10/08/2025: Our Sunday lunch at your restaurant was undoubtedly an EXCELLENT CHOICE. The owner was friendly and courteous, and the service was prompt and attentive, even though the restaurant quickly filled up. The food was spectacular, with a special mention for the vitello tonnato, the best we've tasted since living in Piedmont. The house staff were truly attentive and not cloying. The portions were generous. My only complaint would be the location, which is intimate but a bit too dark. Nothing that curtains on the window, less dim lighting, and light-colored tablecloths can't fix. Otherwise, highly recommended. EXCELLENT CHOICE.

16/09/2025: Visiting Torre Pellice over the weekend of September 13-14, we opted for dinner at Tommy's. My fiancée ordered a wonderful breaded cutlet, while I chose a braciola alla Chicca, cooked to perfection, tender and beautifully flavored. We also ordered the French fries, which were also delicious. Absolutely satisfied with the experience!

13/07/2025: A romantic dinner? Taverna Darsté in Torre Pellice (Via Arnaud 3) could be a great idea, as well as a get-together with gourmet friends who love seafood.
Yes, because—oddly enough—Darsté has built its business and professional image on the freshest and most flavorful seafood, even though we're in the Pellice Valley.
Our evening began with a couple of first courses from the menu (orecchiette with fresh octopus, clams, and broccoli rabe; and cavatelli with seafood ragù), cooked perfectly al dente and beautifully balanced in flavor between the various ingredients. A small misstep was the mixed fried calamari, shrimp, and anchovies—a bit too greasy, and the shrimp hadn't had their "intestinal vein" removed: I know, opinions differ, but we're in favor of a thorough cleanse...—which was promptly redeemed by a seared fresh tuna on a bed of mixed salad that earned a standing ovation for its freshness, flavor, and tenderness.
The dinner was rounded out with an excellent bunet and the bubbles of a glass of Baffone (Poderi Cellario, 80% Moscato and 20% Favorita), bold, savory, and pleasantly rustic.
We'll be visiting again, and soon.

19/07/2025: A pleasant surprise! Excellent for breakfast, with a wide selection of pastries, cakes, and desserts! We decided to return after our tour for lunch, and the surprise was even greater... excellent first and second courses, plentiful and delicious, and desserts to match, all homemade! The best thing, however, was the helpfulness of the owner and staff, who were very kind and even offered us free samples and a pusacafe! This is proof that there are places worth returning to, and the people are still friendly! Well done and congratulations, see you next time!

02/07/2025: Nice place, unique and well kept, with excellent coffee shop, newsagent and tobacconist. Too bad there is a dog behind the counter, which ruins the good impression a bit for hygienic reasons. It would be enough to keep it somewhere else to make the place really perfect.

20/09/2025: Super cute and welcoming place! ^^ Fantastic atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff; I highly recommend going to their outdoor live music evenings, where you can enjoy a great drink. 3
05/09/2025: The place is nice, but the experience was terrible. I think it's hard to imagine anything worse! We went for an evening with live music, and the artist was very good, but the wait was embarrassing and the service was terrible. After a 50-minute wait, they brought us a paper plate with two tiny pieces of focaccia, three slices of salami, four pieces of cheese, and a small bowl of couscous. A drink arrived about 30 minutes later after a reminder, and all for €18 per person!
They also wanted to charge us for a ghost spritz.
I forgot there's no draft beer.

06/10/2025: Upon entering this place, my wife and I discovered we had the gift of invisibility. We walked in, said hello, and sat down at a table. There were three waiters plus the owner. They managed to serve two tables next to ours, two tables outside, three other customers who came in after us, and prepare several ice cream cones. During all this, they must have walked past us at least ten times. No one even glanced at us or asked if we wanted to order. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, we got up, said hello, and left, and no one noticed a thing. As soon as we left, my wife and I looked at each other in the window and saw each other, so we weren't invisible.

22/01/2025: La comida es increíble. No hay suficientes palabras para describir lo genial que es comer. Propiedad familiar y un lugar muy popular para los lugareños. Si se alojan en Torre Pellice están adscritos al Hotel Centro y lo hace muy conveniente.
19/01/2025: Cibo molto buono, servizio lento e poco attento: ci hanno comunicato la mancanza fi disponibilità ri un primo scelto e noi abbiamo dovuto ordinare altro ma non ci hanno servito i piatti contemporaneamente; macedonia preparata al momento ma 20min un po' troppi?? A fine pasto sembrava avessero fretta a chiudere e sistemare quando sono stati lenti loro... tutto sommato buona valutazione ma a voi la scelta...

23/04/2025: Adoro le trattorie un po' retrò, purtroppo non ne frequento molte perché poco adatte alla mia alimentazione priva di tutto ciò che è di origine animale. In questo caso però sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla loro gentilezza e dalla, non scontata, disponibilità, la cameriera si è prodigata con la complicità del cuoco, nel prepararmi un piatto unico a base di legumi e verdure, questa è anche la riprova che per accontentare un vegano...ci va proprio poco, un sorriso e un po' di volontà, e in questo locale non mancano.
