24/07/2025: Da Tignes alle Langhe , ci siamo fermati casualmente in questo locale che , passando davanti con il nostro camper aveva catturato la nostra attenzione! Da toscani ben abituati alla buona cucina possiamo dire .... Top ! Tutto di ottima qualità, servizio impeccabile, Emiliano un oste a tutto tondo ! Prezzo qualità/ prezzo assolutamente equilibrato.

16/07/2025: Este pequeño restaurante escondido en Rivalta a pocos km de La Morra y Verduno se convierte realmente en un restaurante favorito de la zona. Muy bueno el año pasado y sobresaliente este año. Elegimos el Meny por 45 euros. Empezamos con un triple antipasti con una bacala (a base de bacalao) como la gran sorpresa maravillosa , wow ! También los platos tradicionales como vittello tonnato y carne cruda (battuta dim fassone) eran de la mejor calidad. Las avellanas asadas en la carne cruda realmente hicieron la diferencia. Nuestro primi era un tajarin tradicional con ragu , pero con una presentación elegante poco tradicional y un sabor superior. Nuestro hijo amante de la pasta (22 de edad) estaba seguro de que esta era la mejor pasta que había probado. Secondo era un brassato guancia (mejilla de ternera) cocinado en Barolo. He tenido este curso muchas veces en Piemonte, pero nunca tan tierno como este, no se necesita cuchillo. Compartimos una sinfonía de todos sus postres. Todo encantador, pero su Tiramisu casero destaca como extraordinario. Como verdadero amante del vino también estoy impresionado con su selección de vinos. Quizás no la selección más grande, pero una muy buena selección de la mejor relación calidad-precio vinos y favoritos personales de la zona. Todos los vinos a un precio razonable. Elegimos una maravillosa barbera de la mejor cosecha 2021 , perfectt tempered (de la nevera de vinos) . Gracias al Sr. Emiliano Burlotto y a su talentoso equipo por un almuerzo extraordinario. Espero que volvamos pronto.

28/07/2025: I hadn't been able to get a reservation for years. Yesterday we went for lunch. Everything was the same as it was years ago. The food was excellent, as was the service. The wine list was encyclopedic.

10/08/2025: A restaurant with a terrace and a stunning view, very good food and service. I'm not giving it a 5th star because I don't think it's fair to force customers to order at least 2 courses (excluding dessert). Otherwise, a course would still cost 30 euros. The portions of the first courses could be a little larger.

27/07/2025: Fantastisk sted! Nyyydelig mat, lun italiensk stemning og bra oppfølgning av betjeningen. Vi spiste parmaskinke til forrett og ravioli og spaghetti til hovedrett. Vi delte en is pistasje og sjokolade. En flott la morra opplevelse. Litt vanskelig å finne restauranten så gå etter lyden 😊

26/07/2025: Dit is echt een verborgen pareltje.
Een zeer vriendelijke en hartelijke ontvangst door de gastheer met goed advies over de wijnkaart.
De gerechten waren eenvoudig, maar héérlijk zoals het hoort in Piemonte.
Midden in de natuur gelegen, in een prachtige en zeer goed onderhouden tuin.
Een aanrader!

Unique and varied menu, featuring both traditional and contemporary dishes.
Eclectic and well-stocked wine list, featuring refined and never boring wines. Very fair prices.

La visita della cantina è stata un un'esperienza meravigliosa continuata poi durante il pranzo tutto ottimo e i camerieri preparati nei loro racconti sui vini serviti,cibo e servizio eccellente ottimo posto con una vista spettacolare
12/05/2025: Tutto mi ha entusiasmata: dall'accoglienza al servizio, dalla degustazione degli ottimi vini alla delizia dei piatti serviti, dalla cura dell'arredo alla bellezza del panorama.Mi sono recata con una trentina di amici e questo giudizio è stato condiviso da tutti loro. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.

05/08/2025: Nei nostri frequenti viaggi in Piemonte é una tappa obbligatoria. Anche quanto é affollato si é sempre ben accolti e serviti. Assolutamente da provare la battuta di fassona al coltello e i tagliolini al ragu di salsiccia. Ottimi i vini proposti anche come degustazione. Prezzi più che onesti.

28/07/2025: Sono capitata in questo ristorante (che è anche wine bar e residence) che era già tardi ma siamo state fortunate e c’era un tavolo libero per mangiare.
La sistemazione nella corte centrale del palazzo è stata sicuramente suggestiva fin dall’inizio e il servizio si è distinto per la professionalità e cortesia.
Io sono intollerante al siero di latte e la mia amica è celiaca e il personale ha saputo venire incontro alle nostre esigenze garantendoci un pranzo ricco oltre che tranquillo.
Consigliato.

29/07/2025: We simply used the bar, but aside from the underlying annoyance, I was struck by the lack of hygiene. Ice was scooped into glasses with the help of hands, after clearing a table of dirty dishes, and two people were charged, touching money... flies everywhere, excessive prices, receipts not even mentioned.

30/07/2025: Nice and welcoming location, a decent view of the surrounding countryside, but the offerings are truly curious and highly questionable: the fixed menu is a surprise, entirely at the chef's discretion. You're not given any information about the prices of either the food or the wine. A decidedly negative experience. I wouldn't recommend it.
Specifically: the vegetable appetizers were decent, the rice first course was average, and the meat second course was decidedly disappointing.
25/07/2025: Delicious cuisine in the heart of the Langhe, the dining room overlooking the vineyard-covered hills lets you breathe in the air of these enchanting places. The chef offers a wide variety of vegetables cooked in a variety of ways, along with a first course, second course, side dish, and dessert. Everything is planned based on the seasonality and availability of the day's ingredients. Excellent wine list. The price is significantly below the standard offered in terms of location, cuisine, and hospitality.

13/07/2025: We just returned from staying at Arborina Relais and having dinner at the Osteria. Kudos to everyone for the hospitality and cleanliness of the entire relais. The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough, with a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy an excellent view. Very beautiful and clean, as is the spa. Dinner at the Osteria was superb. The restaurant is very beautiful with a window overlooking the breathtaking Langhe, but there is a second, no less important window in the restaurant, the one overlooking the kitchen where the chef and his team prepare original and unconventional dishes, paired with excellent pairings. Kudos to everyone, and especially to the waitress who served us, friendly and always very kind.
