10/12/2025: Calling it a pizzeria or pinseria is, in my opinion, a decidedly understatement. At this restaurant run by Biagio, I had a truly extraordinary culinary experience. The dishes show the passion, research, and work that goes into what's served. It's undeniably superior to the average restaurant around, and the prices are decidedly affordable. I will definitely return to this restaurant as soon as I have the chance. In my opinion, it's worth a visit, and for me, coming from Bologna, as @BrunoBarbieri says, "It's worth the trip."

10/12/2025: A very nice, welcoming, and modern restaurant. The atmosphere is intimate and the service is truly excellent. You can immediately sense the attention to detail. After ordering, they delighted us with a welcome entrée (preparing a small variation for me, a vegetarian, which was much appreciated). The menu: A unique and interesting offering. The only flaw: no vegetarian appetizer, but two first courses and a second course (a cream soup). Vegetarians are becoming more common these days, so it would be nice to have more thought given to this. Appetizer (adapted): Poached egg made vegetarian by removing the truffle-flavored fillet bites. It was good, but I was disappointed not to have a truffle-flavored alternative on the plate to compensate. Hazelnut tagliatelle with dark cocoa butter: very good pasta, but I expected a more intense flavor! My boyfriend, on the other hand, ordered a risotto, which he loved. The desserts were very good (tiramisu and lavender and blackberry panna cotta, truly light and unique). Beautifully presented and beautifully plated. At the end of the meal, they greeted us with three complimentary desserts, a detail I greatly appreciated. Prices: Fair for the quality. A €3 cover charge is well worth it.

07/12/2025: Last night I dined at this Sicilian restaurant with a group of 10 friends, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several ways. Let's start with the menu: the selection was rather limited, and the quality of the dishes didn't meet expectations. The portions arrived significantly smaller, less generous than one might expect from a traditional restaurant. But the real sticking point was the service. We had to wait over an hour before being served, and what's more, the dishes didn't arrive together. Considering that we were a table of 10 and that some had ordered the same dishes, this lack of coordination in the kitchen was particularly frustrating. Some of us started eating while others were still waiting, completely ruining the conviviality of the evening. Another sore point: the wine list is extremely limited. In a restaurant that bills itself as Sicilian, finding only three Sicilian wines is truly a shame and a contradiction. Sicily boasts an extraordinary winemaking tradition that isn't even minimally appreciated here. And now we come to the bill, probably the most surprising aspect: we spent way too much for what we received. Those who ordered just a first course and a dessert paid €30, while those who also ordered an appetizer, a dessert, and a glass of wine came to nearly €50. Prices are decidedly out of line considering the small portions, the modest quality, and the inefficient service. In short, between the modest quality of the food, the small portions, the disorganized service, the poor wine list, and excessive prices, I absolutely cannot recommend this place. A real shame, because Sicilian cuisine deserves to be much better appreciated.

01/12/2025: We found ourselves providing a service for one of our clients at this location, and it deserves a special mention: a beautiful place with a room perfect for hosting events and ceremonies, complete with an outdoor area equipped for children. Once we'd finished setting up, we dined in the restaurant, welcomed by the very kind owner and served by Mario, who was truly professional, friendly, attentive, and punctual. Worth noting: the 68°C egg and their patented agnolotti were a culinary spectacle! Shall we talk about the wine cellar? It's worth a visit.

08/11/2025: Excellent service from all the staff, even though they were busy on a difficult evening with a packed restaurant and a Juventus-Turin derby match. Excellent service and always smiling. The only downside: the menu listed "cheese" on the sandwich, but we actually got sliced ​​cheese... but nobody's perfect.

16/11/2025: La Baita restaurant-pizzeria offers a wide selection of pizzas and some excellent meat and fish options. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we ordered both pizzas and a meat and vegetable dish, and everything arrived at the same time (which isn't a given when ordering both pizzeria and restaurant dishes from the same table, especially when the dining room was packed). Prices are average, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. It's a shame about the ambiance, as it's all very retro (not vintage) and the dining room was really crowded (it was Saturday night, but the woman behind me and I had our chairs pushed together, and to communicate, we had to raise our voices to overcome the other diners). The pizzas are Roman-style, so they're very large, thin, and crispy. While it's not my favorite type of pizza, I enjoyed it because I found it light and quite tasty. The homemade desserts, on the other hand, were delicious.

23/08/2025: Best gelato shop in Turin! If it were downtown, there'd be a line with a number! Authentic, artisanal flavors and Sicilian delicacies on par with the local ones (if not better), from gelato con la 🥐 to granita and even cannoli.

28/10/2025: On Friday evening, I returned with friends to Punto d'ascolto, a longtime favorite for aperitivo in Moncalieri. The friendly atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff are a welcome reaffirmation. The tapas menu, paired with excellent wines and drinks, offers delicious and imaginative surprises. Dessert doesn't disappoint either: special mention for the cheesecake, which, with its artisanal coulisse, elevates it a notch (maybe two) above the average, made up of industrial toppings. Well done Alberto and the staff!

04/11/2025: Friendly staff, always attentive to customer requests, excellent pizzas made with high-quality individual ingredients and a variety of pizzas (my favorite remains the Amatriciana with dark crust), a beautiful and well-kept atmosphere, especially now that the DI MARZO brothers have taken over the place, slowly transforming it into a true meeting place for lovers of good food. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

12/11/2025: An elegant, well-kept, and quiet restaurant nestled in the cool hills above Turin. Excellent service, meticulously laid out table settings, and a sophisticated menu. A taste of Russian salad and prosecco are on the house. The bread and breadsticks are exceptional. Excellent food and wine.
