08/03/2026: We had lunch on the way home, stopping at this restaurant that had excellent reviews. The welcome was wonderful: warm and inviting, the food a symphony: each dish better than the next, with a remarkable attention to the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere feels like it's frozen in time, those places that warm the heart... and above all, you find substance.
Price: €50 per person, perhaps a bit steep for what we ate, but all in all, it's doable...

The products offered are fresh and of very good quality.
The ice cream, the apple cake, the drinks, everything is carefully prepared and awakens our taste buds.

07/12/2025: We ate here as two families with four-year-old girls. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional; the food was excellent and good value.
Excellent appetizers, delicious traditional and local first and second courses, and tasty desserts. The wine list offered a wide selection and reasonable prices.
We'll be back.

16/11/2025: We had lunch here for a family birthday. The first courses were good, the appetizers delicious, the scamorza passita wasn't exactly excellent. There's a wide selection of wines, also available by the glass.
The only flaw is the amaro (bitter liqueurs). In my personal opinion, they lack a sophisticated selection of mountain herb amaro, and the selection of amaros offered was also missing.
A corner of Abruzzo in the upper Susa Valley.
A beautiful, rustic and characteristic restaurant, a typical mountain venue.

19/02/2026: A landmark restaurant in San Sicario, it recently changed management, introducing some changes that aren't always for the better. At 12:03, I asked if I could order food, and the girl at the counter sighed and looked at her watch, shooting annoyed glances at the owner. I should point out that the time indicated 12:00 as the start time. In my opinion, a little flexibility and kindness wouldn't go amiss. That said, the prices are high, although in line with the valley average. The products are high-quality, and the polenta is very good.

07/03/2026: We filled up the tank before heading back out onto the French highways. We didn't regret it; the savory and sweet dishes were delicious.
01/03/2026: Lovely bakery! Spent a week in Cesana and went every morning to get a coffee and pastry as well as a savoury focaccia for the slopes. Very friendly owners and range of options, delicious baked goods and coffee. The bakery has a terrace with a few seats overlooking the square, which makes it a great spot to snack and have coffee there too

I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, and I can only describe it as an exceptional experience in every way. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
The highlight? The orange and apple strudel, fragrant on the outside and soft on the inside.
The selection of local cheeses is also noteworthy. A true taste journey through the authentic flavors of the area.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic cuisine, made with quality ingredients and with a passion evident in every dish. We will definitely be back! Renata and Carlo, thank you!

13/03/2026: A typically mountain atmosphere, very welcoming and softly lit. The interior features exposed brick vaults and solid wood furnishings with cloth tablecloths.
The menu is limited, but all are delicious, beautifully plated, and beautifully crafted. The cheese and egg polenta is a true culinary masterpiece.
The price is reasonable, but the quality of the ingredients makes it worthwhile.
