24/03/2026: It was our second time there, but unfortunately, this time we were only half satisfied. There was a long wait, even though it was 10:35 PM and everyone else had been served. We waited over 35 minutes. The dishes were rather poor, the cold cuts with the panfruta were not of the highest quality, and we paid €12 for a half-liter of wine. Let's be patient, let's hope the third time is more satisfying. Mauro

01/03/2026: We just went for lunch, the food was really excellent, the starters were very well prepared and genuine, from the tagliolini with mushrooms and excellent sausage, to the fabulous gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, the second courses were plentiful and very well presented, the desserts were excellent so I highly recommend it, the staff were friendly and kind.

27/10/2025: While searching for a venue for our wedding, we were captivated by Il Groglio, both for its sheer beauty and attention to detail, and for the mastery of its wonderful hostess, Nicoletta. After an initial quote, we immediately received the right attention and guidance from Nicoletta, who immediately won us over and clarified our few, confusing ideas with her professionalism and experience. The venue immediately offered us multiple options for an indoor or outdoor reception, a more dynamic or elegant setting, and adaptable to any weather (which was no mean feat for us, given that we were getting married at the end of October). We received countless compliments on the dinner menu, the aperitif, and the wine selection, as well as on the enchanting location. We are extremely satisfied! Nicoletta was able to captivate us with her attentiveness and accommodate our requests! Highly recommended!

01/10/2025: A dream wedding at Groglio! A spectacular location surrounded by the colors of nature, a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff was extraordinary: professional, attentive, and capable of making the day dynamic and exclusive. If you're looking for a special place to say "I do," there's no better choice!

17/01/2026: We only had New Year's Eve dinner, and I have to say it was a perfect evening. The place was obviously packed, but the service was fast and attentive. The girls were always available and smiling. The food was excellent and varied. At the end, since we wanted to go to the square for midnight and not spend it at the restaurant, a very kind lady gave us a bottle of sparkling wine before we left. These things make all the difference.

13/01/2026: We celebrated New Year's Eve at the hotel, only for dinner on New Year's Eve 2025. The dinner was not good at all. The price was good for New Year's Eve, and the quality/price ratio was poor. I wouldn't recommend it for New Year's Eve. Only the food.

26/12/2025: We stayed at Cioccolocanda during the Christmas holidays, taking advantage of the "Chocolate Contamination" package. It was a truly pleasant experience. The inn is a truly simple and dated place, but very welcoming. All the staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. The museum tour was very enjoyable, accompanied by tastings of various chocolates and more. Mr. Bessone proved to be very knowledgeable, and the chocolate cake-making class was very interesting. The chef's willingness to lead the class, despite the minimum number of participants, was noteworthy. This kindness was truly appreciated. The dinner was truly hearty and tasty. The cocoa pairings of the various dishes were much appreciated. The Cioccobagno, an immersion in chocolate, was wonderful. A truly unforgettable 360° sensory experience! To conclude the stay, a generous sweet breakfast with various types of cakes and pastries. A true treat. An experience definitely worth repeating.

09/01/2026: The wait staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. They don't even speak the Piedmontese dialect, and despite their haughty demeanor, the place couldn't even begin to compare with Turin's historic cafes. A disappointing experience in every way. Absolutely not recommended. Furthermore, the waitress's behavior and appearance were such that they caused confusion about her gender identity, but what really struck me was the complete lack of professionalism.
