01/12/2025: The weight of tradition is felt...but it's the beautiful tradition that doesn't change anything because it's good! Piedmont is profound in the recipes that make you enjoy its cuisine. The staff in the dining room and at the counter are delightful!

The first course was acceptable.

28/08/2025: I recently stopped by this place while passing through and was pleasantly surprised. The welcome was warm, and the service, provided by a kind and attentive curly-haired lady, was quick and efficient. Overall, a very positive experience.

30/11/2025: It doesn't even deserve one star...for the cold place...the cutlery is better if it's plastic.
The wait is at least 45 minutes because they serve takeout pizzas first. The staff is unprofessional, starting with the manager.
I booked through TheFork, but they had the nerve to say there was no discount on pizzas, which is unacceptable because when I booked, it said "NO SET MENUS, DRINKS"
I don't recommend this place!!!

18/01/2026: The spacious reception area and the staircase leading to the upper floors are beautiful and welcoming. The common areas are well-heated, but the rooms are not.
The rooms need updating; the heating is completely inadequate; even the bathroom radiator works when it needs to, and the soap dispenser in the shower doesn't dispense soap.
The electrical outlets in the rooms are completely inadequate; there are only two of them, and they're in completely illogical locations: one at the entrance to the room, low down (perhaps good for a vacuum cleaner), and the other above the headboard of the double bed, halfway between the two beds.
Cleanliness could also be improved.
The restaurant offers good value, although the service formula is unclear, and from one day to the next, the fixed-price menu was no longer available. Who knows?!?

19/01/2025: Pranzo domenicale organizzato all ultimo minuto , riuscito bene direi .
Menu fisso a 38 euro con tagliere salumi e formaggi, battuta di carne cruda ,fritto misto(rivisitato) , 2 primi , arrosticini di carne / tris di dolci caffè e amaro ( vino e acqua compresi ).
Tornerò sicuramente
