Professionalism and top-notch service, yet never cold or distant; on the contrary, there's no shortage of smiles and advice on dishes, and customer service is always courteous and never intrusive. Truly delicious cuisine, with superlative dishes like the house specialty, Pianebelle's "bacetti," whose deliciousness will be addictive. The appetizers are truly top-notch, but you won't find shortcuts, stock cubes, seasonings, or strange reheated and "ready-to-serve" preparations that "cheat" the customer with the perfect choreography... here the dishes are truly authentic, tasty, cooked and prepared with skill and professionalism. This is coming from someone who is allergic to all preservatives and "chemical shortcuts" and who, if she had eaten pre-made foods, would have ended up in the emergency room... here, however, everything is delicious, healthy, but without chemical additives. Well done, I'll definitely be back. It's a shame about the red wine. As a lover of full-bodied wines, I would have liked to have at least a couple of options to choose from. In any case, truly excellent service. The bill was very reasonable and proportionate to the amount served. Dog-friendly, an important detail, since our dogs are part of the family, and if they're used to it and well-behaved, why not keep them out? Italy has a lot to learn, but Pianebelle can teach many in this valley how to welcome our four-legged friends. Thank you.

I recommend the pumpkin tart with toma fondue and primrose bread, lasagna with porcini mushrooms and toma, and tagliolini with black truffle.

07/12/2025: The best hotel I've ever stayed in Varallo. Mr. Dario and his wife are the soul of the establishment... We had a wonderful time, and the restaurant was always excellent.

16/10/2025: My breakfast in Reggio Emilia is at MYA, a family-run bar and pastry shop, where you can experience the goodness and authenticity of the products. The desserts are excellent, and the latte macchiato in its traditional glass is a real hit, something few people do anymore. When the day starts here, it's already a great day. Thank you!

19/10/2025: We stopped with the team after a game: highly recommended. The dish of the day was an exceptional risotto with ossobuco. Alternatively, pizzas and other dishes from the à la carte menu are available.

18/08/2025: We received a very warm welcome even though we hadn't booked. The pizzas are good, the ingredients are fresh. The lemon and saffron ravioli are excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly. It's a good restaurant, I recommend it.
