12/08/2024: Enthusiastic about my friend (pastry chef) who wanted to enter as soon as he saw the place, I'm sorry but I was very disappointed. The pralines do not taste like the filling indicated and the chocolate almost tastes old. Then I would have preferred they had been served on the tray with tongs rather than with my hands.

24/08/2024: Servizio pessimo, abbiamo ordinato 4 fritti . Un ora dopo portato 3 fritti su 4 e due minuti dopo li han portati via , perché nn erano x noi. Io ho detto che avevo già pizzicato qlcosa e la camera ha risposto fa niente. Portato dieci minuti dopo i nostri e la porzione era piccolissima . Spritz 12 € l uno senza stuzzichini.

10/11/2024: Today my family and I went to this ice cream shop to get an ice cream. My partner (celiac) asked for a cup of ice cream with cream and hazelnut WITHOUT a wafer on top (the waitress also marked it on the order). Having already eaten ice cream in this place it was calm. The ice cream arrived with the wafer on top...not wanting to cause controversy we didn't say anything, we removed the wafer and the ice cream on the surface. Once he was halfway through the cup he realized that there were crumbled biscuits in the ice cream. We asked for explanations for the biscuits and the wafer, we were told that we had probably been given meliga paste cream (it is well known that it also contains normal flour). Not even an apology and we paid the bill in full.

15/06/2024: Devo dire a malincuore che purtroppo il locale non ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Avevamo esplicitamente richiesto una coppetta di gelato dal costo di 2,30 euro, ma ci sono state servite due coppe grandi al costo di 5,50 euro l’una. Inoltre il toast non è stato tagliato in due parti, nonostante fosse da dividere.Quando la volta precedente ho consumato all’interno del locale , l’ordinazione aveva rispettato le nostre esigenze. Ci siamo ritrovati ad avere due coppe di gelato non richieste, e nemmeno un grazie a fine pagamento. Peccato.
