11/11/2025: Everything is excellent, from the pizzas and focaccias that couldn't be better, and what's more, so many different flavors, meaning you'll be spoiled for choice. And the icing on the cake is also at fair prices, which is not easy to find these days when we're in the Mondovì area. It's a regular stop for a quick meal, and the best part is that it doesn't just have pizzas and focaccias, but also first courses, second courses, and side dishes. Congratulations!

14/01/2026: In an era of carbon heavy bland fast food where good service is rare, thank lord for true family run traditional places like this. It's almost unchanged from what you'd imagine an authentic Italian restaurant should be.
Had the best ravioli with ragu sauce ever. Savoured every mouthful with relish. The pizzas were amazing as well. Main courses for €10 and you eat well. Unfussily laid out abd served with a smile.
Papa in white apron and cap with a roaring pizza oven. Not the cheap faux type we're offered in uk for over €15.
It'll be a very sad day when these types of places are gone. The modern pretenders don't match up
I will return as soon as I can to this beautiful little town

10/11/2025: The owner is kind and polite, a true example of his past. It's clear he's passionate about his work and is happy when customers come to him. The kebab's texture is good, but the entire pizza lacked flavor. Just the right amount of spiciness. The choice of cooking the salad was odd. The fries were sparse, and unfortunately, they were soft. The crust was crispy, but perhaps a little too hard, but the flavor was truly delicious. Excellent sauce and mozzarella. A few more onions would have been nice. The price, in my opinion, was a bit high. The place was spotless.

We ate very well, with delicately flavored dishes and attentive service.
An extra compliment for the meatballs.
08/01/2026: On the occasion of Epiphany, we booked a table to see the hot air balloon rally. A good lunch with a varied selection. Not the usual dishes, except the veal with tuna sauce, all the dishes were good.

23/02/2026: Very nice place, spacious, very good, friendly staff, good starter, super focaccia with veal tonnato, shame about the pizza, I expected it to be bigger and less salty, good price.
15/02/2026: An endless wait. To start, we ordered a portion of fried gnocchi with prosciutto and burrata to share between two people. Given the price (€6), I expected something more, not two gnocchi with a taste of prosciutto and burrata.
We then ordered two pizzas, and after 50 minutes, they came to tell us they'd just switched two tables, so we had to wait another 10 minutes.
My friend had a pizza with mortadella and burrata, which was average. The dough was good.
I had a pizza with pumpkin cream; let's just say the pumpkin cream was very limited and very industrial, and the pizza leaked everywhere. They call it and charge you for it as a gourmet pizza; at least a less industrial pumpkin cream would have been nice.

18/02/2026: We ended up at the trattoria almost by chance; we were dining at the Palazzo across the street. I've rarely experienced such unfriendly service. The food was only 2-3 stars, but right up until the end, when paying the bill, the person was completely detached from the atmosphere. A real shame!
22/01/2026: Simply pathetic. We wanted two takeout pizzas from 7:30 PM, and they made us come back at 9:00 PM. At 9:00 PM, they told us we had to come back in half an hour. Are you kidding me or what??? RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite its small size, the place is welcoming and well-organized, with indoor and outdoor tables. Service is quick and efficient, both at the counter and at the tables, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Delicious croissants, toasted sandwiches, and coffees are ideal for breakfast or aperitifs. During busy periods, the space between tables may be limited, but it remains a practical and pleasant place, suitable for informal gatherings or sports groups meeting in the square.
