07/12/2025: The restaurant is very charming and well-kept, but not very large, so reservations are recommended. The menu offers several gluten-free options. The appetizers are truly delicious, especially the raw meat. The first and second courses with meat were also excellent, all well-prepared and of high quality. In total, we spent €209 for 5 appetizers, 3 first courses, 1 second course, 4 desserts, water, wine, and 3 coffees. We left very satisfied.

03/03/2026: Classy osteria. A charming place, from the attentive, friendly, professional staff to the authentic, refined food, presented in a way worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. The wine selection is superb and extensive, highly recommended for pairing with the dishes. The service is impeccable, patient, and incredibly kind, even with children. The ample, off-street parking is very convenient and practical. There are only a few rooms, and we even stayed in them. Breakfast and a good night's sleep were also excellent.

09/12/2025: A beautiful farmhouse just a few kilometers from the center of La Morra in the Langhe. Spacious, clean, and welcoming rooms. Friendly owners. The property boasts a large garden and a swimming pool, a real highlight in the summer. There's an on-site restaurant. A delicious breakfast featuring local produce. Parking is available behind the property.

07/12/2025: Ca' d'Olga plays an interesting game between Langhe tradition and a desire to be bold. The menu is well thought out: all the great classics are there, reassuring and recognizable, but every now and then a bolder pairing emerges that avoids the "seen a thousand times before" effect. A cuisine that knows where to put its feet, but doesn't nail them to the floor. Among the most successful dishes are the macarons del frèt, centered and well-balanced, and a remarkable veal cheek, tender as promised and consistent down to the last bite. Raw ingredients are treated with respect, cooked precisely, and no unnecessary virtuosity. The wine list is discreet and consistent with the region, without encyclopedic pretensions. A downside: the selection by the glass, especially for dessert wines, is rather limited. A shame, because it somewhat breaks the finale. The service is informal but efficient: quick, courteous, without the rigidity of a restaurant that "takes itself too seriously." They make you feel at ease, and that's saying something. The location is isolated, off the beaten track, but it makes up for it with a spectacular view of the Langhe, almost like an agricultural Las Vegas: hills instead of neon lights, definitely better that way. Fair price, no surprises or scams disguised as creativity. In short: a solid, well-balanced place, where tradition and curiosity coexist without stepping on each other's toes. Worth the detour.

03/04/2026: Our visit to the More e Macine restaurant in La Morra was a true highlight. From the moment you arrive, you feel the warm, inviting atmosphere and the attention to detail. The cuisine is outstanding – regional specialties are prepared with great care and creativity. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the authentic flavors, which perfectly complement the region. Every course was a delight. The service was also exceptionally friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You feel completely at ease and welcome. The location in La Morra perfectly completes the experience – a beautiful spot that perfectly matches the restaurant's culinary excellence. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend More e Macine!

05/08/2025: Nei nostri frequenti viaggi in Piemonte é una tappa obbligatoria. Anche quanto é affollato si é sempre ben accolti e serviti. Assolutamente da provare la battuta di fassona al coltello e i tagliolini al ragu di salsiccia. Ottimi i vini proposti anche come degustazione. Prezzi più che onesti. Complimenti.

28/07/2025: Sono capitata in questo ristorante (che è anche wine bar e residence) che era già tardi ma siamo state fortunate e c’era un tavolo libero per mangiare. La sistemazione nella corte centrale del palazzo è stata sicuramente suggestiva fin dall’inizio e il servizio si è distinto per la professionalità e cortesia. Io sono intollerante al siero di latte e la mia amica è celiaca e il personale ha saputo venire incontro alle nostre esigenze garantendoci un pranzo ricco oltre che tranquillo. Consigliato.

04/04/2026: We went there for lunch. Excellent food, wide selection of wines, including by the glass. The atmosphere is refined, and there's also outdoor seating. Before asking to sit outside, make sure we've set up umbrellas if it's a nice day. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Service is a bit patchy (visited on a weekday evening with friends; the waiter was a foreigner and inexperienced...). The dishes are good and well-presented, but the vegetarian selection is limited. Excellent wine selection with moderately high markups. Still, highly recommended, especially for couples and small groups. Prices are average for elegant trattorias in the Langhe.

25/03/2026: Beautiful location in La Morra. We had lunch on a Saturday; I recommend booking at least a week in advance. The terrace overlooks the hills and the pool. The food is truly delicious, with simple dishes and excellent prices.
