Pizzeria Area 6 In Mondovì

Given that it's one of the few pizzerias in Italy that fires up the oven to prepare pizzas and similar dishes, it's always a pleasure to stop by for lunch any day of the week. The service is quick and the staff are extremely courteous. A special thanks to Anna for accommodating our request for a slightly more varied and relaxing background soundtrack.

It was a strange experience, but in the end I found great professionalism. We went there because we had never been there before. I ordered a Margherita, and my partner a more delicious pizza. I asked for water from the fridge (unfortunately, it's a requirement from the doctors), but they said they only have filtered water, and it was cold. The pizzas arrived. The dough was good, nothing to complain about. I ordered whole wheat, and he ordered the classic one, but it was well-made and delicious. Unfortunately, it ruined all the tomato sauce, which was completely acidic. Plus, there was very little mozzarella, so I had to find it. At the end of the meal, the very kind waitress asked me why I hadn't finished it, and I was honest. She immediately promised to remake it, but I was exhausted and declined. At the cashier, I discovered they hadn't put my pizza on the plate, fully aware of their mistake. For me, this was a gesture of great humility and professionalism, which is not a given, and I say this as someone who eats out often. So I will gladly return and try both the pizza and the rest again! Kudos to the truly attentive and professional staff. Well done!

Welcoming, clean place, and friendly staff. Fast service. Good ingredients, excellent dishes. Good value... except for the desserts: €7.00 is really overpriced. It's a shame, I'll be back for the delicious pizza... but I won't finish the dinner with dessert. 😞
