27/08/2024: I come to this restaurant a couple of times a year, what can I say, every time it exceeds my expectations.
The atmosphere is refined but welcoming,
Ideal for any occasion, a romantic evening, a family dinner or a business lunch.
The dishes are delicious, a real explosion of flavours, you can sense the chef's desire to seek out new combinations, every time there is something new to taste.
The service is impeccable, an honorable mention to Yuri, Adriano and Emiliano, always friendly, helpful and above all quick in taking orders and explaining each dish.
I personally never know what to choose from the menu, I find myself wanting to taste everything and obviously it's impossible, but here, I found the perfect formula, tasting a selection of raw and cooked starters and a taste of first or second courses, the perfect combo , I always leave satisfied and SATIATED!
The fish is very fresh and cooked to perfection.
Icing on the cake? a large selection of wines to choose from that pair perfectly with the dishes.
I have no doubts... I will come back here again... and again... and again 😍

20/10/2024: il locale si trova a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale di carmagnola . l'interno e' la tipica trattoria . tavoli imbanditi con tovaglia . soffitto a travi in legno , pavimento in cotto , pareti bianche o rosse . menu' tipico piemontese . ottimo il vitello tonnato, buono il peperone con acciughe . perfetti gli agnolotti di magro con verdure e pancetta . servizio piacevole . prezzo 27 euro a persona con mezzo litro di arneis . bagno semplice ma pulito

The pizza arrived after an hour and 4 answered calls, two minutes it arrived and 10 unanswered calls.
Chebab and capriciosa pizza plus chips, which arrived cold and transparent.

28/07/2024: The place is very clean and welcoming, the prices are clear and the service is good. Too bad about the food which really disappointed me, I ordered a kebab pizza which they cut badly and filled with sauces which covered the flavour. The mozzarella was rubber and the sauce tasteless, however the vegetables on the pizza were good. I don't think I will go back especially for the price of 9 euros, knowing other cheaper kebab shops but with an excellent final product. I only ate the pizza but the sandwiches and other products not yet

02/12/2024: Arriviamo alle 19, quindi presto, per una cena prima di rimetterci in viaggio, decidiamo di provare questo posto. Non l’avessimo mai fatto:
Il mio compagno è allergico ai gamberi, ordina del sashimi di tonno (crudo che per norma andrebbe preparato e impiattato a parte), servito insieme a del nigiri di gamberi COTTI (in teoria si tratta di contaminazione crociata). Assaggia il tonno dal colore vagamente rosa pallido, quando dovrebbe essere un rosso mattone scuro, inizia a stare male. Decidiamo di lasciare quindi il ristorante visto il rischio di shock anafilattico non da poco. Mangiato nulla a parte un boccone di tonno e per quanto mi riguarda i due nigiri di gamberi dalla consistenza non delle migliori. Conto 50€, per esserci poi dovuti fermare in autostrada dato che anche io senza allergia alcuna mi son sentita male.

29/09/2024: Siamo stati ad un pranzo per una festa, personale super gentile e disponibile. Poche cose non ci sono piaciute, la maggior parte dei piatti sono stati graditi. Vino nella media. Pecche del posto, c'è solo un bagno in comune uomo/donna e la parte con gli animali (solo mucche) non è accessibile, o meglio si poteva entrare con accompagnamento ma non si è capito di chi. Ad ogni modo esperienza positiva e mi farebbe piacere tornarci, magari per assaggiare il fritto misto piemontese
