10/08/2024: Da evitare: cucina discreta ma servizio pessimo! Due portate su due sbagliate. Le mie ordinazioni date ad altri clienti; tentativo maldestro di servirmi alternative totalmente differenti, probabilmente destinate ad altri o cucinate per errore, vino acidulo, piatti lasciati sulla tavola per un'ora senza passare a raccoglierli. Inutili andirivieni senza collaborazione, attese snervanti. Supponenza e permalosità. Ricordavo precedente gestione: NON CI TORNO PIU'!!!!!

04/08/2024: Abbiamo mangiato oggi io e la mia compagna, abbiamo preso 1 risotto alle erbette, 1 ragù di cortile (carne bianca), 1 polenta con funghi, 1 tagliata, 1 caffè 1 acqua e 1/2 lt di rosso; Il risotto era buono ma arrivato abbastanza velocemente (precotto?), il ragù sufficiente mentre la polenta era insipida e la carne un po’ dura. Caffè imbevibile. Personale abbastanza cortese e simpatico ma servizio un po’ da rivedere. Abbiamo pagato in totale 80€ che mi sembra un’esagerazione per un rifugio. Non credo ci tornerei,si mangia di meglio in giro.

15/08/2024: I don't recommend it, very long wait, it was 12.30pm when I arrived and started having lunch at 2pm, simple cold dish (tartare) I gave up on having lunch with the rest I had ordered and left, very high prices for a typical restaurant unit parties with paper placemats etc.....the only positive note was the very kind poor waitresses, they apologized instead of the owner...NEVER AGAIN.......

06/08/2024: A great picnic-style place, very nice staff, local atmosphere. We dropped in for a beer and snacks it was great.

29/07/2024: Quando mi si presenta l'opportunità torno a mangiare da Jamme Ja. Questa volta non ho mangiato la pizza che normalmente trovo buona. Ma questa mia recensione si basa sul prezzo dell'acqua. 3 Euro? Si tratta di acqua. Acqua. Solo acqua. Se aggiungiamo (come è giusto che sia) il prezzo del coperto, in due persone, appena seduti...partono 7 euro. Cosa abbiamo fatto? bevuto solo un bicchiere di acqua.

29/07/2024: Giving the Neapolitan name to a pizzeria that then churns out pizzas that taste nothing of Neapolitan is an attempt to make fun of customers. The pizzas were not good and we were also sick in the evening. Not to mention the hospitality of the manager. Nice environment

17/08/2024: During a mid-August trip we stopped for lunch at the Matisse in Omegna. Excellent location facing the lake/small square, we were immediately welcomed and placed at an outdoor table even though we hadn't booked, we ate an excellent lunch between first and second courses, but the most important thing is the professionalism and hospitality of the girls who they work between the tables, I have never seen such harmony and attention to the customer, really kind and very fast, always with a pleasant smile to accompany every interaction, really good. We will definitely return to Matisse!

14/07/2024: Thank you for the complimentary aperitivo 😋 the four cheese pizza was good! Simple and reasonably priced.

26/04/2024: My wife and I were in Omegna on April 25th, no place, pub or restaurant equipped for celiacs, now given up we notice this kebab pizzeria with a fruit and vegetable shop next to it, we go in asking if they could make him a salad for my celiac wife mixed with kebab. They immediately became available, me pizza and chips and drinks for a total of 20 euros. Everything was excellent and the owner was a good and sociable person. It is paradoxical that in 2024 restaurants are not equipped for those suffering from intolerances. Unfortunately it's not the first time a kebab has saved us for lunch. The photos speak for themselves.

24/07/2024: We lived above this pizzeria for 5 days and were able to observe the hospitality and family atmosphere every day from the balcony. The pizza was delicious and the price/performance ratio was great! Not a 5-star restaurant but honest and recommended!

26/08/2024: A GOOD DINNER RUINED BY THE RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THE ROOM MANAGER There are two of us: we order a pizza, a mixed fried dish and a 200g Fassona burger. Unfortunately we are told that the latter is finished, but that it is possible to add the double beef burger of 100g each; so we opt for the latter. Despite a 30 minute wait, the mixed fried food arrives, good, an excellent pizza but the hamburger leaves something to be desired. I am told by the waitress, given the long wait we had, that in the kitchen they found a 200g fassona hamburger for me. Weren't they finished? Quite strange!!! You can see that it's a normal 100g hamburger, quite poor quality too! I politely ask what type of meat it was and I am told that it is a 100g hamburger and not 200g since they were finished and also given the very low thickness of the meat. When I explain to her what the other colleague had told me, she apologizes and tells me that a discount will then follow at the checkout. After about 2 minutes he comes back and tells me that the kitchen told him that it is the 200g one, but that a discount will still follow. If it was the 200g Fassona one why would they have given me a discount? When we got to the checkout I said that there was no need for any discount since for them he was that meat guy. The room manager, not even looking at me in the face, still gives me 2 euros and I leave. It all seemed to end there, until after a while I look at the receipt and see two more place settings that cost one euro each, exactly the discount he applied to us. We go back and point it out to him with total kindness, but here the problem begins: He immediately looks at me angrily as if he already knew why, he doesn't trust me and immediately asks me to show him the receipt. His response was: “ah, sorry, I was wrong, I understand, but we are also tired. “ A restaurateur in that case would immediately take the two euros and give them to the customer. Instead the opposite happens, with total arrogance he continues telling me: “you already came to be a phenomenon for the meat and now you want the 2 euros back? I've already given you a discount, go away, it's better." When I get nervous and we start arguing. In short, it was our fault and we shouldn't have even gone there for the two euros. In the end? THE TWO EUROS NEVER RECEIVED BACK. It's certainly not the two euros that make the difference, but the rudeness and arrogance of this manager does. AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE WE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

21/08/2024: Superlative pizzas, soft, delicious, rustic style fries with skin, top, with generous portions. The sandwiches look interesting too. Very fast service (it must be said that the place was 2/3 free), friendly and clean environment, the staff is efficient and the prices are very honest. Congrats across the board.

22/08/2024: Cameriera scortese. Attesa troppo lunga sia per l’ordine che per l’arrivo del cibo. Personale che si dimostra svogliato.

01/08/2024: Het is een fijne locatie dichtbij het water. We kregen de drankkaart en gaven ook direct aan dat we iets wilden eten. Na 20 min hebben we opnieuw gevraagd om de eettkaart te kunnen krijgen. De hamburgers waren heel lekker en ruim voldoende. De zalmtoast waren ze vergeten en hebben ze dan nog snel klaargemaakt. De bediening was duidelijk niet geroutineerd maar wel vriendelijk.

03/06/2024: Average place...unpretentious location, service also...a good place, the food was also good but the portions were tiny, I had a second course and a dessert and I still left feeling hungry despite having spent 30 €. I would say without infamy or praise.
