14/02/2025: La reservation est facile, le proprietaire parle bien francais et est franchement tres gentil. Pensez a reserver car c'est une table classique et appreciee du coin, nappes et serviettes en tissu, cela nous change de la decadence culinaire francaise ou cela devient rare. A 21h00 le restaurant etait plein, et un jeudi. Le reste est tout sauf une cantine mais plutot un restaurant de bon niveau ou on sert une cuisine local classique et soignee, les prix ne sont pas hyper eleves mais pas non plus bon marche compte tenu des proportions relativement congrues. Le service est sans reproche, avec le sourire et en francais, avec des menus egalement en francais, franchement c'est tres appreciable de voir un tel niveau general. La decoration est assez classique, sur un modele chasse des annees 80', on aime ou pas, question de gout. La grande specialite est la Tagliata, sorte de roti de veau qu'on vous decoupe en tranches devant vous avec legumes, le tout pour un prix tres correct (25 euros par personne, mini 2). Les pates sont excellentes, tout comme leur risotto egalement. Les desserts sont copieux, classiques et bons, pas de deception sur ce point.Les vins sont a des prix tres corrects contrairement a chez nous. Globalement comptez 55/60 euros par personne tout compris. Le restaurant vaut le deplacement, et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

13/02/2025: Great Place to stop for a lovely Latte machiato coffee and take in the mid morning sun , lunch is lovely too The best is to get the skidoo from Claverie and go up there in the evening for your meal Highly recommend the Raclette , it was fantastic , even asked if we could have a slice of chesse to take home.Nothing was too much trouble. Great service top quality food and fun going up and down on the skidoo Call the Chalet directly and they will make all the arrangemants A wonderful experience

13/02/2025: Ate at the chalet and both the staff and the kitchen were excellent. Generous portions and good quality. Fast and friendly, helpful staff. Only the arrival is inconvenient for those who snowshoe because they have to cross the slopes.

23/11/2024: Even though we arrived late due to snow and had not warned that one of our guests was gluten intolerant, they served us an excellent and abundant mushroom dinner, preparing dishes dedicated to the intolerant. We will definitely be back

08/02/2025: Non è andato bene nulla, meglio non guardare in cucina quando aprono la porta, e come gestiscono panini e toast dietro il balcone. Il titolare alla cassa, nonostante sia dotato di uno schermo tipo BurgerKing e ci sia una coda infinita, è di una flemma disarmante. Dopo 30 minuti di coda e aver saputo dopo esserci seduti al tavolo, che non ti serve nessuno, mi sento dire che tutti gli Hamburger erano terminati. Optiamo quindi per una polenta e toast che arrivano dopo 40 min, qualità molto scadente e 2 capelli dentro la polenta. Titolare e personale molto scortesi e poco attenti nel maneggiare panini dopo aver fatto cassa o altro, sono caduti ripieni di panini sul bancone e sono stati rimessi con molta velocità all'interno, unico momento di rapidità all'interno di questo pessimo locale. Forse sulle piste da sci non fanno molti controlli.....

26/02/2025: Serata con menù fisso a 55 euro a persona senza particolari acuti. Buoni i salumi e la selvaggina proposta con la polenta. Un pò meno il mix di frittate e torte di verdure presentato come antipasto che devo dire non aveva nulla di tipico. Discreta la polenta ma migliorabile.
