17/05/2025: Brasserie La Griglia is absolutely the point of reference in Piedmont (and probably not only) for dry-aged meat. Diego, the owner of the brasserie, has made dry-aging his reason for living and manages to transmit all his passion to the customers. It is possible to find the most delicate cuts to the more daring ones, the wine cellar is very well stocked, the desserts are good and abundant. The price is definitely below average, despite the very high quality. Go there, you won't regret it.

04/05/2025: Owner and staff very kind and attentive to customers. A good choice of first and second courses and very delicious and tasty side dishes. The millefeuille with Chantilly cream and fresh fruit is also excellent. Even though we are not close we will definitely be back!!

11/05/2025: Typical Piedmontese cuisine. Everything is very refined and refined. Two rooms with simple but refined furnishings, they do not have many tables, it is therefore preferable to book. Delicious dishes, wide choice of wines, excellent and courteous service. Right value for money, I will have to go back on my next trip to Turin.

03/05/2025: Too bad, because the pizza is really good. But every time ordering is a struggle. We had already had problems in the past: ordered 6 mini portions of farinata for €4, only 4 arrived. When we called for clarification, they told us that they had "forgotten" to update the online menu. Not very serious. Another time we order via the app at 6.30pm, we receive confirmation for 8pm. At 8.30pm no delivery, number still busy, and only at 9pm does an email arrive canceling everything saying that according to them the order had arrived late. Without even a call. But tonight was the final straw. I call at 6.20pm, they answer and ask me to wait a moment. On the other side there was a customer who was ordering half a pizzeria: she listened to everything, paid, left... and I was forgotten waiting for over 5 minutes. I keep saying “ready, ready”, nothing. In the end I call from another number to get an answer. And anyway they tell me that they can't deliver two pizzas before 9pm. Chaotic management to say the least, total lack of attention towards the customer. And it's a real shame, because with a little more organization they would be 5 stars. After tonight, I'd say it's the last time for us.

13/05/2025: We went for dinner and I couldn't help but give 5 stars, a welcoming and clean place with an open kitchen. Exquisite food and in the right proportion, the Sardinian menu was a pleasant and delicious surprise especially the gnocchetti alla campidanese, the platter of Sardinian cold cuts and cheeses, the fried fish and much more. The service was impeccable. In short, a pleasant discovery. We will return for lunch and we certainly won't be disappointed.

02/05/2025: I've been going to the place for 13 years, the best in the area for quality, quantity and price! I highly recommend the pasta dishes! Ravioli with cream, speck and walnuts is my favorite dish. The owner EMI and the waiter FEFÈ will make you feel at home from the moment you enter 😎
