30/03/2025: I've been living in Galliate for a year, and I was depressed because no pizzeria satisfied me even slightly. Then I went to this place to get some takeout pizzas for a group of elderly people with limited mobility. I was truly satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and the creativity of the pizzas. The vegetables were excellent, the ingredients were fresh, the Neapolitan dough was delicious, and the well-leavened dough didn't make you thirsty. Finally, a good pizza in Galliate. EDIT: Unfortunately, I have to change my review because, a year later, we returned with the whole family—6 people—and the pizzas were all burnt to the bone. The only one that was good was the fried pizza, which was excellent. Too bad! I'll only return when I want fried food, but for wood-fired pizzas, I'll look elsewhere.
