09/01/2026: Probably the best refuge in Monti della Luna/Claviere. Excellent for lunch, the sandwiches are delicious and reheated very well, the price is more than reasonable, and the place has a breathtaking view. Especially recommended on sunny winter days; the seating outside is wonderful! EDIT: The soup, however, is way too small. It could be better!

16/12/2025: La Cabassa is a true gem of the area, a top-quality restaurant and pizzeria. The atmosphere is welcoming, refined, and pleasant, ideal for both a relaxed dinner and an evening with friends. The kitchen offers well-balanced, traditional dishes prepared with quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the pizzeria: kudos to the pizza, with its light, well-cooked dough and quality ingredients, truly excellent and easily digestible. You can taste the attention to every detail, from the choice of ingredients to the cooking. The service is friendly and attentive, with staff always available and smiling, making customers feel at ease. The wait times are also reasonable, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. La Cabassa is the perfect place for both good food and excellent pizza. Highly recommended, I return every time I'm in Cesana Torinese.

16/11/2025: We had lunch here for a family birthday. The first courses were good, the appetizers delicious, the scamorza passita wasn't exactly excellent. There's a wide selection of wines, also available by the glass. The only flaw is the amaro (bitter liqueurs). In my personal opinion, they lack a sophisticated selection of mountain herb amaro, and the selection of amaros offered was also missing. A corner of Abruzzo in the upper Susa Valley. A beautiful, rustic and characteristic restaurant, a typical mountain venue.

29/12/2025: We ate some excellent burgers, perhaps a little expensive, but the courtesy and friendliness of the guys who served and cooked our lunch made up for it!

26/08/2025: A simply enchanting place at the foot of the mountain. In winter, it's easily accessible by chairlift. Good slopes. Service was a bit slow, and if I hadn't remembered about the table, they'd forgotten. However, the food was excellent in a stunning setting. Lounge chair rental available for €5 (a good price, I'd say). The gazebo is a bit pricey (€100). Overall, a 5-star setting. The path to get there is easy, even for those with very young children. Definitely recommended. It closes by 5 pm when it's crowded. Otherwise, even earlier. I recommend booking.

23/08/2025: An unforgettable culinary experience I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, and I can only describe it as an exceptional experience in every way. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The highlight? The orange and apple strudel, fragrant on the outside and soft on the inside. The selection of local cheeses is also noteworthy. A true taste journey through the authentic flavors of the area. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic cuisine, made with quality ingredients and with a passion evident in every dish. We will definitely be back! 31/12/2025: The pastries are interesting and tasty, but beware of the baguettes, which are charged at €1.30 but are of very low quality, similar to 35-cent baguettes from a supermarket.
