipasti platter.

Every dish is a delight, so much so that it's impossible to choose a favorite: everything is simply exquisite. The atmosphere is intimate and warm, with an authentic feel reminiscent of old trattorias, where you immediately feel part of the family.
Perfect even for those just passing through: an absolutely worthwhile stop. Highly recommended!
