07/11/2025: We visited this restaurant during the truffle fair, with high expectations for the menu and location. Upon arrival, we were welcomed downstairs into a room where the tables were far too close together and overcrowded, right next to the kitchen entrance. We had hoped to enjoy the view from the upstairs. I had also asked about the option of a birthday cake, but the only option was to choose a dessert from the menu and add a chocolate message on the plate and a candle. I think that for this price range, this arrangement and the lack of the option to personalize a dessert are unacceptable.

07/11/2025: Stunning location with a unique panoramic view. Exquisite dishes and very friendly wait staff. A must try.

11/11/2025: We visited on a Monday, but it was still very crowded—a sign of its excellent reputation. Dogs are welcome and treated with great care: they immediately brought us a bowl and even a little gift from Monge. The winery is simply spectacular and worth the visit alone. I recommend booking for lunch to fully enjoy the splendid view of the hills.

10/11/2025: Excellent Langhe cuisine. A beautiful location with breathtaking views of the Langhe. Option to book one of the very few rooms with an excellent breakfast included. Very popular especially during truffle season (but also at other times), perhaps some details could be improved regarding the service (the longtime staff are impeccable, but the same cannot be said for the new recruits). An anthological cellar where you can also organize an unforgettable aperitif. The owners are always present and warmly attentive to their guests' needs.

26/10/2025: The best burger in the Langhe and near Alba. Excellent quality ingredients and super juicy!! Thank you, you've made up for my last experience with a terrible burger nearby! 😄

12/10/2025: Jolly Jumper in Treiso is always a great option for dining outside Alba, especially for escaping the summer heat thanks to its panoramic location amid the hills. The restaurant offers burgers, pizzas, fried foods, grilled dishes, and craft beers, with monthly specials. Among these, I highly recommend the pumpkin pizza currently available (pictured)! The food is very good, offering some rather unusual combinations (sweet potato pizza or pulled pork) and vegetarian options, but the sandwiches, in my opinion, could be bigger. For dessert, you absolutely must try the cheesecake! The restaurant is very spacious but also noisy, accommodating large groups, so I recommend booking to ensure a spot. I should also note that they have two seatings, and unfortunately, parking for the second seating is often difficult, as the available space is large but not vacated in time by the first seating patrons.

22/11/2025: A small, open-air restaurant on the main road through town. The trattoria has virtually no parking, so you have to look for it a short distance away. The entrance is nondescript, with a couple of windows and a sign on the street. As soon as you enter, you're faced with a counter displaying many beautiful bottles of wine. To the left is the dining room, which is welcoming but not very spacious. We went for bagna cauda day, and the variety of vegetables was good; the bagna was made with chopped anchovies and garlic, and while it was good, I prefer it creamier. Finally, I tried the bagna with egg and Alba white truffle, which was just the right amount of delicate and distinctive; and finally, an excellent hazelnut cake with warm zabaglione, tasty and very aromatic. The staff and the owner were always present and very courteous.
