25/07/2025: Yesterday I was in Carmagnola to run some business and we decided to grab a quick bite at this pasta shop I'd discovered months ago, before heading back to Liguria, where we live. We enjoyed the classic plin. They were delicious, perfect portions, and the owner was very kind. Before leaving, I bought a supply of stuffed pasta. Next time we go, we know where to stop.

23/07/2025: Excellent food, friendly service, welcoming and smiling staff. I discovered it by chance, and it's now become a regular stop every time I pass through Carmagnola. I recommend the meatballs in tomato sauce (the best I've ever tasted), and I'm embarrassed to know which one to recommend first, because they're all better than the last! Don't miss the Amaro Carmagnolese liqueur; you won't be disappointed!

08/10/2025: Lunch with friends during the week. The owners and staff were truly welcoming. We sampled an extraordinary selection of cheeses from various Piedmontese margarines, excellent cold cuts, and an assorted appetizer of chopped raw meat, Russian salad, and a delicious stuffed and fried zucchini flower... top! A delicious bottle of red wine recommended by the owner was perfect with everything we tasted. We would have also liked to try their delicious desserts, but we were truly full and satisfied. A good coffee to finish, and the bill was absolutely fair. It's worth stopping by even for a more relaxed dinner with family or friends. Thanks for everything...you're great, keep it up!!!!

19/10/2025: A cozy and quiet restaurant. The waiters were very kind and attentive, and truly made us feel at home. The food was delicious and the attention to detail was excellent. They even did a wonderful job for my dog, bringing him a bowl of water and some meat as a treat. Highly recommended!

30/09/2025: Very excited to try this restaurant for lunch, and loved the very detailed website with all its tasting menus. Quite disappointed to find out only business lunch is offered and although nicely done, nothing worth the drive from Torino. Good antipasto of octopus and shrimp salad, and baccalau for the second course. Please make it clear when the lovely ala carte and tasting menus described on the website are available!

30/10/2025: €20 per person for a round of spritz (diluted) and four snacks seems excessive; furthermore, the service is slow and the atmosphere is nice but not exceptional. I wouldn't recommend it.

28/10/2025: We've stopped here several times just for a coffee. Excellent service and a unique atmosphere.... Naturally, given the service, music, and comfortable room, the price is significantly different than a coffee at the counter.

10/11/2025: Excellent pizza, even the gluten-free one; knowledgeable and friendly staff. We've been going there regularly for years.

16/10/2025: The pizza is indigestible at all, as it's mostly raw and not cooked properly. I've honestly never seen anything like it, and I can't believe I'm the only one who notices it. Someone who likes pizza can feel certain things. I've had serious digestive problems, as if I'd eaten a truckload. I'd say that at a pizzeria with such a high traffic, the least I could do would be to cook the pizza thoroughly, because some people could have really serious problems. I can't understand how a pizza chef could have such a serious flaw. Honestly, he never sees me set foot in there again. Be honest and tell the truth. I know for a fact that I'm not the only one. Have the courage to tell her things. I'd say it's avoidable if you feel sick all night and the next day because of a poorly made pizza. I think it's worth throwing away.

31/10/2025: Truly excellent, I won't add anything else, menu, food, welcome and location, an experience you absolutely must have.

30/10/2025: One big flaw: we had a baby in a stroller (a considerable weight!) and had to climb two flights of stairs carrying all that weight. Does a disabled person not have access to the restaurant? Otherwise, everything was perfect. Excellent dishes.
