12/03/2026: Even though it was my first time here, I highly recommend it.
The place is well-kept, clean, and tidy.
The service was very fast, and the products are top-quality.
The meat was cooked just right, and the bread was really good; it's still one of the few places that also serves fries.
If you're in the area and want to eat well without spending a lot, you know where to go.

08/03/2026: I discovered this place by chance. It was a positive experience, excellent in fact. The food was perfect, the staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere made me feel right at home. I found delicious, expertly cooked dishes. I absolutely must try the stuffed and fried peppers, and the tometta cheese wrapped in a pastry with lard and caramelized onions. Everything was excellent. I'll definitely be back.

08/03/2026: Elegant, clean, and well-maintained place. Friendly and helpful staff. Pizzas aren't memorable, but they're good quality and reasonably priced. Fast service. The only downside was the €9 charge for a fruit bowl (two blackberries, two raspberries, two blueberries, and three strawberries).

25/07/2025: Yesterday I was in Carmagnola to run some business and we decided to grab a quick bite at this pasta shop I'd discovered months ago, before heading back to Liguria, where we live.
We enjoyed the classic plin. They were delicious, perfect portions, and the owner was very kind. Before leaving, I bought a supply of stuffed pasta. Next time we go, we know where to stop.
23/07/2025: Excellent food, friendly service, welcoming and smiling staff. I discovered it by chance, and it's now become a regular stop every time I pass through Carmagnola. I recommend the meatballs in tomato sauce (the best I've ever tasted), and I'm embarrassed to know which one to recommend first, because they're all better than the last! Don't miss the Amaro Carmagnolese liqueur; you won't be disappointed!

07/02/2026: A good place for a business lunch, but it's a shame about the long line to get served. In my opinion, a larger counter with more staff would be appropriate, as the food is fresh and frequently refilled.

09/02/2026: Returning from the Langhe, we were persuaded by the positive reviews of Ostu Bruma... a nice, informal atmosphere, good and attentive service, and the young man who served us was very kind. The only negative was the tuna steaks, cooked in small batches on the outside, barely seared, but still cold from the freezer on the inside!!!
The chocolate cake is called "hot heart," but here it's called "cold heart." It felt like I was eating in the company canteen!!!
Ultimately, the dishes are meant to please the eye but not the palate. The only positive is the good house wine... P.S. I'm not one for reviewing restaurants, but the dishes here really lack passion and flavor because!!!
26/01/2026: Excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes, and perfect service. The place is simple, in my opinion, and could use a little refresh and spruce up.
